I agree, we are talking about a team that has to change something, ownership, front office, managers, like whatever they have too, I would fire the chef and hire new ones if I have to, because at this point the whole team still fails miserably at a level they should do better.

They are a rich club, they have a huge fan base, which means, while they may not be making as much as they could due to failure at the pitch, they are still doing better than most teams and still failing to finish at top four, at least looks like they might. They need to do a lot better job and this has to be done via proper managing of the club, not just coach or staff, but from CEO to general manager to director of football, everything has to change.

The head coach of Juventus is Luciano Spalleti a good coach wirh experience in the Searie A he was the former manager of Napoli and one who helped improved Osimhen, Khvicha Kvaratskhelia and many other so he's not a bad choice, it's just that things are not working as expected and instead of changing the coach, I think they should work on recruitment and the quality of players they'll sign for him by summer, maybe they could also work on managers at the board level but Luciano Spalleti is not the problem.

Como are doing well, and I don’t think they will be like Girona if they reach the Champions League, because they have performed differently. Girona were in a rush, but Como are making their move with a calmer approach.

But we all know the Champions League cannot be compared to their domestic league, that is why most of these smaller teams find it hard to do anything tangible if they make it to the Champions League. Still, I feel differently about Como, as I believe that even if they qualify, they will do better than Girona, unless they let Fabregas go and also sell some of their key players, which was the same mistake Girona made at that time.

Juventus will probably not be able to stay in the top 4 of the points table this season either. The management should take the necessary steps to strengthen the squad now. Especially Juventus should strengthen the attack. Add talented and experienced strikers to the squad

I would be very happy to see new teams in the Champions League. Como's presence in the Champions League would, in my opinion, add excitement to the competition. Juventus' participation in the Europa League would also add excitement, because Premier League teams usually dominate the competition. Juventus could perhaps increase this competition. Juventus used to be one of Europe's finest teams in the early 90s  and early  part of the new millenium but some how a long the line as the financial system began to make a paradigm shift in European football, we saw that the big teams in some leagues began to decline drastically,

Juventus problems are financially related and lack of good leadership, their involvement in match fixing that saw them relegated to the Serie B also reduced their relevance. If Juventus could be sold out like Chelsea to private owners then they might experience some positive changes.

But when it comes to your words about becoming the champions I think it's way early for that. It isn't easy to leave all big teams in the Serie A behind to win the trophy. They need time and hell of a consistency for that.

Personally I would be happy if Como performed in the Europa League next season. But they will probably qualify for the Champions League. Como has been in incredible form this season. Their performance has also been consistent. They are 3 points ahead of Juventus. Even if they qualify for the Champions League, it is unlikely that the team will perform well on the Champions League platform next season. But if Como could qualify for the Europa League, then the team could fight for the Europa League title.

As long as Como can keep Fabregas as their coach and not let him go, I think everything will be fine for Como. And next season, the team might even perform even better, since Como seems to be improving season after season. Especially since we know the team will lose Nico Paz at the end of the season. So the team is surely thinking about bringing in another player who is currently on par with Nico Paz.

Girona sold their key players which was what affected the club performance. I believe Como management wouldn't behave like that because they have plans to stable the team performance and they're not after money. If they can actually achieve that, it will also be a special gift for their owner, Bambang Haronto, who passed away a few days ago. And I think if they are in the UCL next year, they won't suffer the same fate as Girona, I believe that because their playing style under Cesc is like that of a big team.

They recently drew against Fiorentina while playing with a poor performance in the match, while their performance should have been strong and they should have gotten 3 points. With this draw, their points are much more than Milan, but they should not have given anyone a chance with such weakness. It’s hard to see them winning those two games. Of course, with Como anything is possible, but realistically i think Inter and Napoli just have way more quality right now. Como have caused problems for both teams, but expecting them to beat both is a bit too much. Plus, Napoli are getting a lot of players back from injury.Como should focus on the other matches , that’s their best chance to stay in that strong 4th place
