Even for lazio it was an important game and so picking a side to win in games like this is usually risky because since both teams consider it an important game, they will be putting in their best and anything can happen, your best bet would be on goals or corner kicks. But this week Milan managed to win their match against Torino and Inter produced a draw against Fiorentina the difference is now at 6 points which indicates that the gap continues to close and this will be a boomerang if Inter continue to feel like that.

Yes I completely agree with you on this. If we compare the last 5 matches between the two teams then we can see that Inter have drawn two matches and lost one match and won two matches in their last 5 matches. On the upside Milan have won three matches and lost two matches in their last 5 matches, but if we look at it from the point perspective then Inter have lost less points. There is a big opportunity for Milan at the moment because at the moment Inter are not able to do anything good and maybe they are drawing or losing. If Milan can maintain their consistent position during this time then they might be able to reduce the big gap in the points table and eventually have a chance of winning the trophy.

The level of form and improvement in the Fiorentina's team is powerful and they are taking that advantage to turn things around in the league if not there should be concluded as a team that would be relegated by the end of the season. Things are a bit better for them but after the international break they have to remain consistent with their performance else losing their games would make them go back to the point where they could stand to be relegated again. The only way for them to escape relegation is to win their games and continue their good performance if not they can still finish in the bottom.
