I'm not sure of Luciano Spalletti's departure from Napoli was initiated by the club or because he personally wanted to leave the Italian champions but whichever factor that must have caused him to leave the club should've been avoided by the club's management.
Spalletti brought out the best from most of the first team players at Napoli last season and that's why they were able to win the scudetto. The club's management should've done everything within their power and keep him at the club so he can win more trophies for the club with the current squad that he already knows how to use. Rudi Garcia isn't a bad manager but keeping the former would've been better decision fire the club

Lazio would like to take risk and grow up those young players as they will not have to spend much money for those players and if they succeed to grow those players up, they will get good contributions from those players.

Lazio have some recent good seasons but they don't have too good finance and they can not race with other clubs on transfer market and have to choose a different approach.
