Before the game, I remember telling somebody here that Como wasn't a way fixture Roma. Roma have not being convincing at all. Even though they got a new manager recently, they've not being convincing. Roma have a lot to do and it's sad that they don't have the finances to sign whoever they want.
I believe Roma have not gotten the right coach for the job because they players they have are not that bad. They may not be top class players but they're not players that should be losing to Como.
I think they should just try and not get relegated this season and they make better choices by the end of the season.

They were not very patient enough with Jose Mourinho and now they're paying for it, José wasn't really the problem of this club but lack of finance is, even with the mid players Mourinho had, he was trying his best and I believe that if the club had the finance to back him up to sign some quality players as well as trusting him to get Roma back to being a strong team in the Serie A, maybe just maybe they might have been doing fine currently, I don't really blame the new coach anyways, the task is not an easy one especially with the board not being very supportive in the transfer window and signing mid players due to lack of finance. Anyways, they have a match tomorrow against Sampdoria, Coppa italia round of 16 natch and I think It would be in their best interest to get past the emotions of the lose from the Seria A match and focus on the task ahead, else they could lose consecutively.

Juventus needed a different manager, they did their best by hiring Motta, because he looked like he could have done better, he was decent as Bologna manager but he had zero big team experience and it's usually not a good sign to hire someone who has zero big team experience. It is not the same to manager Bologna and Juventus, and if you leave it to Motta, then he would just turn Juventus into Bologna, because he knows how to do that.

The question is, how can a manager get a big team experience without getting a big team job, so someone has to hire them and this is how it happens, Juventus ends up taking a risk, and if it works then he becomes better, if it doesn't work then he doesn't reach that level, gets sacked, and work smaller teams like Bologna. This time, the risk seems like it didn't work, he didn't do that great, he was terrible at Speiza anyways, and he did just decent, nothing great, at Bologna and now we are seeing him do terrible at Juventus.
