Yes, Milan are on the rise this season and are back in the race for the title... They have lost only one match this season, which is the best record among other clubs so far... Each team played 15 matches. Martinez managed to score 8 in 15 matches. And he is the top scorer in Serie A. In La liga, the teams played 18 matches each. The top scorer is mbappe with  18 goals. Torres is in second place with 11 goals. In the premier league, the teams played 17 matches each. And the top scorer is Haaland with 19  goals. Martinez, the top scorer in serie A, is far behind the top scorers in la liga and the Premier League. He  has only managed to score 8  goals. Serie A is very competitive. But perhaps they do not have quality players like la liga and the Premier League. The top scorer needed to score around 15 goals.

I don't think it's low based on the strengths of the strikers in Seria A. Some strikers are on injury and the ones on ground could only score few goals. If you look at other big leagues, their highest goal scorer has double digits. I'm surprised that Seria A highest goal scorer has only scored eight goals. Haaland has scored 19 goals, Mbappe 18 goals, Harry Kane 19 goals and Marson Greenwood 11 goals.

Roma may not be the favorites, but I wouldn't write them off too quickly, as they currently have a well-structured team, especially under Gasperini. It will be interesting to watch the competition this season, and it's possible that when the transfer window reopens, there will be some more changes at each team, making things very likely to be different.

So far I’ll say the number of goals scored by the Serie A Strikers is low, to see Lautaro Martinez top the chart even when he didn’t start the season strongly is evident enough, the quality of the strikers in the league has dropped massively there aren’t much big names as well in the league and I guess that’s why.

I am not surprised to see L. Martinez at the top of the rankings. He has been one of the league's best strikers for years now. Pulisic is a surprise. Calhanoglu is only up there because he is Inter's penalty kick taker. He would have fewer goals to his name if it weren't for the penalty kicks. I don't think that Nico Paz is on a loan from Real. It's true that he played at Real in the recent past. But he has a contract with Como until 2028. However, several well-informed journalists have already reported that he is going to be repurchased by Real at the end of the current season for a hefty sum.

Regarding players that didn't meet my expectations. The first one that comes to mind is Jonathan David from Juventus. I remember him from his Lille days. He hasn't settled in well.

But they still have chances of winning since others teams only ahead of them with just 2 points; so if possible that they where able to improve their performances in their next matches, they might able to move up to the second position or top of the table.

I would not consider roma as favourites for  the title. They have been at the top of the table for a  long time. Their overall performance is  also stable. They have an experienced coach like Gasperini. Anyway , Roma's attack is quite weak. If they take the necessary steps to strengthen the attack in the winter transfer market, then maybe roma will have a chance to win  the title. But if there is no change in the squad , it is not possible to dominate Serie A with this squad. They have  scored only 17 goals in 16 matches. Roma has lost points in most of the matches because of the  weakness of the attack. Roma  management should consider this issue seriously and add more talented strikers to the attack. So gasperini can strengthen this squad even more.

I believe that you had a balanced judgment. The historical data clearly gives an advantage to Inter, and it is difficult to deny that there is a psychological advantage of being unbeaten in the past 15 matches. I'd even like to add Juventus to the trophy race this season even though they're currently ranked fifth behind Roma. With the squad they have and the experienced coach Luciano Spalletti they could certainly pull off a surprise at the end of the season.

Juventus' performance has slowly begun to improve since Luciano Spalletti's arrival, even beating Bologna and Roma in their last two matches. This continued winning streak will undoubtedly boost their confidence which will ultimately impact their performance in the race for trophies.
