In my opinion, a team like Milan should hire Jorge Jesus (the Al Nassr coach). For me, he would be the ideal coach for Milan. He would make Milan play beautiful football and win Serie A, and they could even do well in the Champions League. Jorge Jesus has already coached Benfica, Flamengo, Al Nassr, and even Fenerbahce, and in all those teams he made them play well; only at Fenerbahce did he fail to win the title. But I believe that at Milan he would be capable of winning Serie A. Honestly, I don't know why Pochettino would be a good option. I see that the Milan management still lacks ideas about what they really want in the long term. They will probably fail again next season.

Jorge Jesus is a very good manager and tactical team player. I love his style of play and competency. I am sure that he can fit into the seria A and inter Milan team very comfortably. One thing I respect him for is his arrival at Al Nassir during which he stated clearly that he would sign only one year contract and his goal was to help Christiano Ronaldo to win the league according to rumours and he went ahead to beat the league bullies, his former team Al Hilal to lift the league title. If Inter Milan signs him and give him a complete support, he would achieve something very great with the team.

I'm not an AC Milan fan but I would never want Pochettino managing my team. I think he is highly overrated, even his results with the American national team are below average. I don't know whether he'll keep managing the USA team after the World Cup (I guess it depends on the results) but I don't think he would be the right manager for Milan.

I didn't also like Pochettino to become AC Milan next head coach because he's not top coach and he can't help AC Milan challenge for the Scudetto next season. If AC Milan management sacked Massimiliano Allegri for them to bring in Pochettino they would have just allowed Massimiliano Allegri to continue as AC Milan head coach because he's far better than Pochettino

I read that Barcelona was interested in Leao at one point, but after their recent transfers, I don't think Barcelona would want him. It's a bad gambling. Jorge Jesus has 0 exp in serie a. If i were to choose, i'd rather get Conte who is gonna leave from Napoli this season. Why should they gamble on non serie a experience manager when they can sign a coach with serie a exp, but cost the same? It's the right logic. I think Signing JJ is just another waste of money. Look at the foundation Conte build after he joined Napoli. So AC Milan can try to sign him as a new manager. They can also try to name some, which are leaving  from EPL too. The key is you pay the same, but you get a higher quality coach

As for Pochettino, he doesn't have intention to leave from MLS. So it sounds impossible to sign him.

Maybe you didn’t follow the Saudi pro league or Al nassr football all season but let me bring it to you that Jorge Jesus have resigned from Al nassr job, he said he came to Al Nassr to help Ronaldo and the fans win the league and he has done that, so his job in the Saudi capital is done. He his currently free but there have not been any rumors that he his open for another job.
Milan problem doesn’t just lye in bringing a good coach but also the sporting directors need to bring in quality players, well I believe now that Ibrahimovic will have a say in every player that comes to Milan they will bring in quality to the team.
Milan has a long way to go and I hope next season won’t be another wasteful season for them again.

Allegri is a good and understands Italia football better than Pocchitino but no one can say if Pocchitino will be a flop if he's given the contract to be Milan head coach because he's still an experience coach who understands how to manage his team. You don't need to like every decision people make because they have the right to do whatever, they feel will move the club forward.

You don't need a soothsayer to tell you that Pochettino won't do well at AC Milan if he finally becomes AC Milan Milan head coach, by just reflecting back to the clubs Pochettino has coached in the past and how he performed, you will know that Pochettino won't do well at AC Milan. Pochettino should be coaching clubs like Torino, Atalanta, and Bologna and not AC Milan.

It's true that Antonio Conte is a good coach; he recently won Serie A with Napoli and Inter, but the problem is that it seems he's always fired the following season after winning a title. So, with these problems at Milan, I honestly doubt he'll succeed. Now, about Jorge Jesus, he's been in different leagues and had success. For example, he was in the Brazilian league, a very difficult league, and even so, he managed to win the title. The teams he coaches manage to make play very well. I believe he could lead Milan to a title.
