Osimhen probably doesn't want to be at Napoli anymore because Napoli don't play in the Champions League competition, I think that's a natural thing for a player like Osimhen, it's appropriate for him to go to a much stronger team.
Meanwhile, NApoli's plan to recruit Lukaku cannot be separated from Antonio Conte's wishes because Conte is quite happy with Lukaku and I think from what has happened in the past Lukaku's quality will suit Conte's coaching style quite well.
Even though Lukaku's performance has really declined at the moment, I think every coach has his own point of view and we have to respect that.

Currently, talks about Victor Oshime all calm and quiet. I don't know who wants him no more, we'll wait until after the European Competition then.
Arsenal should make a move if Chelsea has no plans, if they can sign up Declan Rice for such figures, why can't they do same with Victor Oshime? Maybe they should do installment payments.

I want to see if he'd rather a season stay with Napoli or even move to Paris Saint Germans which would be a club capable of paying off his dues. But they'll be affected by fair play rules if they sign both Khivicha Kvaratskhelia and Victor Oshime together from Napoli.

I'd love him to work a season with Antonio Conte anyways, top lad working with a top manager.

As for Conte and Lukaku, they did work together during that season at Inter Milan as they also went ahead to win the league Competition.
The likes of Ashley Young, Christian Erikson and Romelu Lukaku all won the trophy that season. Lukaku was amongst them that scored quality goals for the club, so I'm not surprised by themselves linking back together.

Conte arrival will of course give a new color to Napoli's performance next season, and even Conte has prepared several names of players that Napoli must recruit to be able to compete next season, including Lukaku, but reportedly the deal is very difficult to happen because Chelsea wants Napoli to pay 37 million euros, while Napoli wants a trade-in option between Osimhen and Lukaku and Chelsea rejected it.
Lukaku and Conte have worked together so indeed Conte understands the characteristics of Lukaku game so far, although indeed Lukaku this season is not in his best form but it seems that Conte has a strong reason to recruit him and of course maybe Conte has the right solution to restore Lukaku performance later if he plays for Napoli next season.

Conte is quite an experienced coach. Conte can strengthen the Napoli squad if the Napoli management gives Conte the freedom to work and provide the necessary funds to strengthen the squad. But the Napoli management is not interested in spending too much money. So it cannot be said for sure whether Conte will be able to strengthen this team next season.

Conte is interested in adding Lukaku to the squad. But I don't believe that Napoli management will add Lukaku to the squad for 37 million. Such a large amount means Napoli management will not be interested in spending for Lukaku. However, if they want to perform well in the next season, Napoli definitely need an experienced striker.

Romelu Lukaku is the ideal typical striker needed by Antonio Conte and has planning bring him to Napoli on next winter transfer window opening, its bit difficult because Chelsea as current club for Lukaku never want to make agreement swap including Victor Osimhen and Chelsea want to any one team interested with Lukaku pay offer 38 million euro.
Antonio Conte and Romelu Lukaku have good relationship and both of them success bring Inter Milan become the winner of Serie when Antonio Conter as Inter Milan head coach and he want bring good memorize with Lukaku in Napoli for next season.

Still not clearly the future of Victor Osimhen keep staying with Napoli but not get appearance for playing in Champion League for next season or looking for other team but Napoli never let him go under 100 million fees transfer. Napoli will try to sell Osimen and earn much money for recruiting new players exactly Antonio Conte main target to sign Romelu Lukaku from Chelsea.

Milan doesn't look like they are in a hurry to bring a new manager after parting ways with Pioli. I assume they just decide to wait for Euro 2024 to end. Maybe they even want to watch some managers here to add them to the list according to the performance.  Smiley

There are always good managers out there. Making the right choice is the most difficult thing for the long term. Milan likes to bring Italian managers more often than the ones from other nationalities. They might have entered the race as well if Napoli didn't finish Conte deal quickly. After Allegri and Ancelotti, this was the first time they went for the long term with the same coach. I'm curious about whether they will find a manager to work with for as long as Pioli's time.

Milan is a club that doesn't change coaches very quickly. Because the Milan management knows very well that any coach needs time to adapt to the players in his team. It is foolish to think that the performance of the team will improve immediately with the change of coach. Moreover, most of the times we see that the performance of the teams becomes unstable after the change of coach. This is why the Milan management is not interested in a quick coach change.

Stefano Pioli coached Milan for the last 5 seasons. I wouldn't say that Milan's performance with Pioli was poor. But I look forward to seeing if the players can adapt to the likes of Paulo Fonseca. Paulo Fonseca coached Roma and Lille in the last few years. With Paulo Fonseca, Roma and lille's performance was strong, no way to say that.

Just like some other teams in Serie A, Lazio started making changes in their team to get the team improved for the next season and got better results.
Lazio got their coach, Igor Tudor fired. Lazio said they had many differences with their coach and Igor Tudor wanted to make huge changes in Lazio and sell some players in this team which could cost too much money for Lazio.
Igor Tudor left Lazio just three months ago when he started working there.

Yes, I don't know what happened to Igor Tudor, because after only 3 months as coach at Lazio, he resigned again. In fact, if you look at Igor Tudor's performance at Lazio, I think the results are quite good. The reason is that this season Igor Tudor succeeded in bringing Lazio to finish in 7th place in Serie A and at the same time was able to win a ticket to the European League. So it can be concluded that Igor Tudor has quite good prospects at Lazio even though he has only been in office for 3 months. Therefore, I personally really regret that Igor Tudor had to leave Lazio. But it can't be helped, Igor Tudor's decision has already passed and certainly cannot be changed anymore. Therefore, currently Lazio must look for another coach who can really bring Lazio back to success in Serie A. Until now there has been no definite news regarding who will replace Igor Tudor in Lazio's coaching chair. But from rumors circulating, it is reported that Lazio is eyeing the Verona coach, Marco Baroni. Several news media even said that Lazio had reached an agreement with Marco to fill the coaching chair at Lazio.

Quote
Lazio has reportedly reached an agreement to appoint former Hellas Verona coach Marco Baroni as their new coach this summer.
Source: https://www.ligaolahraga.com/amp/lazio-capai-kesepakatan-rekrut-marco-baroni-sebagai-pelatih-baru

If this is true, I think Marco can definitely make Lazio develop even more next season. Because even when he served as Verona coach, the results could also be said to be quite good. So it is certain that when Marco is made coach at Lazio, which has various aspects that exceed Verona, it will make him more optimal in carrying out his tactics and strategies. Because even with his limitations when he was at Verona, Marco was able to make Verona into a pretty good team.

Igor Tudor left Lazio just three months ago when he started working there.

Now Lazio already has Giovanni Martusciello as a new coach and hopefully this is the right step to achieve victory for Lazio. As you said above, the previous coach had a very different character and I really hope that Giovanni Martusciello doesn't repeat the same mistakes. like Igor Tudor and give a more positive impression and always win in every match they face. Lazio must take advantage of next season to provide its best performance for its fans which will start soon.
Giovanni Martusciello status only as caretaker in Lazio because today Lazio has been announce that they will have new manager namelly Marco Baroni and soon Baroni will signing 2 years contract and 1 year extended option with this team however i thought Lazio will hire Miroslav Klose as the next manager because previously he is the strong candidate as the replacement of Igor Tudor but apparently this is just a rumour and let see what Marco Baroni can do for next season but according to his managerial career Marco Baroni have no experience to train big team because since 2001 he was train plenty of Serie B teams but as far i know Marco Baroni never gets any trophies and even he almost make Verona to be relegated this season so i have to says Marco Baroni recent records is really not impressive and Marco Baroni job is not easy in Lazio because he have to lifted up Lazio performance next season and Lazio was targetting top 4 place under him so let see it later whether Marco Baroni can achieve the target which given by Lazio owner or not

I agree with you that Antonio Conte has great potential to bring positive change at Napoli if given full freedom to form the squad he wants. Of course, losing a key player like Osimhen would be a big loss for Napoli because apart from his young age, Osimhen also has great quality, especially since Osimhen was once the top scorer in Serie A.
No doubt, Osimhen is a good player. Osimhen is among the top 10 strikers in the world right now. But when a club gets a new coach, the first thing the coach will do is to assess his players to see the ones that will not fit into his tactic so that he can get a replacement immediately to enable him to perform well. Already, Conto wants to bring Lukaka to Napoli, which I think will make Osimhen want to leave the club to sign for another club where he will be a regular starter.

If Antonio Conte brings in Lukaku as a striker for next season to play for Napoli, that does not mean that Osimehn will be less useful. Osimehn stats is way much better than that of Lukaku who has come of age now and doesn’t really have much time left to play football before he retires. I know Osimehn will want to change club and get registered under a new team, but he’s still valuable to Napoli if he stays back. I haven’t heard Osimehn linked to any team so far the transfer window, are they no big clubs interested in this striker or his release clause is beyond measure to be affordable by teams that will be interested? Leaving Napoli is not bad but if he doesn’t get a better place than Napoli to play for with more or same playing time, he should just continue with Napoli.
I don't see Lukaka as a backup striker; if not, Conte would go for a younger striker who still has more playing years ahead of him so that when Osimehn leaves Napoli, the striker will replace him. But for Conte, choosing to go for Lukaka, who has fewer playing years to retire as a professional footballer, means that Lukaka's style of play fits into his coaching style. Big clubs might want to secure Osimehn's signature late so that they will not get many rivals, who will make the buying price of Osimehn so high. If any big club indicates interest in signing Osimehn now, you will see that other big clubs will be interested in Osimehn, and the competition will make Napoli want to sell Osimehn for a lot of money because he is hot in the transfer window.
Napoli's playing it smart. A safety net is this Osimhen extension. They get to keep their star striker, but if some big club comes knocking with the cash, they won't stand in his way. Chelsea and PSG taking a backseat? That's perhaps not a negative. Lower pressure on Napoli, more negotiating power. Guy, control is everything

Lukaku? That's a difficult one. Chelsea's tough negotiators, always looking for the best deal. Conte is still a possibility, though. He'll push for Lukaku if he believes in his potential. Dude, this is more intense than a high-stakes poker game. Although a lot is at risk, there is a substantial potential reward. Again, Lukaku and Conte together? Success is guaranteed by such combination. Though we'll see how things turn out, it's undoubtedly something to watch

Don't believe that they are in no rush, they probably want to have a replacement for Pioli soon, but just haven't found one yet. And "No", I don't think it's likely they'll want to see the managers at the EURO, there aren't any great managers there who could possibly take their team to the top and then leave like that.

So far, based on rumors, there are 6 managers who might go to AC Milan, including: Paulo Fonseca, Roberto De Zerbi, Lionel Scaloni, Thomas Tuchel, Sergio Conceicao and Xavi Hernandez. Which of these managers do you think is most likely to go to AC Milan?

AC Milan have officially parted ways with Stefano Pioli this season after failing to present at least one trophy to AC Milan, but I think Stefano Pioli dismissal may not be just a reason for failing to win trophies this season, there may be a bad relationship between the management and Stefano Pioli so that they do not wait for the end of the season or when they have reached an agreement with another coach to sack Stefano Pioli this season, so far, actually Milan under Stefano Pioli coaching is not too bad because in fact Stefano Pioli managed to bring Milan to the scudetto in 2022 after previously the last time they got the 2011 season, besides that in the 2022/23 season he managed to bring Milan to the semifinals of the Champions League after previously they continued to fail to compete in the Champions League, this season is Stefano Pioli last season in Milan but he managed to bring Milan to finish as runner up Serie A.

To be honest, I think the dismissal of Stefano Pioli by Milan does not have a strong reason and will actually be a disadvantage for Milan to fire a coach who is reliable and also genius in concocting game strategies, currently there are several coaches who are indeed linked with Milan next season, but among these names it seems that Fonseca will indeed be a strong candidate to replace Stefano Pioli position.

Seria A elite clubs are positioning themselves for the top battle next season. It's definitely going to be elite for them because most of these clubs have to configure their clubs when it comes to managerial management and also making important signings for the purpose to make increase in stellar performance. Stefano Pioli have done his best for AC Milan but they club needs to write a new chapter inother to boosts their performance.

I suggest that Osimhen stay at Napoli because what we know is that he is like this thanks to Napoli and the quality of his game has improved since he was at Napoli, that's why I hope Osimhen is able to stay at least for a season because we don't know that Conte could make Osimhen find his rhythm again when handled by the right people, and hope that Napoli brings in a midfielder who is reliable enough to be able to pass the ball to Osimhen because Napoli really needs that figure in the squad this season. At least Osimhen can focus on next season even though he still looks young at least he can learn to get better flying hours in Naples..
Coming from ligue 1, of course Osimhen was not a player who did have a great attraction at that time, even many Napoli fans doubted if Osimhen would be able to develop as he is today, 4 seasons with Napoli of course the scudetto is one of the biggest achievements that he presents to Napoli fans, but looking at the current condition of Napoli, of course there will be a desire from Osimhen to leave next season even though actually at the end of last season he has signed a long-term contract with Napoli, but after the news stated that PSG was interested in recruiting Osimhen, of course Osimhen was very open if Napoli wanted to sell him.

Seeing Napoli who failed to qualify for the Champions League next season, of course, does not rule out the possibility that Osimhen will leave, especially now that Conte seems to be more inclined to bring his former players to Napoli, Lukaku is one of Conte top priorities for him to bring to Napoli next season so it will indirectly make Osimhen position as Napoli main striker threatened.

We also cannot forget that Osimhen is actually being pursued by a lot of clubs. So there is a very high possibility that one of those clubs make such an offer which is really good for Napoli to pass. And if they are actually bringing Lukaku into the team, there is not a very strong reason for them to actually keep Osimhen in the team. Of course, if they are going to see a very good offer which is stupid to say no to, they are not going to say no.

By the way, what does the player want? If he actually actually wants to leave, there is no point in this discussion. Because if Osimhen once left, that is going to happen. Generally, when a player wants to leave a club, the club cannot do much to keep him. Has he said anything about what he wants to do?

You need to realize that Napoli and Antonio Conte have reached an agreement and also, Antonio Conte has a contract until 2027 in Napoli. So, there is no longer a chance for Milan to compete with Napoli to get Antonio Conte, because Antonio Conte has signed a contract with Napoli for a few days ago. Then. But regarding Stefano Pioli, I think Stefano Pioli's contract has expired because after all, I don't know whether Stefano Pioli was fired or his contract with Milan has ended. But apart from that, I think Stefano Pioli's departure is a good way too, because basically Stefano Pioli also left in a good way. But indeed, of course Milan will try to appoint a new coach for next season and that will of course happen sooner or later.

Xavi might be a good option. I said that because he has just been fired from Barcelona. So he has a point to prove. So he could be a good option. Other than that, Scaloni could be a very good option. Tuchel might not be a very good option if they actually want to win. Because when I saw him with Chelsea, his tactics were a little questionable, to be honest. They might keep de Zerbi into consideration. But the best decision should be Xavi. He had done really well with Barcelona even though he did not have basically any kind of money even though Barcelona does not want to admit that. So he should be the first priority among these names that you mentioned.

It is also probably a wrong thing to say that they are not in a hurry. I also agree that they are a little confused probably.

Milan perform under Stefano Pioli not really poor because success winning scudetto last two season, but small fund allocated for transfer top players make Milan difficult reach higher level perform but keep consistent finish on Champion League spot standings every season. After sacking Stefano Pioli, Milan still not announce yet who candidate become their manager for next season and seems waiting after Euro 2024 or waiting official releasing from management appointing new manager for next season.

Right now have many top manager as free agent after sacking by their team before from Thomas Tuchel, Xavi Hernandez and Juventus head coach former Massimo Allegri could be candidate list become Milan manager for next season because he was Milan former last several season before.

It was a mistake when Milan already had plans to fire Stefano Pioli and was already targeting Conte, Milan should have moved quickly to get the coach but it seems like Milan still had doubts about Conte so the team didn't move faster to get the coach.
on the one hand, I heard rumors that Milan is also eyeing De Zerbi, who might be an alternative if they can't get Antonio, and I'm also not sure if Milan will decide to make an offer to De Zerbi because currently the coach is still under contract with an EPL team.

It's sad to see Stefano Pioli have to leave Milan, whereas if Stefano Pioli is retained I'm sure Milan can get better results in the next season or maybe try to get the Scudetto title, but on the one hand, Milan decision is very wise because this team wants to try to bring in a coach new with greater experience to be able to take Milan to a higher level.
unfortunately, we don't yet know the latest rumors regarding Stefano Pioli replacement, perhaps currently Milan is not too hasty because they still have a very long time, but my hope is that Milan doesn't choose the wrong coach who doesn't have experience which could destroy Milan future.

Fonseca is a very good coach, he has not worked in very big teams for a long time until now. He usually leaves the team within 1-2 seasons. But if he takes over AC Milan and manages to stay there for at least 3-4 years, I think we will see a very good Milan, he managed to earn very high points even in teams like Lille and Roma Smiley

Stefano Pioli might not have led AC Milan to win any trophy in the last two seasons, but we can't shy away from the fact that the Italian manager is a great tactician who I think should've gotten more time at the club. AC Milan management without doubt knows better why they chose to part ways with a manager who helped them win the Italian Serie A title two years ago. Now that Stefano Pioli has departed the club, I think getting a replacement that'll bring instant success to the team wouldn't be as easy as most people think because AC Milan currently do not have the best set of players in the world.
A lot of managers have already been mentioned as possible replacement for Stefano Pioli at the club but I'm yet to see the one that's better than the recently departed manager. AC Milan is one the traditional clubs in Europe so i would want to see them challenging for trophies as soon as possible

Actually, I see that Igor Tudor is very suitable to be Lazio's coach, but I don't know what pressured Lazio to fire the coach, but I just thought there was something strange when Maurizio Sarri served as Lazio's coach before Igor Tudor, Maurizio Sarri resigned to leave Lazio while he didn't have any problems and after that Igor Tudor was appointed as the new coach to replace Maurizio Sarri but ended up being fired.
Igor Tudor may not be able to make changes too quickly, but firing the coach just for reasons that don't make sense to me is very ridiculous, because every coach has various ways to improve the club's performance but when he has that plan, being fired is the wrong decision.

After this, Lazio will definitely be confused about getting a better coach because they have to play a big match at UEL later and I'm sure Lazio will experience a bad start to the season like last season.

Juventus is one of the teams whose performance I am looking forward to in the coming season, because this season they have experienced a decline in consistency and that is very detrimental to them. They should be more consistent, but we can't really say for sure because this decline will come at any time and to any team, and Juventus is one of the teams that cannot maintain their consistency this season.
This is something disappointing, therefore they must be able to prepare everything better next season. They can ensure that the depth of their squad is created evenly, because that is also one of the factors that makes them consistent. An injury storm might come at any time, and they must be able to anticipate this by having an even squad depth. Because one of the factors why they have declined this season is that they are not very ready to rotate because the depth of their squad is not very even.
Yes, we probably want to see Juventus bounce back because they have lost a lot of consistency, especially at the end of last season which was so massively decreased after many people hoped that Juventus could develop much better last season, but were broken with several defeats to continue to decline.

Yes, of course with that problem Juventus need to reconstruct their players more so that the lost composition can be replaced with decent players who can have the same job desk, it will provide more strength when their main players experience cider, I hope Juventus can see greater opportunities and can win back every league, especially the Serie A league.
Allegri has not been able to do much this season, with injuries and player sanctions hampering his efforts to bring Juventus to a consistent performance throughout the season. Even though on the other hand, Juventus this season is only focused on domestic competitions, that doesn't necessarily mean Juventus is free to put pressure on Inter at the top of the standings. However, despite experiencing quite significant ups and downs in performance, Juventus managed to win the Coppa Italia trophy.

Obviously, Juventus management has to work hard in the next transfer window, they have to improve the depth of their squad, because they will be taking part in the Champions League next season. Thiago Motta, who will reportedly be appointed as Juventus coach next season, definitely needs quality rotation options in his squad, so that he can meet expectations. Of course it won't be easy, where every change requires adaptation.

Meanwhile regarding Pogba, Juventus looks like they will soon terminate their contract with the player, perhaps Pogba will announce his early retirement from football due to a doping case. Apart from all that, I am sure that Motta will be able to manage Juventus better next season, where this season he succeeded in bringing Bologna to qualify for the Champions League after finishing in 5th place in the Serie A standings.
Because there were many inhibiting factors last season, Juventus did not get many more opportunities even though they could almost be at the top but they lost it and went back down, Allegri was not very fortunate, but with him so far it is quite good, at least the Coppa Italia belongs to him before he leaves Juventus.

The squad must be improved at all costs because it is needed so that the whole team can be solid and can have better options when one of them is hampered or injured, this is also as an anticipation of whatever happens on the field to players in fierce competition, of course building a team is not an easy thing and takes a lot of time to produce extraordinary performance, hopefully Motta can mix good players to be able to separate the season that will start again later.

With Pogba's case I'm not confident in the future, but if he has luck it might be a different story.
