As a once-great team, this season has indeed been Fiorentina's worst. However, I believe Fiorentina will avoid relegation, as since the change in manager, they are now in 17th place with 21 points, six points ahead of the teams in the relegation zone. For the remainder of the season, Fiorentina must avoid losing too many games and maintain their position to avoid relegation.

A decline in performance occurred for Fiorentina this season because in the previous season the team appeared quite impressive. To get out of the relegation zone, Fiorentina itself must appear consistent in the remaining matches because even though it has the same points as Lecce which is one level in the relegation zone, it will not necessarily be completely safe. The victory they got against Como was a good start for Fiorentina themselves because in the previous match their performance was inconsistent and this was a momentum to recover.

If they can't win in the next match, it will be difficult to get out of the pressure because their current position is in the relegation zone. This is a little surprising because last season Fiorentina itself performed quite well, but this season Fiorentina's performance has dropped quite significantly so they have difficulty achieving victory in every match.

Napoli vs. Roma a 90-minute match where neither side could win. It was a good game, definitely not boring. The match started well, Roma started quickly with a goal. Napoli's goals were good, although in the first goal, Spininazzola's shot deflected off a defender and deceived the goalkeeper. One team needed to win this match; looking at the game as a whole, we can say it was evenly matched, with neither side clearly gaining the upper hand.

I agree with you, it was a very hard-fought match where neither team got the better of the other and they fought each other proving that they are two great teams. i would have honestly expected more from Roma, but Napoli was able to hold their own and turn the situation around. At the end, it finished a 2:2 draw. I think Napoli were lucky enough to get something out of this particular game. When Malen scored his second goal of the night to put the visitors ahead in the 71st minute, I had already concluded that Roma will leave the Diego Armando Maradona stadium with all three points but Napoli were able to show why they're the reigning champions by scoring in the last 10 minutes of normal time. Looking at the league table now and the 11 points difference between the league leaders and 3rd placed Napoli after 25 games, I think it's safe to say that it's almost impossible for Napoli to retain the league title at the end of the season.

Napoli were very supportive in trying to win, they tried hard but it wasn't enough, the draw was obviously enough to go third, at least they got closer to Milan who are now second from an unreachable Inter who are going further and further after the victory against Juventus, i think that after that match they already understood who will win the scudetto.

It all started as a joke from the first half when Roma surprised Napoli with the first goal, it seems like these Napoli guys weren't ready to get into the game in the first 7mins, that's how they lost the grip they had in the title race and now they're struggling to be among the top 4 which I don't think will be easy because if you ask me I'd tip Juventus to snatch that spot from them even if the Old Ladies are sitting at number 5. Roma had it all while Napoli was trying to defend because the force at which Roma was operating on wasn't the time you'd sit and relax but luckily for the champions the game ended in a draw, this is to show that Inter now have less competitors for the title.

The team certainly wasn't ready and surprised Napoli, but when they got back into the game they were able to hold their own against Roma, and that wasn't easy. I'm honestly a little disappointed that Napoli's players, being strong, weren't able to win this match. They won't have the chance to get back into the league again.

At this point, I think Napoli's Scudetto hopes are already over. Inter are now too far ahead to catch up with in the 13 matches that remain to be played. Furthermore, Inter would have to lose at least another four matches, so I think the chances of success are very slim.

Juventus could not ignore the tough challenge, meaning we noticed that they could not win yesterday's match against Inter Milan amidst tough competition. However, Juventus were able to show their hard-fought spirit in that game because I observed that their team's Cambiaso scored an own goal in just the 17th minute, but later he took control of the team and scored a goal in the 26th minute to equalize the team. Therefore Juventus may regain their morale thanks to a good performance in a tough clash against Inter Milan in fact to my idea they need a lot of confidence in the UEFA Champions League play-offs as they will be clashing with Turkish Super League club Galatasaray. Honestly the visiting team in this UCL playoff match is the Italian club, so it is undoubtedly true Turkish club Galatasaray can put pressure on Italian club in this UCL playoff game.

Roma played defensively in this match. After securing the lead, they attacked very little. Their match strategy was quite good.

Considering the home match, napoli should have performed better. I would say that napoli players could not perform as well as expected. Napoli's performance dropped. If they could have played  in a completely attacking strategy , then maybe we would have seen more goals in the match. Also, Napoli's defense was weak. roma was able to break napoli's defense quite easily. The interesting thing is that roma had only two shots on target in this match. Napoli's  goalkeeper could not prevent a single one...

Napoli effort now is to maintain their current position because it is quite impossible to get what they got last season with the current performance, after all as you said, the only way is to see Inter lose 4 times and that is not something easy, Inter must have realized their mistakes last season and do not want to repeat them. Finishing in the top 3 for Napoli wouldn't be a bad thing either.

I agree that Napoli is supposed to have won the game but you see that with the inconsistency Napoli dwells in recently, they do not look like any team that will will be an easy one for them in the league  a greater part of this season, but except they are able to fix their form and be a able to deliver in the rest of the matches.

Roma was the better side overall and the second half was a different type of display coming from the Napoli side, they knew it wasn't going to be an easy one if they continue with how they ended the game in the first half. For now the league battle is going be between two teams not 4 teams like 2 months back. Inter have 61pts and they look like they have no competition behind but Ac Milan can cause some damages only if Inter Milan start dropping points and this can happen if the champions league begins but for now Ac Milan need to rely on one special miracle to happen before they can close the gap even with their 1 game at hand.

There last season and this season wasn't controlled by one coach because they had a coach who was Vincenzo Italiano and that's why they came out of it and didn't relegated again but he is no more the coach of Fiorentina and since Paolo Vanoli became the coach of Fiorentina the club has become a relegation home because they have been there and no plans of doing how other clubs are improving to have the chance to compete for stay in the league next time. Fiorentina gave me a greatest recent surprise on Como1907 because losing was obvious for them but they just won como1907.

Is nice to see Fiorentina winning again and having a much better pace than before in this season, i dont like this last win because they beat Como and in this season somehow im cheering for them but is good to see Fiorentina finally reaching the other teams at the gates of the relegation spots.

They seem to be recovered and seems like they can end at the middle table.

In first 15 games, Fiorentina have just 1 draw with 14 defeats this was clearly disastrous start of their season but now in last 10 games they have improved performance with 4 wins and 3 draws which brings them on good chance for survival, they are on level in points with Lecce which is currently one spot above them.

Beating Como at their home is good boost for their surviving campaign while their coming game is against Pisa at home, this could be turning point for them at top, title race is between Inter Milan and AC Milan while at bottom two sides already set for relegation, third is going to be interesting because mostly are giving their best for keeping their spot into top level.

I would never have thought that Fiorentina could save themselves and i hope they don't, because they are truly undeserving, they are a team that is trying to play Serie A with rantoli and is not trying in the slightest to be prepared to face a Serie A pitch, and this is evident when there are teams that deserve more but can't.

Roma's success in thwarting Napoli to win three points this week is an obstacle for Napoli to be in second place closer, if we see before Napoli only had a difference of 1 point with Milan and now because of the draw Napoli has a difference of 3 points, this is not getting closer but further away because now Milan is 3 points ahead of Napoli, not to add Milan has a pending match in round 24, if Milan manages to win against Como then the difference will be 6 points from Napoli.
For the Scudetto itself, it looks like Inter Milan will take this season because they managed to have a very large difference in the standings.

It was nice goal duel even though the goal expectation from Napoli was even 0.56 in the whole match.    They should be thankful for being able to score 2 goals with that poor level of effort.

Roma deserved a win here with their offense strength. But this wasn't one of their matches in which they do a strong defending. Napoli aren't even near the championship race in the league anymore. They are out of the Coppa Italia as well. What a terrible season!

Your option of Both teams to score has already happened in the first half of the game because the score is 1:1 but the option of over 6.5 or over 7.5 corners is what i think it may not be feasible because the game only produced 1 corner in the first half which shows how tight the match is and Roma has a very good defense which means that it might be difficult for Napoli to make many shots on target that will probably lead to corners. Napoli is not too strong this season as they were in previous seasons so i can't tell if they will win this match in the end.

Yep, my BTTS prediction was spot on. But the low number of corners wasn’t really because both teams had strong defenses, it was more that Napoli and Roma played it safe. If it had truly been about solid defending, they probably would have tried more crosses into the box to create scoring chances and rack up more corners. But no worries, even though I lost the bet on total corners, I still managed to make a small profit from the BTTS result.

Napoli were lucky to get that draw while Roma became careless. It's always a rule that if you take the lead in a game, ensure you score more goals so your opponent can't come back and if you can't do that, try to defend your lead to the end. Honestly I'm not impressed with the fact that Roma, after showing so much promise, couldn't bury the game for Napoli because it was obvious that the hosts were at their wit's end, there wasn't coordination and above all they were desperate, all this made them careless and if Roma had been another stronger team, they would have punished Napoli but instead a draw means that Roma was able to climb on top of Juventus by just one point which could have been by two points.

Roma deserves praise despite that they had the chances to win Roma but ended up playing a draw but you should understand the fact that playing and winning from away is not that easy as you think and besides, Napoli is also a strong team and we saw their efforts towards the ending part of the match. Before the match kicked off, a lot a people were predicting Napoli to win Roma despite that the bookies gave them 2 odds so Roma even tried to get a draw. Roma is a point above Juventus and standing in the 4th position which they can qualify for the champions league if they can stay around the top 4 till the end of the season so that is what should matter to them.

Anyways it's still a tough competition for who would end up the winner of the scudetto.

Sure the competition is still open for the title contenders but AC Milan should be careful not to lose to Como if not Inter Milan will be topping the table with 8 points which will be a good edge towards the title race.

Roma actually scored first in the 7th minute through Donyell Malen. and i think the first half could end with both teams scoring and the score tied at halftime, because we can see that Napoli is trying to equalize by increasing their attack.
However, if Roma manages to win this match, the team will indeed succeed in humiliating the home team, Napoli. But I think this match will ultimately end in a draw. Napoli is starting to dominate the game now. But we know that Roma is always ready to face any attack that comes their way.

That was a fast one from Roma and I think Donyell has find a better team that fits him because 3 goals in 4 appearances in kind of amazing, hope he continues with this form. It's currently the 40th minute and I thought Napoli would have equalized by now having being dominating possession of the ball. It would he weird if they finished the match like this.

In the end, the match ended in a draw with a total of 4 goals scored, I am quite satisfied with the result because it was what i expected from both teams.

A draw was indeed a fair outcome for the match. Both teams played with their best strategies, which I think were equally good. Although, some weaknesses were still evident from both sides. From this match, I think Roma showed that they can still improve. Meanwhile, Napoli showed that their strength is still reliable.

MOTM between Juventus vs Intermilan. Honestly, i really hate the refereeing in serie a these days. Seeing Kalulu who did nothing received a yellow card instead of dived player. Where is the justice? Look at how Bastoni celebrated it like he wins Champion League.

What a disaster for serie a. That referee must be sent to the serie B. It's one worst card ever given in the history serie a. No doubt serie a's quality has been downgraded due to the stupid refereeing.

This jersey suited the referee, but the referee isn't entirely to blame either. Let's just say it was partly Kalulu's stupidity. A player with a yellow card shouldn't extend his hand in that situation. His opponent knew the situation, so he threw himself to the ground, and the referee showed him a yellow card. VAR couldn't intervene in this situation according to the rules. Kalulu gestured for a review, but there's no such rule.
It's a shame for Juventus.

That's it. A dumb rule. The rule must be fixed. It must be allowing VAR to contest for the second yellow card. It makes no sense when VAR was able to contest the red card, but unable to do that for the second yellow card caused by it's as crucial as a red card.

I was especially surprised by Roma's performance. In the away match against Napoli, I thought Roma would lose and Napoli would get an easy win. But Roma finished the match with a draw with a great performance. Even Roma's counter-attacking strategy was suitable for the match as proven by the result. Roma is still improving and they still have a lot of room for improvement. However, I don't think it was a good result for Napoli, they should have won this match.
