2 months before Serie-A ends, defeat  from Inter Milan its mean, AC Milan have 30% chance to be champions. Good performance from Milan look like over, since from current their position, the poins gap are so close, if Milan can't maintain their performance, maybe they are finished in 5 or 6.

Yes anything can happen, Milan is starting to fade, 3 defeats in 5 Serie A match are bad. Then Juvetus is still inconsistent in series A. The two clubs in my opinion are the closest to the competition for the Serie A champions this season. They both have tighter schedules. Milan are in the Europa League and Juventus are still struggling at UCL. Meanwhile, Inter only focuses on Serie A. This is one of the advantages of Inter at this time. On top of that, Lukaku purchase made them even better, currently he is a Top Score with 17 goals. If Inter is consistent I think he can be Champion this season.

With one more win for Juventus (they are behind one game) we are going to see only one point difference between them. However that is normal, Milan lost 9 points in the last 5 games, so if they kept that it would be 10 point difference and they would be at the top with 58 points right now, they have lost a lot and that is why the difference was covered.

This still doesn't mean that Juventus will pass Milan, we could still see anything happening at this stage, but I believe that if a team is this bad this late in the season, there is doubt that they would recover back and gain momentum and become champions. So, I feel like that 5 point difference between Inter and Juventus is the real question now we could see Inter win the league this season if they go on like this, or if they end up playing bad like Milan and crack at the pressure, they might lose it to Juventus again.

I am pretty sure that Milan will win the match. They will keep the dream for the title. This will be the crucial match to determine which club to be the winner in this season. Inter seems to win against Genoa, it is not a big team and they will play at home. If AC Milan is defeated by Roma, there will be 7 points as the gaps. AC Milan will become hard to overtake Inter with the difference of 7 points. So, I bet they will play all out in this match.

Subsequent losses to Atalanta, Spezia abd Inter gave Inter to much needed boost to achieve top  spot on the table. All isn't over yet for this Milan team. I'd like to see themkeep fighting for the title as since they still have a good chance to win it.

It will depend on how Juventus distribute their resources for Serie A and Champions League and will they manage to go too far in Champions League.

Inter Milan only has Serie A to fight and they will concentrate all resources to win it.

Inter have a superb form right now. They got a huge win against Milan 3-0 away the last. This is an easy game for them surely. I think Inter won't have any problem on winning this game.
