Do you think a businessman need to understand all thing? Atleast those clubs could buy any player they want with the money from the businessman. Football now has been a business, loving football isnt enough for the team to win a competition. They need money to buy players, repair the stadium, attracting investors, etc. Without investment, your team will be a 'just football team' that cant compete with other team. E.g Parma, now this club has moved to Serie C because there is no any investors want to invest their money to that club

In italy, football team is different, is passion, not business.

Massimo Moratti (ex president and owner of Inter) , and Silvio Berlusconi (president e 51% owner of Milan) have invest (and lose) personal money only for passion.

The fans pretend competence of president, Thoir have only invest money, don't know the story of inter, don't know the player, Berlusconi and Moratti buy personally the player, often they have their say in who should play.

Thoir and Mister Bee is only business man, Moratti and Berlusconi is football lovers
