It's a bold move by Juventus because it's been a while since I've seen Juventus sack a coach before the end of the season even if their form has crumbled and that's proven when they've been in Allegri's hands for several seasons they've never even sacked a coach midway through the season so this is a move that I think is quite bold.

I wouldn't say Motta's performance was bad overall but the truth is that he moved too quickly for a bigger club because in the end he was good enough at his previous club but the move to Juventus where he still had little to contribute in terms of coaching made it one of the decisions that for me was not right. But it cannot be denied that his progress is still quite good it's just that he just needs to find the right place to increase his coaching capacity.

Juventus has finally sacked Motta and employed Igor Tudor. I agree with you he’s an average coach and I don’t think he’s any better than Thiago Motta. The problem Motta had was that he has not finished walking before flying, he shouldn’t have been in a hurry to leave Bologna same thing happened in the EPL with Graham Potter.
Because you did well in a smaller team doesn’t mean you’ll do well with a big team. The Aura is not the same, you have to master your craft before you go for the big boys.
