Napoli recruited Conte as the new coach for next season and I think, Conte is a reliable manager who also certainly has good quality and experience. The result of leg 2 of the play off Venezia vs Cremonese was won by Venezia 1-0. There is 1 Venezia player Jay Idzes from my country and I feel proud of his achievement. He is still young, but since his arrival at Venezia he has always been a regular choice.  Although he is a hereditary player it seems that he will become the first Indonesian player to play in Serie A, one of the world's best leagues. My hope is that Venezia can continue to compete in Serie A not just for one year but that Venezia can survive and compete with other teams. If the Napoli owner always wants to decide how Napoli players will be used, he will make the club not to move forward because no good coach will last as long as the Napoli head coach can't decide which player is okay for him to use in a match. I agree with you, there's is some reason why Napoli's president fired Spalleti after winning the Seria A title for the club, I don't think they will sack him for no reason after helping the team to lift the trophy they have been fighting to win for many years. The Napoli president always sacked coach who cannot perform well for the club because they always want positive outcomes in their games, and I believe  Spalleti is among the best coach they have been appointed. For many years we haven't seen Napoli dominating the league as they did under Spalleti. But we have seen how strangely Napoli performed this season, they sacked many coaches which had an impact on their games this season. I hope Conte builds the club to the top next season.

Fiorentina performed quite impressively with Vincenzo Italiano even though Fiorentina failed to win the conference league championship trophy and also finished in the champion league zone this season, but we can see that in the last two seasons Fiorentina statistics and performance have increased quite drastically, twice succeeding in bringing Fiorentina to the conference league final is of course a positive achievement,  However, two failures to win the conference league trophy are the reason for Vincenzo Italiano to resign as Fiorentina coach this season, although it did fail to bring Fiorentina to win the conference league but Fiorentina management still continues to trust him as coach next season but apparently this is not able to prevent Vincenzo Italiano from resigning from his position.

The result of leg 2 of the play off Venezia vs Cremonese was won by Venezia 1-0. There is 1 Venezia player Jay Idzes from my country and I feel proud of his achievement. He is still young, but since his arrival at Venezia he has always been a regular choice.  Although he is a hereditary player it seems that he will become the first Indonesian player to play in Serie A, one of the world's best leagues. My hope is that Venezia can continue to compete in Serie A not just for one year but that Venezia can survive and compete with other teams. Venezia is a former Serie A team that was relegated in 21/22 and today they are back again.

Don't forget there is the Como club which is a club owned by businessmen from our country. Namely, the club is owned by the Hartono Brothers, namely Michael Bambang and Robert Budi Hartono. Conte always makes some kind of transfers when he joins a new team, I think that he discusses this when he draws up a contract with the club, he constantly demands new players, and without results no one will allow this.
