For some reason, I am hopeful about Thiago Motta. He showed great management last season. He is one of the people who knows best what a great team Juventus is. The players he needs to add to the team should help Juventus level up. Coaching is very difficult. They have to deal with both team management and transfer planning. I think this difficult duel will be successful for Motta.

Motta achieved very good results with Bologna, and did not have any very strong players at his disposal. I expected that Juventus would try to get a more eminent coach, but the rumors turned out to be true, and Motta officially became the coach of Juventus. So far, the terms of his contract have not been disclosed, but I think that he agreed to a more modest payment, than Alegre had. Their style of play is similar, Motta also focuses on defense.

I still can’t believe how badly Napoli did as reigning champions. They were so good in the 22/23 season, they won Serie A so impressively and did well in the CL.

They tore us to pieces in the CL in Italy. I don’t watch much Serie A, anybody who does what is the reason they were so bad?

First, I will say the management, which they have accepted and put all of the faulting and failings on themselves. I can remember the club president saying that.
After the coach Spalletti, they made series of wrong decisions which affected, the squad, the players and how they played generally. I haven't watched them to much this season but at least I followed them up closely.  You could see that they no longer had that togetherness within themselves no more.

From mocking Victor Oshime on their ticktock account, to seeing his mates not passing the ball for him, and down to Khivicha Kvaratskhelia's agent talking about things that doesn't concerns him. People and fans do no give credits to Osimhen for what he did two seasons ago. They was even giving more praise to Khivicha Kvaratskhelia,yes he had a good work rate, but say it as its meant to be.

Most importantly, Rudi Garcia and Walter Mazzari weren't good enough for Napoli. I know Antonio Conte would do better, no European Competitions and he will give it all like he did for Chelsea. I'm predicting Napoli to win the Scudetto League Competition if he gets the players he wants.

surely Motta will be more offensive than Allegri then obviously we shouldn't speak badly of a coach who has brought many excellent results to Juventus and it's not a given considering the team he has, I see Juventus in the running to be among the top 3 in the next year let's say that excellent players are arriving and then we know he has always been an Inter fan I believe that as a count he is keen to do well and demonstrate that in reality it is possible to change shirts

Apart from all that, of course the results are the most important thing and if Milan can't do better than this season then they will just repeat the same thing with Pioli. But honestly, I am quite optimistic about Fonseca even though he doesn't have experience handling big teams in Europe. But with the various titles he has won with Braga, Porto and Shakhtar he should be the right choice.

Thiago Motta has managed to create a new history in Bologna this season, after a long time finally Bologna was able to qualify for the Champions League next season, unfortunately Bologna passage to the Champions League was not able to convince Thiago Motta to stay at Bologna and finally chose to leave for Juventus at the end of this season, I think Thiago Motta realizes that Bologna ability to compete in the Champions League next season looks a bit difficult and may only be a team that is limited to just passing by without being able to give a surprise, so it is very natural that Motta prefers to coach Juventus whose notabe is filled with quality players and of course has better finances to support Thiago Motta in working next season.

Changing the coach is basically enough to make the team more developed or maybe become more destroyed, because so far many mediocre teams do not have good resources but when the coach is right in making management then the results will also be good. Therefore, if Motta is really able to turn Juventus into a better team, then at least Juventus might not need to  spend a lot of money to buy a lot of new players. But indeed, the purchase of players must still be done but that does not mean Juventus have to buy a lot of players, but if only to buy a few who are really needed to prepare a good rotation too then it will be a good step too.

I read they have successfully extended his stay as head coach and that, he is no longer interim manager of the club but a complete and full manger.
He will stay, he knows the club very well I must say and he knows what the player's and fans wants to achieve. I don't even know if he can have the same excellence Bayern Leverkusen had with Xabi Alonso

I have also heard that the Roma club has confirmed that De Rossi will remain Roma coach next season. But I don't know the duration of the contract offered to De Rossi. But if it is a contract for up to 3 seasons then that is a good thing for Roma and also De Rossi. Because this shows that the club's trust in De Rossi is really very high. And that is a natural thing considering that Roma's performance under the guidance of De Rossi has indeed improved quite quickly.
