To be honest in this case I think we cannot associate things that happened last season with now because however in terms of conditions and the framework that exists in Napoli is different in terms of attack schemes and conditions where the coach and some players like Osimhen at that time were in the process of adapting back from the injury he received.
But for the dangerous situation for Napoli's performance I quite agree because if they continue like this then the possibility of them returning to the Scudetto this season will be difficult so there needs to be some improvements to be made.

Simeone Inzaghi is a smart coach and he proved his ability in Champions League final match last season. Intermilan was just performing even better. Simeone has been successfully rebuilding the club to be even stronger compared with last season when intermilan was losing against manchester city in the final of UCL. intermilan is well prepared right now caused by the club had some great players.

It looks like Vlahovic is showing his full potential this season. The first 4 games are over and he has scored 4 goals. Last season Vlahovic has been complaining to Alegri strategy because as a striker he didn't gets much ball supply from Juventus midfielder for each matches so that's why his goals records was decline and this season apparently Allegri strategy much different because Juventus playing with more attacking now and besides that Allegri has make good a decision when he putting Chiesa as striker because Chiesa duet with Vlahovic is very solid now and about Vlahovic this statistics even much better when he was playing with Fiorentina on season 2019 because at that time Vlahovic only can able to scores 3 goals from 4 matches at early season and apparently when he was decide to stayed at Juventus and not moved to other teams is the right decision because finally Vlahovic can find again his touch
