I think the opportunity for Napoli to return to the top four is wide open because what they get is when they face a team that is stronger than them unless they get bad results when facing a weak team like they got against Empoli so the owner decides to replace their coach with the current one.
Their points with AS Roma are the same and only behind by goal difference, so Napoli may still get a place to continue playing in the champions league next season because Roma is also not a consistent team, they still often get random results, only in the last four matches Roma is quite got a lot of points because they only had 1 draw, the rest were wins, but against Fiorentina next week it might be different because this is quite a difficult match in my opinion.

Yes, I agree that Napoli's chances of being in the top 4 are still very wide open with many matches remaining in this Serie A. So Napoli could very well end up at the top four, and they are technically in the top four if you look at just points, equaled. So, in a few weeks we could see them do the possible scenario and get a good lead there.

I do not think that top three is even possible, they will not have that and the result will not be that easy, they will end up being a bit like far behind the third position, but guarantee that top four and you should be at UCL and make a lot of money. Remember that UCL league phase means tens of millions of euro, and they could make a lot of use for that kind of money, if they get that money every year, they could build a team that would be just naturally in top four every season, they just need some more consistency, they can't just win the title one year and be out of top four next year.

What I expect from Inter is to be able to maintain its good performance. No doubt Inter Milan are the team of the Serial A as it stands. They have really been so consistent this season and has been producing the results needed to be toping the league at this stage. They have an experienced manager who knows what he is doing and he has the resources around him to deliver the league title this campaign. I think they will win the league as there is no other team in the league right now who is at inter level right now.

Roma, had a come back against Sausuolo. They didn't play in their A form and it was bad because they ought to be a better side regardless of the host advantage their opponent had. They were only able to come back after the penalty was awarded which in a normal sense means that they were pressed down more by Sausuolo. Even in their European game last week, they didn't give their best. Roma before now are known to be far better than they are now. They need to sit up, they're being too sluggish and lazy and it'll cost them a whole lot, their spot on the table and their advancement in the Europa League too.
For Sausuolo, they first were on top of the game but still let Roma win them.

,AS Roma slowly to climb up in Serie A ranking table and despite of bad start in this season and some up and down, they successfully took over the fourth position from Napoli which lost against Inter Milan. There are some challengers for top four or the fourth position so Roma will have to fight hard to maintain  the fourth position which they are holding temporarily.

I would also like to say the same about Roma, especially because of their statistics so far. Roma have won 7 matches, drawn 3 and lost 4 and that made them manage to collect 24 points from the 42 points contested. Of course, these are not great statistics, but Roma can really take advantage of their opportunities when teams like Napoli fail to win matches.

The points gap between Roma and Inter is still too big to cover, but Roma doesn't need to be pessimistic about that because a good target this season is to qualify for the Champions League next season. Maintaining team shape is difficult for any team, but I think Mourinho should be able to do it for the targets he has planned. But Roma is still not safe in the top 4 because Napoli have the same points, while Fiorentina and Bologna are also not too far behind.

Torino has completely outplayed Atalanta today. Atalanta seem lost. They can't string 5 passes together without losing the ball. I thought they'll get better in the second half but it just got worse. I played them to score at least a goal and even if the match is not over yet, I don't see Atlanta scoring a goal.

I wasn't expecting Roma to play that poorly against Sassuolo to the extent that they were unable to score any goals in the first half. Roma performed horribly with the opportunities they lost against the team ranked in 15th place in the league.

Roma didn't play convincingly well but saying they played poorly is not entirely correct. Don't forget that Sassoulo is a decent team, they play well.
Roma did well and made sure Sassoulo couldn't attack much.

Our expectations are always cut shorten. AS Roma doesn't seem obvious but they actually need to keep records incase of next time. José Mourinho always knows how to manage his time in AS Roma and his players are the best squad in AS Roma this season. They have raised AS Roma from been the all-time average club to become one of the best clubs in Seria A since his arrival in the club.

But I agree with your statement cause they still need a lot to improve themselves in this case, especially for some positions that need a lot to improve.

The first half of that game didn't show that Napoli would lose the game. They defended and attacked effectively and Inter was not given much chance to enjoy freedom. Napoli even had two goal attempts that were hampered by the goalpost and the Inter goalkeeper Yann Sommer. But the second became a disaster for the home team. They struggled to create chance and Victor Osimhen was heavily marked that he couldn't receive passes and was also restricted from making his masterclass runs.

Well the score does not fully reflect the course of the game, still Napoli had chances and in the beginning they pressed well and even hit the bar a couple of times, but then luck turned away from them and after a missed goal Napoli players apparently did not believe that they could win, besides Calkhanoglu played for Inter just fine and it can be said that he decided the outcome of the game with his first goal before the break.

Although I agree that Napoli are trying to overcome the legacy of Garcia and so far Napoli do not have a stable game, which actually puts an end to their attempts to become champions this year.

Napoli coach Walter Mazzarri must allow his team to concentrate on the Seria A league because, in my opinion, even if Napoli advances past the group stage of the Champions League, they will not be able to qualify to the champions league final. If Napoli concentrates on the Seria A league, even if they are unable to win the league title this season, they should at least qualify to the Champions League next season, since Roma become serious to qualify to the Champions League.
