Inter has now managed to beat Atalanta 1-0. In my opinion, even though Inter only scored one goal in that match, it was still a great achievement for Inter. It's a shame that Atalanta couldn't win the match even though they were playing at home, but that's football. Actually, I was a bit worried when betting on that match because Inter couldn't score in the first half, and I was rooting for Inter to win. Atalanta played well against Inter Milan, but they couldn’t make use of their home advantage to win the match. I expected Inter Milan to win the match since they always win against Atalanta regardless of the challenges they face, and they win, they moved back to the top of the league. I thought the match would involve a lot of goals because Atalanta would want to net a goal at home, but I think they have been struggling recently, as they struggled to win against Genoa too.

The Seria A is getting more interesting this season, the top 6 teams do not want to give each other a breathing space, and there is a 6 point difference between the top leader and the 5th position. Roma will take over the 4th position today if they win against Genoa, and I believe they are going to win, even if Genoa recently change their manager.

Atalanta underperfomed in this season and they got many draws in earliest weeks and gradually improved, climbed up in rank but this defeat is bad for Atalanta even they did not play bad in this match. They created enough opportunities for scoring at least a goal in this match and when Inter Milan wasted some chances too, if Atalanta had scored 1 goal, they would have gotten 1 point too.

Inter Milan with this difficult win that is well-deserved from the match stats, managed to secure their first position and lead the Scudetto competition. Look how Chivu's face seems to be very happy after a referee whistle, we can understand the importance of 3 points from Atalanta.

Inter Milan has a problem of poor finishing and I think that they need to do more. I didn't expect the game to end so poorly and just a single goal towards the end of the game. However Atalanta use to be a threat but not this season. The form has dropped and they are now like an ordinary team. Inter Milan is back to the top and it's a surprise how Roma keeps going down the table after 16 games gone.

Napoli was impressive against the home team Cremonese with Rasmus Hojlund's Brace that secured the 3 points for the team who are now two points away from the top team. I would also say that some of these teams are passing a more difficult times now due to international duty of the AFCON going on now in Morocco. Next year will have teams come out in their full force and I still believe inter Milan would not finish top of the table with this performance they put up against poor Atalanta.

They were very lucky, but in Inter's defense it must be said that this team is experiencing a very exponential growth and therefore it was not easy for them to win, this thing in fact penalized their match because I thought that Atalanta would have won

You don't have to condem the club Manchester United because the players were not doing well when they were in the team and it was obvious because if you check their number of goals in the team and what they are doing at Napoli now yi can't compare it cause there are changes which means the United team was bigger than them and the league wasn't favourable to them also. Some times players pass through some hard times because of where they are and if they leave the place you see them doing even better that's exactly what's happening with McTominay and Hojlund.

You got me running right back to check the result of that fixture for a draw as though I was mistake but nope, it’s an Atalanta 0:1 Inter Milan. There was no draw in this encounter as Inter Milan were able to secure a huge victory and no better person to score than L. Martinez to have net the most goals for Inter Milan this season. Milan did have several chances to score but, they sent most of them wide. One of their best chances was the one for Barella, don’t know how he missed that and Thuram had one disallowed goal by VAR due to offside. A comfortable win it was for Inter Milan.

I don't think they struggled against Atalanta. Why ? Well , I saw the game and I don't remember Atalanta having a shot on goal or a very clear chance to score and it's kinda okay because they have been on top of Serie A for so long ( at least top 5 for multiple seasons ). However , Inter seems alternate their games between full attack when they try to score as much as possible and games when they tend to score and then protect it for the rest of the game and this is what happened in this game.

We're now at the halfway point, guys, and we can take stock of this championship! Atalanta had accustomed us to great performances and different numbers than those seen in this championship! Obviously, the performances are not comparable, but I don't see everything as doom and gloom for Atalanta. If we also look at the Champions League side, I could well say that the journey has been positive compared to other Italian teams.

Atalanta lost but the performance wasn't entirely a bad one. Besides, I don't think losing to Inter Milan who's clearly stronger than Atalanta at the moment is a tragedy. Atalanta is currently tenth on the table with twenty two points and to me, that's the position they deserved for what they have been so far. If the outcome of a game is determine by the performance of the team, Atalanta deserve at least a draw in this match. But yeah, you can not gift a goal to opponent, miss your own chances and then expect a fair result when you're playing against a team like Inter.
