Napoli won 3–2 away at Genoa despite being reduced to 10 men. Honestly, after the red card, I didn’t think they would be able to win, but they managed to do it.

Napoli’s win was honestly more about luck, since they got the chance to score from a penalty. If you look at yesterday’s match, the Genoa players didn’t really commit a foul. The referee made a poor call and ended up giving Napoli a penalty. If that moment hadn’t happened, the game probably would’ve ended in a draw and Napoli’s reputation could’ve taken another hit.

At first, I thought Napoli would come out stronger and look more convincing after being knocked out of the UCL. But their performance still feels the same as before. The eight points you see are only because Milan haven't played their Week 24 match of the season, so the gap immediately appears to be eight points. And if Milan manages to win their Week 24 match against any opponent, the gap will return to five points in the Serie A standings. Furthermore, I'll be watching Inter Milan host Juventus next week to gauge their true strength, as Sassuolo, who were thrashed by Inter Milan yesterday, are a team that hasn't had much of a strong start to the Serie A season.

It's clear that Juventus has been having problems lately. They haven't been getting very good results in their matches. They signed Kenan Yıldız until 2030, which has been a good thing for them offensively. Maybe they can score more goals next year after acquiring a good striker, but that requires spending a lot of money. Jonathan David wasn't the solution and wasn't effective at Juventus. Juventus needs a more clinical striker. I'm sure Karim Benzema would have done better for Juventus at his age.
