But I think the league won't be as exciting if there is one team that is more dominant than the other teams.

Inter Milan didn't miss a single chance. they collected huge points and became champions in this season. Chelsea would be slammed with financial fair play rules if they chose to sign up Victor Oshime. That move is not something I'm expecting anyways.
