It was a really huge loss for Napoli home by the way. I never expected such result like most people. I thought Napoli would even win you know. They beat Atalanta once away. But this performance was just horrible. 

It seems like Napoli have given up and don't have any goal left to achieve. I mean their chance for top four was already really low and this result must have ended their remaining hopes. They can at least qualify for another European tournament but with this performance it isn't happening for sure. The players seem really unmotivated so Calzona wouldn't be able to do much in the remaining time period of the season I assume. They will need to get prepared better for next season.

Napoli's performance this season is very difficult to predict, they are really inconsistent so losing at home against Atalanta with a score of 3 goals without reply is quite embarrassing and not only that because of this defeat I think at this time Napoli has confirmed that they are not able to compete to compete for position in the European zone.

For this season, there is no hope left for Naoli and maybe it would be better for Napoli to maintain its current position and focus next season on building this team to be even better.
When you are in a slump like Napoli is currently, it seems like it will be difficult to get back up.

Seriously, Napoli is unpredictable this season. In some of the last matches before the international break, after beating Sassuolo with many goals, winning Juventus, and also drawing Inter Milan in an away game, I thought Napoli had picked back up their good form,not knowing they were just lucky with the matches they won or the poor performances of those teams. In that match yesterday, almost everyone bet on Napoli to win the game because it was their home game, and the opponent, Atalanta, seemed not to be as strong as Napoli currently from observation currently, but Napoli really denied the way they thought of them.
 
This season, I don't think that Napoli will be able to qualify for any European competition with the way they are performing. Currently, they are in the 8th position in the table, and their next match is Monza, for which I believe the team is also strong when playing in their home games and Napoli playing away. If Napoli wants to qualify for Next Season Europa, they need to put in more effort so they can win matches.

The Lazio team was always on the attack from the start, but despite the strong defenses, the Lazio players were not able to make calls easily as the goalkeeper was full of skill. At the end of the game, Marusic was able to score a goal with a header, according to his technique, going into extra time. The goalkeeper is not able to block the goal because he is inattentive and is slightly to the side of the goal line. Juventus team players are mostly experienced but relatively weak. They made attacks but not strong, in the whole match Juventus team had only 9 attacks but one of them was not successful. Juventus lost 1-0 at the end of the game.

Lazio really used the time well towards the end of the match because Lazio was able to put up quite a good fight which made it difficult for Juventus and Lazio also played by dominating the ball well, this victory was a very deserved victory because Juventus' performance was indeed declining and in the last few matches only achieved 1 victory. I don't know what happened to Juventus in the last few matches, they seemed to lose confidence towards the end, even though Juventus' position in the UCL cannot be said to be safe because Bologna is close to Juventus with a close point difference.

Lazio has been successfully beating Juventus and it surprises many people about how fast juventus declined from the top to slowly goes down to the bottom like this, and I have noticed some minor improvements in their performance in the last match against juventus and it was also making the performance from lazio becomes even better, tudor may also break all of bad opinions directed to him. It all starts with the club's gameplay, which is now more solid and structured compared when lazio used sarri ball. Lazio was dominating the ball, so Juventus tried its luck by playing completely defensively in this match and it's totally failed caused by lazio was able counter it by playing consistently in this match. It's not difficult to understand what gameplay Juventus used because it was always relying on the counterattack to score, which Juventus almost did but failed to do. I'm concerned about how Juventus tried so hard to improve the situation but failed because Lazio played more consistently than Juventus did.
Juventus may be out of the race for a UCL spot if it continues to produce poor results. For Juventus, enough is enough. To secure a spot in the UCL for the current season, the club must improve its performance. Juventus' season has not yet ended.
It may be able to perform better in the future. Allegri needs to do something to save his Juventus career because the club is looking for a replacement for him as soon as possible. Allegri is finding it difficult to defend his career. Allegri doesn't have much time for this. He must save his career immediately.

Incredibly, Juventus managed to lose again this evening, this time in the last minute.

Now seeing the progress, the qualification for the next Champions Leauge seems very difficult considering the remaining matches.

Should Allegri be sacked near the end of the season??

I have often said that Juventus' main problem now is not with its players but with its coach, Allegri. The club management kept this coach for too long so that less than good results could not be avoided. Now the season is almost over and it could be said that they have failed to maintain their position in the standings and it is very easy for the teams below them to be able to overtake them in the near future.

Just imagine, after the defeat against Lazio this time, they cannot feel comfortable in 3rd place in the standings because Bologna will again cut the gap to 2 points, especially since they haven't played a match this week. It's disappointing to see Napoli losing their games this way.

That late goal was enough to give Lazio a home win against Juventus in the Italy Serie A league. Lazio has been a strong club in Serie A for the past few years, and they know how to beat big clubs in the Serie A league. I know Lazio could beat Juventus because, ever since Juventus lost the Serie A title race to Inter Milan, Juventus has been inconsistent in the Serie A league. 

Juventus only play in the Seria A league, yet they were unable to continue their winning ways. Juventus has not win in their last four league games, they lost two and draw two. In their first meeting, Juventus defeated Lazio 3:1 at home, however I never expected Juventus to lose in their second game. Lazio dominated the game more than Juventus, with 16 shots while Juventus' has 9, considering Lazio has performed in the Champions League this season. Juventus dropped from competing for the tittle race to the third place, they cannot finish in second place because AC Milan had already taken the position with 6 points ahead of Juventus.

It's not about this game, seriously not. Losing a game against Atalanta can happen any time to any team on a particular day. I know that this result was devastating and it should not be like this, but it's not as if they lost against one of the teams that are fighting against relegation. I think that the season is now officially over as the chances have significantly declined to qualify for any of the UEFA competitions.

I don't know what happened to Juventus, they have repeatedly experienced recent defeats which should now be crucial points for them, but once again they failed in this match. The match was tight, but Lazio had better control of the match. I actually thought this match would end in a draw, but they had to accept a nightmare when Adam Marusic scored a goal in the 90th minute+.

This result means they are increasingly threatened in their current position, because Bologna and AS Roma have not played a match this week, so it is very likely that they will be closer to these two clubs. I predicted this earlier, and those who are regularly reading my posts about Napoli before this season shortly after they won the Scudetto last year could testify to it that I never saw them winning the Serie A cup this season, and that's if they will be part of the cup contender. Their 8th position now is proof of that. For me, they played well last season and deserve the winning, especially Victor Oshimhen and Khvicha Kvaratskhelia, but I never saw them being spectacular beyond then for lack of consistency and I can attribute what happened to them for winning last season's league to luck as well, they are not just the team that can replicate it. Even now, Khvicha Kvaratskhelia tried like before but Victor did not replicate it which is another issues for them. Also before the end of the season, they've been making mistakes which could have hinted to any sensitive person already about what they would do this season, and if not for the fact that they've had enough points ahead of their closest rival, it could have been another issue for them with the way they performed towards the end of the season. And I believe Luciano Spalletti was wise enough to know what could possibly go wrong, which made him excuse himself when the ovation was still very loud.

However, what happened yesterday was shameful, Napoli disappointed their fans and those who betted on them against Atalanta. It was such a match that people will least expect the outcome and that can be seen in the bigger odds given to Atalanta across betting platforms. Atalanta scored twice in the first half, thinking Napoli could equalize and still win, but still scored another towards the end of the match despite being at the home of Napoli. This is just not nice and shows how unprepared they were even as their attack and defence were just nonsense. Fine, they did well against Juventus and Napoli, may be they underestimated Atalanta.

Sassuolo will fight against Udinese today and during this season both teams has been failed to managed their consistency and this makes they have to fight to avoiding relegation zone especially for Udinese that under new manager Gabriele Cioffi Udinese have no significant progress because since he was handle this team Udinese total has been through an 21 matches in Serie A with him and from those matches Udinese only able to gets 4 wins and 9 draw so although currently Udinese at 14th place but with only 2 differrence points above to the teams from relegation zone obviously their position is not safe and Udinese have to win today to secured their position on league table

For Udinese all of their players in the good fitness and the players such as Lorenzo Lucca, Florian Thauvin and Wallace will be ready to play today and for Sassuolo unfortunately their main striker Domenico Berardi still unable to played because long term injured but luckily Sassuolo still have Andrea Pinamonti who can able to performing well as forward player for Sassuolo and actually it's hard to predict who is the winner of this match because during this season the performance of both teams is really unpredictable but Udinese and Sassuolo have been met on December and they can playing draw at that time and today too i am thinking possibility this match will be ended to draw again and this option has high odds @3.35

Sassuolo are in the relegation zone and Udinese are very close. Sassuolo were buoyed by the win over Frosinone and had hopes for their remaining games, but they lost away to Roma. Sassuolo may not have gotten the points against Roma but they performed beyond expectations.
I think Sassuolo have shown a good defensive image lately, conceding only 2 goals in the last three weeks. Udinese were on a good run, but the defeat to Torino has demoralized them. Both teams are having a bad season and are struggling to stay in Serie A for next season. Sassuolo don't inspire confidence and Udinese can put in disorganized performances away from home. It would not surprise me if the result is a draw.

Thanks to the fact that Juventus has a reserve of points, it will retain its place in the top 4. In addition, you probably forgot that next season the Champions League format is changing and since Italy is now in first place in terms of the number of points scored by clubs in European competition, with a 90% probability Serie A will send 5 of its representatives to the Champions League at once.

Not only did they lose 3rd place, but I think Juventus is also in danger of finishing in 4th place, because the two teams below them currently, Roma and Bologna, have quite consistent performance, in contrast to Juventus, which is already very down.

At least this season is not a bad season for Inter Milan because they won trophy domestic league, although it is not a big trophy, but the league title is also an important trophy for elite Serie A clubs.

For the Italian teams at the moment, they'll be focusing their strength on the domestic Serie A league and they ought to be doing excellently well in it. Especially Juventus, they've even had a greater chance of being far ahead in the standings than the likes of Inter Milan because for others, after the league games, they'd still have to play the continental tournament and this will definitely affect players' physical capabilities too.

 The final games in the UCL round of 16 was played and the result of Inter Milan against Atletico Madrid is one that was just in between expected and unexpected. The Italian side have been able to this season stay in shape in both the Serie A and the UCL until their disqualification days ago. They've played to win and they've secured good number of points gaps between them and Juventus. Yes it's not so surprising as they've in all time being a competitive Italian side. Atletico's encounter wasn't really much of a petty game for them as the both teams were strong though Inter being stronger in terms of league standings but experience wise, Atletico knew how to get what they got. Well it's a motivation ahead of next season for Inter Milan.
