The focus of escaping the relegation zone will depend heavily on Fiorentina's performance. If Fiorentina can't play consistently, Lecce and Cremonese could be among the ones to escape the zone. There has been improvement in Fiorentina's last five matches so far, with only one loss, one draw, and three consecutive wins, putting Fiorentina in a slightly better position than before. If they want to escape the relegation zone, I think Fiorentina must win their next match. The points gap with the teams above them is quite close, so it won't be difficult for Fiorentina to improve their position in the standings if they can perform consistently.

Fiorentina can work on this, it may be something that takes time, but i honestly believe they are significantly better than teams like Lecce and Cremonese who bounce back and forth between Serie A and Serie B, so they can do much better. Now we have to see if the players will do what is necessary without making a fuss.

Being knocked out of the champions league will definitely cause a change on how Inter will handle the rest of the league games, we saw it happen last season after they lost the finals they didn't play so aggressively as they used to until the end of last season. I'm hoping for it not to happen that way since they are still at the top of the league table but if it happens that Inter start losing games it will be an advantage for the rest of the clubs in the top 4 to win and over take Inter...How do we see Inter now after missing out on qualifying for the next round in the UCL?

Elimination is never a good thing for any team, but Inter, who are already first in the league, should have managed the situation better because they then had the opportunity to manage the Champions League differently and also try to focus more on that competition, now they will have to settle for the championship.

We have already seen the collapse of Italian clubs. This season, Italian clubs were so bad that they could not create any competition in the Champions League, all teams were confirmed to be eliminated before the Round of 16. Especially the strongest teams in Serie A were the first to confirm their elimination in writing. Scudetto winners Napoli were the first to confirm their elimination and runners-up Inter Milan were the second. Hopefully Atalanta will confirm their elimination in third and Juventus in fourth. If you think I am talking about the top four teams from last season, then you are not wrong, they are confirming their elimination from the Champions League this season by maintaining that list. Hopefully Atalanta will do nothing different.

What a complete shame for SerieA what happened yesterday in Milan, i mean Inter was the only team from Italy who was showing the face for everyone in the european competitions and now without them seems like Italy is not gonna have a single team in the round of 16 of Champions League a complete disaster.

As Napoli suffer so much the lost of KDB seems like Inter suffer a lot the lost of Lautaro Martinez.

There's only a 3-point difference between 18th-placed Lecce and 14th-placed Genoa. This suggests that the 18th-placed team will be chosen from a large number of candidates. However, the next team seems almost certain. Pisa and Verona appear destined for Serie B at the end of this season. Pisa, after reaching the top league for the first time in decades, couldn't stay there and will likely be relegated.

Serie B is getting closer and closer to a certain type of team like these and i have to say that this won't improve Pisa. It seems to me that they will be the next team that won't be able to do better than this and will therefore sink into Serie B, even if the championship is still long and as they say it's never over until it's over.

Funniest part is that if they do win conference league, they will be a team that won a European cup while going down, not sure if that happened before. I am sure it must have happened but it's really not an easy task at all for a team like this to do better, we should be considering a chance for them to stay in the league by working harder and getting points from teams that are not just below like Pisa, but above them too.

AC Milan could have been a worthy competitor for Inter if they had strengthened their attack a bit more. Overall Milan played quite well throughout the first half of the season, but for some reason in the last few matches they’ve drawn several games and even lost to Parma, even though it wasn’t the toughest opponent and it was a match they should have won. Now, after Inter’s elimination from the Champions League, they only have Serie A left to focus on, and I think no one really doubts that they will win Scudetto.

I don't think anything like this has ever happened before. Sometimes we see teams that play very poorly in the league become very successful in Europe, but Fiorentina is a really interesting team. In recent weeks, they suddenly started playing well and have entered a resurgence in the league. Of course, we don't know how the rest of the season will go; many teams are very close in points. I wouldn't be surprised if they return to the relegation zone; teams that gain points in a few weeks can suddenly move up the standings

Milan might just be trying to close the points gap and put some pressure on Inter, but let’s be real, they’re probably not going to overtake Inter by the end of the season. So yeah, I’m supporting @babo 

Inter already got knocked out of the UCL, which might actually be a blessing in disguise. Now Inter Milan can fully focus on serie A and avoid any careless mistakes that would allow Milan to narrow the gap. And as for Napoli, I’ll keep it short. Pisa is not a team (no offense) that is scary, furthermore Fiorentina has played a terrible season but on a basic basis they still have a stronger team.
They couldn't handle it that's for sure, they just need to focus on not getting relegated, anything more they can do will only be good for them.

Napoli entered some months ago in a bad period because the management made wrong purchases like Lang and Lucca. Lucca is not a player for Napoli and even less could replace Lukaku. I think Conte will be dismissed at the end of the season.
