In my opinion, a team like Milan should hire Jorge Jesus (the Al Nassr coach). For me, he would be the ideal coach for Milan. He would make Milan play beautiful football and win Serie A, and they could even do well in the Champions League. Look at the foundation Conte build after he joined Napoli. So AC Milan can try to sign him as a new manager. They can also try to name some, which are leaving  from EPL too. Maybe you didn’t follow the Saudi pro league or Al nassr football all season but let me bring it to you that Jorge Jesus have resigned from Al nassr job, he said he came to Al Nassr to help Ronaldo and the fans win the league and he has done that, so his job in the Saudi capital is done. He his currently free but there have not been any rumors that he his open for another job.
Milan problem doesn’t just lye in bringing a good coach but also the sporting directors need to bring in quality players, well I believe now that Ibrahimovic will have a say in every player that comes to Milan they will bring in quality to the team.

Allegri is a good and understands Italia football better than Pocchitino but no one can say if Pocchitino will be a flop if he's given the contract to be Milan head coach because he's still an experience coach who understands how to manage his team. You don't need to like every decision people make because they have the right to do whatever, they feel will move the club forward.

You don't need a soothsayer to tell you that Pochettino won't do well at AC Milan if he finally becomes AC Milan head coach, by just reflecting back to the clubs he has coached and his performance, you will know that he won't do well at AC Milan. Pochettino should be coaching clubs like Torino, Atalanta, and Bologna and not AC Milan.

It's true that Antonio Conte is a good coach; he recently won Serie A with Napoli and Inter, but the problem is that it seems he's always fired the following season after winning a title. So, with these problems at Milan, I honestly doubt he'll succeed. Now, about Jorge Jesus, he's been in different leagues and had success. For example, he was in the Brazilian league, a very difficult league, and even so, he managed to win the title. The teams he coaches manage to make play very well. I believe he could lead Milan to a title.

Allegri is sacked already and there's no much better alternatives out there. Although, Serie A is very good at swapping coaches between teams and I won't be surprised if something like that happens. Pochettino is not that bad, every coach has his own way of handling a team. The only problem with Pochettino is that he's too calm and Seria A is not for calm guys. But I can say he's good at what he does. High pressing football, developing young players but he's not too active on the touchline. Normally, it's difficult to get positive result in your first year managing at a different league you have not managed before. If Milan hire Pochettino, then the issue of trophy should be on hold on his first season.

Jorge Jesus could be 72 before the start of the new season, and while he has never been in Serie A before this and also has not had enough experience in top leagues, I am not sure if he can do much better because Serie A has never been easy to manage. He has done well in the Saudi League, but it is not going to be guaranteed that he will do well here as well.

AC Milan management is taking time because enough coaches are available in the market, so they have enough time as well, but bringing Jorge Jesus could not be a good deal because they can hire a much better and more recognized coach who could bring this club back on a good track after having a poor season with the 5th spot. It might be a bit of an exaggeration to say that Pochettino is not a top coach. Even though his only major trophies came with PSG, during his time managing Spurs in the EPL he clearly proved himself to be a highly capable manager. Just look at how Tottenham consistently stayed near the top of the table under Pochettino's leadership, despite the EPL being one of the most competitive leagues in the world.

So, in my opinion, there would be nothing wrong with Milan trying to build a strong squad under Pochettino. He has already shown that he can develop a team and make it competitive at the highest level.

I know that Barcelona will do everything possible to ensure all their players that is experiencing injuries recover fast which is the evidence you are seeing from Barcelona players. There is a clear evidence that next season will still going to be for the favour of Barcelona in the laLiga league tournament, because they are not going to rest until they lift the trophy and also prepare to sign in new players that will make Barcelona more stronger next season in all the tournaments.

Jorge Jesus’s abilities are undoubtedly impressive. He has proven his quality with many of the teams he has coached in the past. most recently, in the season that just ended at Al-Nassr, he also led the team to a championship title. although he has officially left Al-Nassr at this time. If he were to coach Inter Milan, well, that could be quite interesting. But I don’t think Inter Milan is in a position where they need a new coach. Chivu is still capable of keeping Inter Milan competitive. in his first season, he might not be able to take Inter Milan to their full potential in the UCL. but in his second season, I believe he can deliver better results.
