I'm a bit confused about how to judge Ricci foul, I think the referee probably didn't deem it an intentional handball (his hand was in a natural position) so there was no need to award a penalty, the goal from the corner kick also involved a prior foul. Whatever the result, Milan deserved the win, they were more effective in capitalizing on their few chances and I'm certainly happy with that result.
After this defeat, I'm curious to see if last season incident will repeat itself. The gap between them is now 7 points, which still allows Milan to catch up, plus Inter fluctuating form.

I also found the game very boring! But the Serie A has turned into this unfortunately. Even a Milano derby isn't fun enough. I would never put this league in front of ones like Premier League and La Liga for example.

I was expecting a draw because Inter are at the top of the league but their defense is poor, when betting on a team to win there are other factors you need to consider asides the odds. After a loss or draw, for some team, there is usually a psychological effect on the team and if you are very observant about such teams, you can possibly predict what their next result will look like and i guess that is what you observed mate, Inter after their last game before this had a draw with a weak performance and Milan is even a tough side as compared to their opponent in the last game so it was possible they were going to loose or draw this.

You are right they just were lucky with that 1 goal..Sure they won yesterday's match with a 1 goal victory secured at the 35th minute by the left footer Estupinan, but then still missed good chances that they could have very well converted to helpe them extend their lead.. So I still think they really need to work on utilizing their chances instead of wasting them..They are just 4 points ahead of Napoli and if they still aren't able to work on their converting goals rather than losing them, they might eventually end up with losses.

Unfortunately, Inter Milan couldn't score a goal against Milan until the final whistle. Inter failed to even get a point in this match, even though I saw Inter dominate the game more than Milan. But I must admit, Milan was able to maintain their lead quite well until the end of the match.
Milan has always been superior to Inter, but Milan hasn't been as consistent as Inter, and the loss didn't cost Inter their first place. I think Inter has a great chance of winning the Scudetto this season.

I didn't see Lautaro come on the pitch to play, was he injured or something?! They Inter Milan were completely aggressive and energetic, it is just that, Ac Milan did better defensive work before scoring that goal and after scoring. Chances also came up for Rafa Leao to help double up the goal but he failed to do so. The come up with Fullkrug and Nkuku likewise.
