The reason about Juventus only playing in the domestic league this season then ya, of course will be a natural result and because of that then Juventus must get this season to be able to get a trophy in the domestic league. Lazio also has to think about matches in other competitions, and that is beneficial for Juventus who can focus on the competition in Italy. Lazio beat Roma, and then the Super Cup and UCL matches. in the Super Cup match against Inter and UCL, they have to face Munich. If Lazio loses these 2 matches, maybe the mentality of their players will decline.
Juventus has a chance to be in the Italian Cup and Serie A. They are playing quite consistently, because of the impact of last season's sanctions. now they can focus on the competition they are participating in. and it is indeed beneficial for coaches to maintain the stamina of their players.
