Yeah, that was beyond our expectations. By the way Paulo Fonseca has been appointed as new Milan manager after parting ways with Pioli. Fonseca has achievements in Portuguese and Ukrainian leagues so far. Many trophies achieved there.

Thus, Thiago Motta is not at all new to Italy, so becoming Juventus coach does not make it difficult for him to adapt at all. Many clubs in the past has faced what Juventus is currently into ,what the club needs is more patient with their coach to try to fix up things and by providing him with the funds to get the right players this transfer window to strengthen team a bit, especially players who will help them in achieving the desired result. I would assume that if they keep the summer period as active as thus far, then I can see them doing quite well into the season. So far all I see are rumours by the way, but even if half of these rumours are true then the yare going to be quite fine. Of course they are going to be forced with the monetary part, I feel like selling Vlahovic would solve all of their financial issues and I do not think that they are going to be that bad without him, they can replace him and I think they should. That way they would have a ton of money, and replace many positions and do a lot better.

This of course is not always that easy, we should consider the fact that we are going to end up with a much better team overall instead of just one great player.

I actually agree that they should not have big problems because they are not performing in any kind of European competition in the upcoming season. They are only going to play in the Italian league matches. Even though it is going to be a challenge to finish in the top three or give a competition for the Italian league title, it still should be a challenge that they should do well in. From winning the Serie A to not performing in any European competition is definitely a big downgrade. But the good news is most likely they are going to perform better in the next season. Because there is very little chance that they will perform even worse compared to what they have done in this season.

Not appearing in European competitions allows them to focus more on Serie A. The smaller schedule compared to other clubs appearing in European tournaments must be used to correct all mistakes this season so that they can finish in a better position next season. I don't have high hopes for Napoli, such as being able to provide competition in the title race because their abilities cannot match Inter Milan or Juventus.
