I agree with you that Antonio Conte has great potential to bring positive change at Napoli if given full freedom to form the squad he wants. This club a bit different because their current manager has hire several assistants and as far i know Osian Roberts is the manager and Fabregas is his main assistant and besides as manager assistant Fabregas also as the investor with Thierry Henry and this club is indeed owned by the richest businessman in Indonesia and Como was automatically can promote to Serie A because they can finish at runner up place under Parma on Serie B and looking forward to see the performance of this club later whether they can able to survive in Serie A or not

We haven't seen Como play in the Italian Serie A, so we aren't certain if they will do well or not. But for them to gain promotion, it means they were good in the Italian Serie B, and if the owner makes a good signing, Como can be able to escape relegation. It will take the coach and the owner time to build this club where they can challenge for the Serie A title because they will find it hard to sign good players since they will not represent Italy in next season's UEFA Champions League competition.

Conte brings new hope for Napoli to be able to give them something good. Certainly many people hope that with Conte's arrival this season they will be able to get something even better than before, which this season they have played far below everyone's expectations.
