I feel more like the match between those guys Napoli and Roma was really something else which I felt it ended at 2-2 and it more like a competition between the two teams, well from all I could gather I feel it more like your perspective was really spot on, from every I think the Napoli where really trying everything to dominate at the start of rhe game, and the Roma had manage to hold to their ground and secure a draw and it was really nice to see such even happen at the start and the result be of the game

Halftime in the game between AS Roma and Napoli, Roma scored the opening goal just seven minutes into the game and then Napoli were able to equalize in the 40th minutes.

Napoli have more possession and shots on targets so far in this game…I think Roma just luckily got that first goal because since then Napoli hardly allowed Roma touched the ball and they were able to equalize.

It's normal for Napoli to dominate the match because they are playing at home it's just that I wasn't worried when they went behind in the 71st minute luckily Alisson Santos was able to score in the next 10 minutes so that both teams played a draw. I tried to analyze this fixture for the potentials to gamble on it and frankly couldn’t get anything concrete on them. The head to heads showed very little in goals and a team that have had some real back on forth in their play. It clearly wasn’t worth taking the risk because, both sides are good and they showed that in their fixtures today. With AS Roma taking the lead way too early in the game only to have Napoli come right back with an equalizer just before the half time. The penalty conceded gave them up in the second half and yet again, Napoli equalized to end the game in a draw. Not a bad outcome for a game like this, both played well and deserved to share points.

Como themselves proved that they are not a big team, and probably won't be, not yet at least. Fiorentina is barely staying in the league right now, and even though Como defeated Napoli at cup, got a tie with Atalanta, and even beat Fiorentina very recently, this just proves that they may still lose at unexpected moments and why they are seventh in the league right now.

I am sure they will get even better with time as long as the owners keep spending money on this team, but that doesn't mean that we are going to end up with great results all the time, there will be times when they end up with these kind of results one way or another. Como should be happy with conference league next season, if they can go to Europa even better, but conference league is something that they may actually win.

This season was one of the most struggling seasons for Fiorentina, they started so badly in the league as they were unable to win their matches not until they found themselves in the relegation zone they are now fighting to get out of the position by all means. It's not going to be easy for them to get out of the place they are now they have to pray that they will keep winning while the other teams following them will lose if not you will see them becoming relegated this season.

In first 15 games, Fiorentina have just 1 draw with 14 defeats this was clearly disastrous start of their season but now in last 10 games they have improved performance with 4 wins and 3 draws which brings them on good chance for survival, they are on level in points with Lecce which is currently one spot above them.

Beating Como at their home is good boost for their surviving campaign while their coming game is against Pisa at home, this could be turning point for them at top, title race is between Inter Milan and AC Milan while at bottom two sides already set for relegation, third is going to be interesting because mostly are giving their best for keeping their spot into top level.

Whether by luck or not, the fact is that Roma came away from that game with a draw, which is a very good result for Roma, who scored 2 goals and conceded 2. With this result, Roma remains in 4th place while Napoli remains in 3rd, with no more hope of fighting for the title because they are 11 points behind Inter. Inter would need to lose in 4 games, something very unlikely to happen.

Having the one point is what matters for Roma and sure, that’s a very good result since they were able to draw Napoli on their home ground.

Roma and Napoli should just continue being consistent in winning their games to qualify for the Champions League next season…Roma needs to still maintain that one point difference between them and Juventus if they really wan to qualify for the Champions league.

Fiorentina is still in the relegation zone even after they won Como but the win has boosted Fiorentina chances of overcoming relegation this season, and if Fiorentina wins their next two matches, I think they will be out of the relegation zone

This was my calculations for Napoli. I was thinking Napoli will sure some energy and strength in the game which will give them an upper hand when it comes to the table standing and will create more gap between them and the Roma guys thy played with. If Napoli has secured a three point from this match yesterday, they would have currently been just a point behind Milan and would be hoping Milan loses their next match then they will take over. But with this draw game, it will further create the gap and lower the chances of beating the Milan team in the table standing. On the other hand, if Roma had won this match yesterday, they would have overtaken the Napoli side maybe with goal differences or at least close the points gap pending on when they play their subsequent games then they will overtake Napoli but with this draw, it has only slowed the process the more but at least kudos to them for the good outing and making the draw game possible.

With the recent decline of performance and the injured players who are suppose to make the team stronger I doubt if they can be able to outshine the likes of Roma and Juventus because these other two teams (Roma and Juventus) have a better squad depth than Napoli so there could be another drop of point from Napoli. But if you ask me I'd prefer Juventus to be ahead of these two because they are even more productive than Roma and Napoli like they have a better chance of advancing into the top 4. The only problem I have with Juventus is that they are suppose to be competing for the title only if they have been this consistent right from the beginning but now is a late struggle, is just for the top 4 and not for the title.

You're right, but more than physical and leg problems, i think Napoli's problem is in their minds.
For me, they have completely abandoned the idea of being able to win the Scudetto; they have, if i may say so, given up on this point of view.
The only interesting battles are for survival and for places in the Champions League, we can say.

Following the draw happened between Napoli vs Roma. I think it's time to rule them out of the title race. So there are still duo milan who is competing for the title race. In this case, i think it's quite hard to determine which club to lift the trophy.

Let's say the table and odds suggest Inter as the favorite caused by 8 points gap. Yet Milan is still having one game left. So it's right to assume they could take three points from one unplayed game.

So there is only 5 points gap with 13 matches remaining. It can be even shorten if they can beat Inter at 2nd leg. IMO, Milan still stand a chance to lift the trophy only if Inter gets sloppy in at least one more game.

That's the reason i think to put 60:40 for Inter or Milan to lift the trophy is absolutely make sense. It means the odds clearly overpriced Inter in the title race. What's your favorite among those duo milan to lift the trophy?

The summary of the game last night was like Napoli had high level of ball possession but Roma were actually the more effective team when it comes to creating big opportunities.

Roma even got ahead 2 times during the game but it still ended up with a 2-2 draw... I wish they were able to win that as it would be a deserved one.

However, I believe Fiorentina will avoid relegation, as since the change in manager, they are now in 17th place with 21 points, six points ahead of the teams in the relegation zone. For the remainder of the season, Fiorentina must avoid losing too many games and maintain their position to avoid relegation.

It's always a rule that if you take the lead in a game, ensure you score more goals so your opponent can't come back and if you can't do that, try to defend your lead to the end. Honestly I'm not impressed with the fact that Roma, after showing so much promise, couldn't bury the game for Napoli because it was obvious that the hosts were at their wit's end, there wasn't coordination and above all they were desperate, all this made them careless and if Roma had been another stronger team, they would have punished Napoli but instead a draw means that Roma was able to climb on top of Juventus by just one point which could have been by two points. Anyways it's still a tough competition for who would end up the winner of the scudetto.

The draw means AC Milan are now slightly more secure in second place, while the other three teams, Napoli, Roma, and Juventus, will be locked in a fierce battle for third and fourth place in the Champions League. This will certainly create a fierce competition this season, as Roma and Juventus are also starting to fight hard for that spot. Napoli will need to be able to survive this competition to avoid being knocked out of the top four by the end of the season.
