With the arrival and appointment of Antonio Conte as head coach of Napoli, I don't think I see Victor Oshime leaving, Antonio Conte would still love to get a backup player despite having Victor Oshime. ( Napoli already making moves for Romelu Lukaku already ) I love Antonio Conte, if I was playing European football I would love to work with him, I love his views of the game and how he plays with the three man back defense. I know Napoli would definitely see success if they get him the executioners he wants.

We haven't seen any huge offer made for me and I don't see Arsenal doing that. But Conte is reportedly very interested in getting Lukaku into the Napoli squad. But there has been no discussion about Conte's opinion about Osimhen. And actually Conte was also given a fairly large budget for the upcoming transfer market. So it could be that Conte really wants Lukaku to come and also keep Osimhen. And that way Napoli will have two great strikers in the team. But the problem is that the club seems to have the intention of releasing Osimhen if a good offer comes for Osimhen.

Empoli actually got a really close call.  they could have very easily been relegated this Season.  they were actually very lucky that Frosinone lost at the end.  otherwise, it could have been a disaster for Empoli. By the way, the performance from them in this season has been worse compared to their performance in the last two seasons. But it seems now everyone is starting to be optimistic again about the future of Napoli which will be handled by Antonio Conte. Because in the world of coaching, we can no longer doubt Conte. So true. Maybe this should also be a consideration for Osimhen himself. Reflecting on Lukaku's experiences is truly a quite sad story. Although initially Lukaku was very good when he was still playing at Inter Milan. In fact, he scored 47 goals in 72 appearances at Inter Milan, which made Chelsea interested in bringing him to Stamford Bridge. Fired? No, Napoli didn't fire Spalletti. He wanted to leave by himself. Because he said that he was tired after such season and he decided to take some rest. Otherwise it would be absurd to see the chairman firing him after having an amazing season with him.    They must have tried their best to convince him for another season. I really don't remember such a solid season by Napoli for decades.

They have changed many managers after him which is never a healthy way to get better. Because you just don't give that manager a proper amount of time to do better things. Anyways, it is at least still nice to see Conte there now. He is a really successful manager.

I have been of same opinion too, Napoli isn't a good place for such a talent as osimhen if he wants to thrive with his talent, he doesn't even look well appreciated in the team aswell, so a critical look into everything shows he's got a very good reason not to stay any further in the team if he wants the best for his career enough to thrive beyond the point he has gotten to currently, he's has been able to get the team a whole lot so leaving them is fair.

Even when he went to represent his country in their African cup of nations tournament, he was one of the best players, and at some point it looked like the fate of his country team rested on him and he was able to deliver the best he could, obviously, there's more to what he can achieve beyond Napoli, staying back at Napoli will only impede his growth and his ability to scaling greater heights as a football who's still young, skilled and talented. Last season at Napoli has been filled with a lot of ups and down and it will not be healthy staying back.

Yes, I agree with you that it would be better for Victor Osimhen to join a club that can provide high career development for his future rather than having to stay at a club that does not have strong consistency and poor club management makes Osimhen unable to develop his career.
The problem is that Osimhen can't do anything because Napoli doesn't need money right now, whereas all of Osimhen's future as long as he is still under contract with Napoli, he can't do anything except wait for his contract to expire then he can leave Napoli and now is not the time to leave Napoli because he certainly won't. permitted by Napoli who currently need his talent to help Napoli have another strong performance like last season.
