It is two times in a row Juventus lose in all tournaments. First, they got their first ever loss in the Serie A this season. And then, they lost against Benfica home even without being able to score a single goal. 



These are the odds for their upcoming game. There is a serious gap naturally. Empoli aren't one of the well-performers these days. They are longing for a win in the league for so many weeks. It could be seen as a good opportunity for Juventus to get a win. But 1.38 is just too low to bet on for me.    I can't even trust Juventus with a goal bet. Because they can't score like I indicated multiple times in the past... What is your opinion on this game? What option is better to bet on you think?

I don't know what to say if they can't win this match, they have repeatedly had bad results against opponents that on paper they should have been able to beat. But yes, football is not something that can be said for sure just by looking at it on paper and we can see that from what Juventus has experienced this season. Juventus is one of the clubs that I actually predicted could compete at the top. It is true that they only lost once, but the draw they got was enough to make them slip into a bad position.

Both have not performed well lately Juventus got 3D 1L 1W and Lazio got 2D 2L 1W in their last 5 matches it can be said that they have lost a lot of points so if they do not focus on the next matches it is not impossible that they will lose their place in the top 5 because the clubs below them are trying to catch up on points and also want to occupy the top 5 positions in order to enter the European zone. Each time both teams meets, I usually feel more comfortable playing them as draw even though it does not always end in draw. This is because it is very difficult predicting what the outcome of the match will be because indices such as home advantage, that would have influenced the match, does not count since both teams use the same stadium. So I agree with you that Derby matches are funny and at the same time complex to predict. However, the recent form of the teams involved can actually determine how well they will play and by extension, influence the outcome of the match. Therefore, I think Inter Milan have advantage in the match.

These are two teams that shared a stadium for decades now, and this derby is bigger than everything else. While in theory AC Milan owns the stadium, we also need to realize that Inter has been there for nearly 75 years or so, which means that they are just as much owners, maybe one day they would make their own stadiums for reasons, not sure why and how that would work, but it looks like it's very important.

Two teams of Milan, facing off, definitely has a lot of derby talking points and a lot of fun, so we are going to see these do a lot better. We obviously can't really make that much change, not that easily, to the rankings. Look at Serie A, Inter is so much ahead, there is no way that we are going to see them do all that differently. I know that AC Milan won against Inter on the cup, but that was just one time, and I am not really sure that we could use that comeback as a way to bet on this game, we are talking about league game here, and I doubt they can do it again.

Although after Inter play against Milan, that Inter will get opponents like Fiorentina and Juventus, I personally still believe Inter will still be able to get good results. Although maybe Inter failed to win, but I am sure Inter can still get a draw in the next two matches after playing against Milan. But, I think that is a safe consideration for Inter, but because Fiorentina also experienced a decline in performance and also Juventus which in my view is still difficult to compete at the highest level or in big matches. Thus, Inter  should still be able to maintain their winning streak in Serie A. It's true. Derby always has unexpected surprises, and derby matches are always different, the performance of both teams does not really affect this match. Although Inter Milan this season is more consistent than Milan, when the two teams meet the spirit of both teams will be different and even the chances of both teams to win are the same.

Head to head comparison, inter Milan has more advantage than AC Milan, based on form too inter Milan are more inform than AC Milan. The point difference between inter Milan and AC Milan are very huge. Inter Milan are second while Ac Milan are 7th. Inter Milan are having 50 points after 21 games while Ac Milan are having 34 points therefore the two clubs aren't on the same level but since it's a derby, the game might not end as we're expecting as the underdog might go on to win the game but still it won't affected standing of the clubs on the table. The odds are in favour of Inter Milan as they're the clubs with the most likelihood of winning.

Considering the current performance in Serie A matches and the squad quality of the teams, I don't see a big chance for AC Milan to win the derby. Even if AC Milan will play at their home, it won't increase much the chance to win the match. No doubt, Inter Milan is the favorite team to win the match. They have a stronger squad, they are playing with a more stable performance during this season, and they are trying to secure another 3 points to compete for the title with Napoli. So, Inter Milan must play all out to win the match, they won't give the chance for AC Milan to steal the point.

By the way, I don't think they were beaten by Dynamo because they want to focus on the derby in Serie A. They played badly in UCL, that's the reason why they got a defeat. I'm not sure the coach has evaluated and got the solution. Moreover, Inter Milan seems stronger than Dynamo. So, it is hard if AC Milan expects an easier match when they play against Inter.

Milan is winning this key matches since the coach is Sergio Coincencao and Inter is a better overall team and is waiting for revenge after what hapened on the Supercup.

Sometimes the pressure that comes with expectations on teams at a derby can actually contribute to all of this happening,  the only time some level of certainty can be seen in a Derby game is when it becomes obvious the weaknesses of an opposition but then there's always this battle for the supremacy of a particular team over the other and then even a weak side at that point will then appear strong meanwhile they are supposed to be a weak team of which they even do after in subsequent games against another teams.

Yeah, it's very difficult betting on derby games because nobody knows how the result will be at the end of 90 minutes, an in form team can lose to an out of form team in derby matches that's why those kind of games are dicey. Derby games are like war games where a team would really want to win because it gives the fans that bragging right for the period their team won on the Derby, maybe that's why most atimes derby games do end in draws.

Choosing both teams to score is an interesting choice in my opinion. It is indeed difficult to predict the final result of a derby match, but Inter Milan current performance is more convincing than AC Milan. The ambition of both teams to secure full points is very big, therefore there is a possibility that the match will end in a draw. In terms of consistency, everyone can easily see that Inter Milan is much more consistent.

The change of manager has not been able to make AC Milan appear more consistent, but Sergio Conceicao looks more promising than Paulo Fonseca. So in my opinion this derby match cannot be said to be balanced, but the prestige at stake makes the meeting of the two teams always worth waiting for. Inter Milan will start the match with more confidence, after they managed to ensure automatic qualification to the last 16 of the Champions League, while AC Milan had to take the play-off route.
