Nothing is impossible. Milan can definitely create some chaos if Inter slips up in some of the upcoming games. Milan might have a tougher schedule, but they're in good form, which they showed against Inter.On the other hand, it won't be easy to catch up in points, but like i said, nothing is impossible. This is very difficult. Inter milan has lost its form, we  have seen it. They have performed badly in several matches. They even lost in the last match against Ac milan. And I am pretty sure that Inter Milan will lose 7 + points in the last 10 matches. But will Ac milan be able to win all the next matches ?

This is the main question. Inter milan may lose points. They may even lose more than  7 points. Because they are not in a good rhythm . But we are not seeing  consistent performance from ac milan either.

Inter milan has won four of the last 5 matches, losing only against Ac milan. On the other hand, Ac milan has won three of the last 5  matches. I do not  think it will be  possible for Ac milan to  actually occupy the top spot in the table.

This is very difficult. Inter milan has lost its form, we  have seen it. They have performed badly in several matches. They even lost in the last match against Ac milan. Inter will still bounce bad and I'll blame Ac Milan for not taking advantage when they had the chance to close up the gap and be at the top but now that Inter doesn't any serious competition like the UCL to battle for I feel it will be hard to lose up to 7 good points, it can't happen, you should say that to Ac Milan even if it's not up to 7pts I believe they can't still drop points.
If Inter have won up to 4 games and lost 1 in the last 5 games then they're on the right track, you can say that for Ac Milan who won 3 out of 5 games, is a sign of lack of consistency but check out Inter Milan next game how they should that anger of losing to Ac Milan to their next opponent Atalanta, it may be hard but I still bank on Inter to win and I can't say Ac Milan will win too because Lazio could be the cause of their problem.

Yeah anything can happen in football but don't think this is the beginning of chaos for Inter Milan, losing is of course a normal thing in a match, but in fact, before this defeat, Inter Milan recorded a winning streak so I think Inter Milan is still the main candidate to win the title this season, the reason is when compared to all the teams in Serie A Inter Milan is clearly the most consistent team so far. Serie A has 10 matches left and Inter Milan leads by 7 points meaning they only need to win 8 more games to secure the title, if we check their match schedule there are only 2-3 tough matches but still possible to get 1 point.

It's true that it's not impossible for Milan to close the gap with Inter,, as there are currently 10 matches remaining,, and it's clearly still possible for Milan to close the gap. But if we look at it from a pessimistic perspective,, I think Milan will still struggle to close the gap of 7 points. What we have to think about is what would happen if Inter were to win all their remaining matches? I think that would be a real problem and a very big barrier to prevent Milan from becoming champions this season.

Because with Inter continuing to win until the end of the season, any effort Milan makes will clearly be fruitless. Even if Milan were to win all their matches, it would be in vain if Inter were also able to win all their matches. So, that's why I think this or this mindset is much more reasonable than yours. Of course it's possible. On the pitch it really looked like they were losing form and that this schedule would be very tough for them. But we kind of forgot that Marcus Thuram and Lautaro Martinez didn't play the last match, and we all know the difference they can make when they're on the field together for Inter Milan.We'll see how it goes, but I think things could still get a bit more complicated and make the title race more interesting

I think the Bodo games were the main reason where Inter started to play badly. After they got that shocking first defeat against Bodo, they did not play well ever since, second game against them was bad too, and not doing that well in the league either.

To be honest, Sassuolo were the favorites to win the matchday 28 of this league because they have won three matches in a row, however Lazio was inconsistent in terms of performance on Matchday 28. Sassuolo gave us the biggest surprise with their win against Atalanta, so many people undoubtedly said that they would lead the fight against Lazio but the situation was not in their favor, anyway now I think they will perform well as usual against Bologna in the upcoming match.

Marusic scored the winning goal for Lazio in extra time. Lazio secured the three points and avoided any surprises. Sassuolo are just above them in the standings, so it's fair to say it was a close match. The late goal was crucial for Lazio, and they won the three points. Of course, they are far from European competitions and will likely not be in Europe next year. We can say they had a mediocre performance this season.

Hmmm...this kind of mindset has made some team "almost there, but never there." I believe this is the time that Inter should be more fierce and serious with any opponents, regardless of how weak they are perceived. The fact that they are meeting with a less-performing team does mean that it's an automatic win. This relaxing mindset has cost many clubs. I believe Inter coach and players will not think that way, as no club should be underestimated, especially at the time that the gap between them and the closest rival is just 7 points.

It seems like your point is more on the right track as Serie A teams consistently fail in the Champions League and I've observed this as well.
Even though they're the best team representing Serie A in the Champions League they seem to be failing to compete with teams from other competitions. This is the case with Inter Milan which currently sits atop the standings,but many are confused as to why they seem to be struggling against teams from other competitions.

Similarly Napoli failed to compete with other teams this season failing to advance to the next round of the Champions League. Despite being the defending Serie A champions their strengths were easily perceived by other teams resulting in them not being able to compete for long despite their status as defending champions.

Inter are aiming only for that and currently what matters most is having the chance to play for the championship even if in the last derby they didn't perform very well, i are sure that the possibility of doing so much in that match was something that then led to Inter's mistake, everyone expected a lot from them.

Napoli are like in the middle of 2 races now:

- Inter and Milan are fighting each other for the Serie A trophy.

- Como, Roma and Juventus are trying to secure themselves the last place in top 4.

Napoli are like they are neither in the title race nor in a risky position to stay out of top 4 now...    They are just hoping to keep this going to secure their current position for a CL spot.

This time Conte couldn't be competitive for the title. It's no surprise though. Even last season I was surprised how Inter couldn't make it...

I have to say that this championship is not exciting me much, maybe because Roma is not doing very well, but there is the possibility for Milan to reach the first position, even if it is very difficult nothing is impossible, they must always believe, now there is nothing to watch, the fight is very close and i think that the championship, barring unforeseen events, is already outlined!
