Yes, in the previous decade, Juventus was indeed a team that could truly dominate Serie A very well. However, the problem is that in recent seasons, this team has always had issues with player fitness. In other words, this team has experienced frequent player injuries. We may  see another big change in the Serie A points table. The points gap between the teams  is very small. So if a team loses a point, their position in the points table will also change. Napoli will get back to winning ways, you can be sure of that.
