Milan doesn't look like they are in a hurry to bring a new manager after parting ways with Pioli. I assume they just decide to wait for Euro 2024 to end. Maybe they even want to watch some managers here to add them to the list according to the performance.  

There are always good managers out there. Making the right choice is the most difficult thing for the long term. Milan likes to bring Italian managers more often than the ones from other nationalities. They might have entered the race as well if Napoli didn't finish Conte deal quickly. After Allegri and Ancelotti, this was the first time they went for the long term with the same coach. I'm curious about whether they will find a manager to work with for as long as Pioli's time.

Milan is a club that doesn't change coaches very quickly. Because the Milan management knows very well that any coach needs time to adapt to the players in his team. Lazio got their coach, Igor Tudor fired. Lazio said they had many differences with their coach and Igor Tudor wanted to make huge changes in Lazio and sell some players in this team which could cost too much money for Lazio.

Actually, I see that Igor Tudor is very suitable to be Lazio's coach, but I don't know what pressured Lazio to fire the coach, but I just thought there was something strange when Maurizio Sarri served as Lazio's coach before Igor Tudor, Maurizio Sarri resigned to leave Lazio while he didn't have any problems and after that Igor Tudor was appointed as the new coach to replace Maurizio Sarri but ended up being fired.

The two big teams in Serie A between Juventus and AC Milan are both looking for new coaches for next season. For Juventus, they are very close to Motta and it is possible that an official announcement will be quite close. Motta is of course a pretty good choice for Juventus considering Motta strategy which succeeded in making Bologna strong, and it is indicated that it will have quite a big influence on Juventus revival if Motta is indeed the choice of Juventus management.

AC Milan has not been linked with a big name coach that they will appoint for next season. Only Fonseca has been linked recently but I doubt AC Milan will choose him. Actually, Napoli could easily recruit Lukaku, they just need to release Osimhen and use the money to pay off Lukaku release clause from Chelsea. However, a better option is to keep Osimhen, automatically Conte will no longer be busy looking for a quality striker. It seems like De Laurentiis doesn't dare to spend a lot of money, even though he released Osimhen, they don't plan to recruit an expensive player like Lukaku.

What is clear is that Chelsea doesn't want to loan Lukaku out again, the Blues just want to let him go permanently. Yes, Chelsea is no longer interested in getting Osimhen for the club anymore. Chelsea said that they would no longer want him because of the high price offered given Osimhen's current age. And this makes us realize that it looks like Osimhen will not go to Chelsea. Meanwhile, Chelsea is actually interested in getting another player as a replacement.

Massimiliano Allegri was among the best coach for the Bianconeri, they've enchanced their performance and we hope they're able to deliver stellar performance against opponents. I think, it is the joy of every management to see their coach doing well by helping the team to be more consistent in winning their matches which they are ready to release any amount of budget the coach need, and if conte can show some signs of potential coach, I think the management will approve such budget. If the players the coach is trying to bring into Napoli are potential players, I don't think the management will ignore the budget, and they want good performance from Napoli next season because they are not happy about the position Napoli ended up in Italian league competition. I don't think, Victor Osimhen will still continue with Napoli next season, because there is a rumors that PSG management are planning to sign him to cover the position of kylian Mbappe that moved to Real Madrid.
