You are right that AC Milan win is good for their confidence, but Lecce is not a real test of their strength. The real challenge will come when they face big teams like Inter Milan, Juventus, Napoli, and Atalanta.

Atalanta lost points again this time against Parma.
Napoli managed to win in extra time at 90+5 minute against cagliari.
Roma also won only 1-0 against Pisa from relegation.

They are really showing impressive performance and are very resilient I just hope they’ll continue this form, they’ve beaten two teams who everyone thought on paper will win over them.

I've seen small teams start with such form and end up not qualifying for any European competition some even end up finishing close to relegation ,can Cremonese keep up with the form? I doubt well it would be nice if they can cause I love it when smaller teams gain confidence and challenge the bigger boys in the league makes it more Interesting.

Even though Cremonese has won two of their Serie A matches this season, I don't see them finishing in position where they could qualify for any European competition next season because the Serie A is a difficult league and Cremonese doesn't have the squad depth to maintain their current performance for a long time. In my opinion the points that Cremonese is accumulating now will help them not being relegated to the lower division of Italian football.

I was waiting to see Napoli draw. But Napoli is undoubtedly very lucky. I will not say that Napoli played badly. Their overall performance was quite good. The team was able to attack a lot. But Cagliari's defenders also performed brilliantly. So the only goal of the match was scored by Napoli in injury time after 90 minutes of the match. Madrid was able to get 3 points from the match with Anguissa's goal in 90+5 minutes. However, the weakness of Napoli's attack is being perceived quite well. We saw a very good performance from Atalanta in the previous  season. Atalanta managed to occupy the third place in the table  at the end of the season. The team was able to qualify for the Champions league. So that  we expected to see a stronger performance from Atalanta this season.

But Atalanta's performance is fragile. The team has shared points in the first two matches. In the first match, they drew the match 1 - 1 with a new team like Pisa. In today's match, they also finished the match 1 - 1 with parma. Atalanta's overall gameplay was weak. They lost point  because of their  weak attack. And if the team continues such a performance , then we will not see the team in the top four of the table this season.

Conte should be happy that his team managed to secure 3 points in the game after a very good performance but nothing to show for it until the added time when A. Zambo Anguissa got the only goal of the game to put Napoli ahead, Cagliari  was more of defensive in the game because they couldn't face Napoli as Napoli was in total control of the game but the absence of a finisher for the Napoli team keeps affecting them not to score goals. The presence of Lukaku is missing in the team and it's going to affect them more if Napoli play against a very strong opponent that has good attackers in the team.

So at this point it is beginning to get safe to say that Napoli is struggling because if they have to do this much to win Cagliari then they are actually struggling, they have other top team they will be facing moving forward, both in their Serie A and other leagues of which i consider cagliari as an average team so struggling against them only means it will be even more struggle with others, maybe this is the effect of the absence of their key player Romeo lukaku,  hopefully they will be able to hold grounds well enough before he returns to the team.

It was truly the last chance for Napoli, who were chasing all three points at home, as almost everyone thought the match would end in a draw due to Cagliari's strong defense. And perhaps if the opponent wasn't Napoli, I'm quite sure the result would have been different, and it could have even ended goalless. But this was Napoli, the team that won the Serie A title last season.

Yes on paper and quality of course Roma and Napoli are superior to their opponents but that doesn't mean they win easily, to be honest the only one I doubt in this match is Roma, not without reason, they struggled to win in their last match on the other hand Pisa appeared quite surprising when against Atalanta, they seem to have a solid defense plus in this match they are the host, making a draw still seem possible.

Cagliari had never been an easy opponent whenever they're in the mood, at some point after the good performance in the first half by Napoli without that needed goal to start the hustle I felt it was over because the defense of the visitors wasn't weak as they normally are in some games but it seems they (Cagliari) only came into this encounter to frustrate Napoli by holding them to a draw and if the opportunity comes to get a goal for themselves first they'll take it but I never saw them as a team that came to get a goal only to play a defensive game till the end of the game.
If not for the lucky opportunity that presented it self and Napoli took it I don't think yesterday would have been a good day for the champions because the effort was massive to get just 1 goal but it was too hard for them to beat the defense of Cagliari and it would have bad to end the game without a goal, good thing Anguissa was able to get that goal in the last minute and I have to say that Napoli was lucky.

Milan definitely needed this win after last week, and that is why they must be very happy. They are still not looking like the team they should be, the Milan I remember was at the very near the top or was at the top, and this last few seasons since their championship has been a bit weird, like how the hell did they got this bad in span on only a few seasons.

If they fail to achieve it, their club revenue in the near future will be affected and their club development will be in big troubles too.
