I just love as everyone is talking about Como, they’ve really come up and their hardwork is being seen by everybody. It’s amazing what Cesc Fabregas has done with Como and he’s really improving and showing what he can do, Como can just increase his budget and let him strengthen this team. They can be great in the future but the truth is I’m not sure they’ll be able to keep Cesc Fabregas for long and some of the player like Nico Paz, might go back to Madrid or not.
The biggest problem may indeed be how this team will retain Cesc Fabregas when more lucrative offers come in from big clubs for their coach. Last season, Fabregas turned down several big European clubs that wanted his services. However, I am not sure whether he will stay and choose Como when more tempting offers come in next season. The same goes for Nico Paz. This player is currently in the spotlight of all European clubs due to his outstanding performance and his relatively young age, making him a player worth competing for in the upcoming transfer market. Now Como must also fight to convince the player not to leave when big offers come in.

Due to the decision made by Roma in the summer, I was not expecting them to perform this well. But with a good coach, everything is possible. That is why we are now seeing Roma at the top of the table in the league. Because of that decision in the summer, you would think that Roma would hardly make it to the top 10 in the table, but just look at their performance now, they are incredibly dominating the league, and all gratitude goes to the coach, whose strategy is what brought them to this position.
In essence, this is the fruit of a long, tireless struggle by Roma. Because, as far as I know, before Roma was coached by Gasperini, they always struggled to compete at the top of the Serie A standings. Because basically, the coaches they chose were always less than suitable. But they kept trying to find a coach and finally they got a great coach like Gasperini. So now, Roma is truly respected by all teams in Serie A because Gasperini has indeed succeeded in making Roma into a very great team today. But even so, hopefully Roma does not experience a storm of injuries this season, so that all plans implemented by Gasperini can run more smoothly again. Because if, for example, Roma's main players suffer many injuries, it will certainly cause their performance to decline significantly. So, for that reason, I hope Roma players can take good care of themselves so that they remain in top condition until the end of this season. Because if Roma can win Serie A this season, I think it would truly be extraordinary. Because, as far as I know, Roma hasn't won Serie A in a long time.

However, Serie A teams have been quite impressive. Three teams managed to win, and only one team lost in this round of the UCL. Atalanta even won, as did Napoli and Juventus, of course. It's a shame that Inter Milan suffered the defeat. Though it's understandable, as the opposition was very strong. Atletico Madrid actually has a deeper squad.

So, I'm also confident he'll leave to manage a bigger team with the goal of winning. I think Como's management needs to focus solely on this season and beyond that the comings and goings are a normal part of any football team, and the Como management must work hard to stabilize the team.

Cesc Fabregas and Como already know in their opinion how to replace the players who will leave, Nico Paz will definitely go to Real Madrid, this has been confirmed several times by agents and solicitors and people who are already around them, but it doesn't surprise me when Real Madrid calls you, you go, there is no other way

I heard that, but Nico Paz has been rumored to be wanted back by Madrid and they want to buy him back because of his performance. This condition aligns with the clause agreed upon by Madrid and Como. The 2026/2027 season is rumored to be when Nico Paz will return. This is because his performance is quite impressive and has successfully helped Como achieve success and rise to 6th place. This means that if your statement is correct, then if Como is truly serious and buys some good players for the future, they might achieve even better success.
Nico Paz has been a significant player in bringing success to the club, and Como's achievements so far are inseparable from his role, although we cannot ignore the other players. Como is currently quite talked about in Serie A because they were able to achieve better results after gaining promotion last season, and perhaps their target is not too high, as they are only trying to finish in the top five by the end of the season. If they have enough money, buying a few more players in the next transfer window will strengthen the squad, making it much more competitive.

It's perfectly natural to leave a big club like Real Madrid, as most players realize that a move to a bigger club can enhance their performance if they adapt to the team's environment. And Cesc Fabregas, currently the Como coach, has certainly considered this, ensuring he can quickly find a replacement when the transfer window reopens at the start of the year. Como currently sits in the top six of Serie A and could potentially close in on points with Bologna if they can win again at home against Sassuolo.

Regarding Nico Paz in the purchase contract agreement, Real Madrid has a buyback clause for the future, so if Real Madrid wants, they can activate it whether Como agrees or not, whether Nico Paz agrees or not, as long as Real Madrid wants, Nico Paz will join Real Madrid. Regarding Fabregas, he was actually also wanted by Inter Milan when they wanted to replace Simone Inzaghi, who joined a Saudi Arabian club, but the choice fell to former Inter Milan player Christian Chivu. Actually, if a serious offer with a big salary contract came, Fabregas would definitely want to join Inter Milan, but it was only a rumor without any clear realization.

My question is that this player that Real Madrid want to sigh back, where will he be playing in this Real Madrid team, everyone seems to be excited that Real Madrid is signing the player, but if I’m the player I have to ask some questions to the Real Madrid board and Xabi Alonso, where do I fit in, where will I be playing, adapting to the environment wouldn’t be a problem becomes he has previously spent alot of time in the Academy, so he knows the club very well. But my question would still be where will I be playing, because football is all about game time to showcase yourself, the only reason why Real Madrid are going back in to sign this boy is because he is playing well and that is because he was given some playing time to show himself, I have looked at this Real Madrid squad I don’t see a place for Nico Paz, because Jude Bellingham, Arda Guler, Valverde, Camavinga, most especially Arda Guler and Jude Bellingham all in that No. 10 position, when all this players are fit where does Nico Paz play, if I’m this player I will still stay at Como for more game time he is still very young.

Even though he's young I have to say he works very well, usually I don't have much respect and esteem for young coaches. But Fabregas works well and doesn't speak out of turn (see Antonio Conte). he knows how to do things well (not like Juric or Pioli) in short he's a good coach

Yes, this is something to be seen because it's not a given that they'll be able to find people who can be at that level. He'll leave for sure, given that these guys leave when they get a call like that, but I can't understand what they're worried about. Fabregas will be able to replace him, for now they're enjoying him.

The Spanish teams are doing well in the Champions League, Inter took home a deserved defeat. Atletico Madrid struggled but managed to score for the victory. Inter seem to be losing the luster of last season, they certainly played with a team that is really performing at the moment.

Como will continue to strive for this, especially when the transfer window reopens, allowing them to bring in new players to strengthen the team for the remainder of the season. And if Como can finish in the top five in Serie A this season, they will likely be considered a serious contender next season by the other major teams in Serie A. Como's current standings are not bad, and they will continue to strive to improve their position with the players they have relied on so far, although Como themselves will also need to take advantage of the transfer window when it reopens.

They bought a team in difficulty, therefore for very little money, and they are making it grow. I don't know how they'll make money, given that the stadium is small and therefore there's a limit on season tickets, not to mention that i don't think there are all these people who pay for TV rights, that is, who watch the games. I don't know, it seems like a far-fetched plan to me
How to earn I think is the least of the problems, there are sponsors besides the stadium and season tickets, the main problem is making the team work. Until someone does it, it seems unlikely, I appreciate the courage and the strength of will and commitment, in my opinion if they are tenacious they will be able to turn the situation around.

I think it's normal, players aim to make a career and grow sportingly, also because we know very well that footballers' careers have a very low time limit. If they don't grow fast they will have no way to recover. Como if they can still hold on to it could only get benefits, it's a team that really impressed me, starting from the bottom and silently pushing forward again. He deserves all the compliments Fabregas really did very well with Como, an exceptional job.

He is a young man with so much quality, they way he plays sometimes remind me of cole Palmer at Chelsea. Well with a club as Como I don’t think to find a replacement for him will be easy, and I think even Ceac fabregas is very much aware of that. Well the reason fabregas is probably not stopping the move might be because he his also not planning to stay at the club for much more time. I believe sooner or later a call will come for fabregas from a big side, we all have see how good he his as a manager, he his tactically good, look how far he has come with this Como team now imagine he has the resources and quality at a big team.

More realistic and actually even more importantly, more beneficial for Como is going to Europa league. Because they are not that good yet, not at UCL levels, if they go to UCL by some sheer luck which I think won't happen, then we are going to see Como be humiliated and losing most of their games and come back being out of top 24 easily.
So why go to a league where you will do terrible, when you can go somewhere that you can make some money from and actually win something? I am not saying Como would win the Europa league, they may not, but at least they could have a chance to go further, it's possible for them to be in top 24 easily, and then they can go as further as quarter finals or semi finals depending on who they face. Could they win it? I do not think they are there yet.

The fact is if they try to stay throughout the January transfer window believe me they can't stand the offer that might be coming at the end of the season, even Como will somehow find it difficult to retain them as those teams will be coming with bigger offers both for the club and for the players, but if you ask me I'd say they should go to a more formidable team now their Star is still shining so they will get to be noticed, and achieve more in the football career, because if they should remain in Como they might play what ever and their names will just remain there so the best thing is for them to move to a bigger team to explore the more.

However, if you look at how Cesc Fabregas manages Como, it's truly extraordinary. Cesc Fabregas has been able to get Como to compete in the middle of the standings. Not only that, Cesc Fabregas really knows how to improve the quality of players, and this is evident in several Como players who are starting to be noticed by big clubs. Conte is an experienced coach, although he does sometimes create controversy, but that's just his character, because every coach has a different personality.
