Last season, Fabregas turned down some good offers because he wanted to remain and build Como. I wonder why he would leave at the end of the season after he might have helped them to qualify for a European competition. The Spanish coach might remain in the club for a long time especailly if they win major trophies. The management of Como have comfodence in Fabregas, and he is doing just fine. The focus of the club now is to make it to the UCL next season.

The only (and biggest) problem is that Como is highly likely to lose some really talented players. Real Madrid is preparing to sign Paz back for a ridiculous amount like 9 million euros because of a buy-back clause. There would be more transfers as well...

I’m not entirely convinced that Fabregas will leave Como at the end of the season because he’s a minority shareholder in the club and therefore has every interest in the team doing well; this way, he can keep a closer eye on the young talents who, once sold, will generate capital gains and thus profit. Furthermore, he could gain experience as a manager in the Champions League with Como, without all the pressure that comes with a top team. Sooner or later he will move to a big club, but I don’t think it will be soon.

IMO it won't happen at the end of this season, however I believe Fabregas will stay. The worst case scenario is that Como qualify for the Champions League and Fabregas leaves and the club could fall apart again with a new coach which is not what some Como fans want.

Actually, I think Fabregas will leave because it is now very evident that he has been quite successful with Como, which makes it very likely that top European teams will make offers that are hard for Fabregas to refuse, so there is a big possibility of that.
On the other hand, those who believe that even if Fabregas leaves, it doesn't mean the end of everything for the Como team, because I see that Como already has a strong game foundation; it just depends on how the team management can bring in quality players, and I believe they will remain long in the top ranks of Serie A.

If he doesn't want to go to training, there are two things: either a form of protest (about things we don't know) or there are significant friction within the team (which we don't know).
If he refuses to go to training, it's not a good sign for Napoli, yet Lukaku himself is not a smoking gun, compared to others he is rather calm.
Unfortunately, when a team is in decline, the players suffer a lot, but upstream I don't think the problem is economic.

I am very shocked by this news and it is very surprising considering Lukaku has a good relationship with the coach, Antonio Conte, so I find it a bit hard to believe what Lukaku did in that way. Of course, it would ruin everything, relationships would become strained, and there is even a possibility that he could be dropped from the squad due to his indiscipline. However, what is really unfortunate is that Napoli has no other reliable options in the front line if Lukaku acts up.

In this season, Romelu Lukaku loss regular position and missing from the training want to proof about unhappy current position with Napoli, however is not professional from Lukaku get out from the training and upcoming match Napoli will face top team AC Milan in Serie A. Antonio Conte is most quite a disciplined head coach and believing the consequence getting by Romelu Lukaku exactly if not giving acceptable reason why missing from training.
This week, Serie A have two super big match from Milan vs Napoli and Roma vs Inter Milan can't predictable both matches because all team won't loss three points to defend top position standings.

Maybe it's a question of money, I don't understand... after all, he's someone who doesn't let himself be intimidated by anyone at all, I see it as difficult for him to win for Napoli

The only thing that is remaining for Como is winning a trophy and if they continue with this high energy, a positive approach to every game I believe by next season they will win something, theybhve what it takes and nothing can stop them apart from injury. It is a bright project that Fàbregas have started and it would be bad if another bigger club came calling and somehow get him out of Como, it will spoil their plans that's why I wish to see these guys continue without letting any of their good players go even the manager, if they stay together they can achieve great things.

This is very true of Como, they have what it takes that by next season they can be aiming to win a title  but then they will have to utilise the next transfer window very well when it opens because  they will need not depend on their team alone, they need to build a good reserve as good  as the main team so that when injury hits, they will still have what it takes to continue and not slide back due to the injury hit or if need be that they should rest some players, they can also use the players from the reserve and still maintain their form, so they should build depth.

In the upcoming week 31 there is a big and quite interesting match between Inter Milan vs AS Roma and Napoli Vs AC Milan. Although in a big match between the two teams I think Inter Milan is much better and dominates in performance and technique besides that they are playing at home, they will definitely have enough energy to beat AS Roma later. And I think for the upcoming match between Napoli and AC Milan I think this is an opportunity for Napoli to win in the match later and also shift AC Milan in the standings, although in the match later it will certainly not be easy to beat AC Milan both have almost equal strength and I am sure Napoli will be able and confident to beat AC Milan later.

I dont blame Lukaku TBH, the way Napoli treats their player is unacceptable. That is why most players dont stay long in Napoli.

The World Cup still has months before it starts. That is not the reason why Lukaku has been acting strangely. On the one hand, I heard he argued with the board. Similar story with that of Osimhen.

It's been a while since he recovered from his injury. But I found it interesting first that Conte wasn't preferring to give him much chance in the lineup. He played for really little time.

Now I see... If he has disciplinary issues then Napoli should do what's necessary. He is about to be 33 soon and they can just look for their options. He isn't an amazing player anymore in the end.

Cesc Fabregas will not stay at Como for too long, he is doing a fine job, a very good job, and there are many other teams out there who have a lot more money and a possibility to do better. Like imagine Tottenham right now, they fired Igor too, doubt they will hire someone until the end of the season, so that means they can wait. They are also capable of offering a lot more, doesn't matter how much, if it's 10 million then they can do 10 million, specially if they can stay at the league.

So it's clear that there will be a lot more like that, it is not going to be easy at all but we are going to see things change. I think it was something that would be a lot better and we can focus on this to do better. Cesc should do that, capitalize on his success.

But the reason which make Fabregas to not stay for long in the como team is that the chances of career building or a rapid growth being a great coach are very less. And this is what force him to move from como. Because the team has not any such strong squads or great players and here the thing is acceptable and deserves an appreciation that they are doing good in the circle where they have not well known names. But if Fabregas move they may receive a grand offer from any grand club which will helps him to score more for himself as a great coach. Because he has the potential to do great with a strong squad or calssy players.

There will be always two sides and even more to every story put out there,  let us hope that Romelu Lukaku has a good story to backup himself and why he has refused to return to the club. He has been absent for quite sometime and returned, I think this should do with game time since the world cup is fast approaching but they have Rasmus Hojlund already as a new point man with 10 Seria A league goals. Rasmus Hojlund will be stressed playing from the play off, so I see why he was asked to return.

If he believes in Como's project he should stay and not leave after this season's achievements can be completed such as taking the team to the champions league next season it will be an interesting debut with Como in the champions league.
At Real Madrid there are too many talented players and that could be a threat for Paz to have a lot of flying hours at Real Madrid, I think he and the management really consider that, Como should increase the strength not remove the existing strength, if his talented players want to stay then the management should increase the salary of the players and coaches to make them enthusiastic and not think of moving teams and so on, don't just think about the benefits gained from selling players, they must focus on building Como to be even bigger.
