I don't think Milan will drop to fourth place. They're five points ahead of Como. With seven games remaining, the gap won't close much for Milan, and I think they'll qualify for the Champions League. Clearly, Lautaro Martinez has gone through tough times, yet his drop may have been due to too many numbers of games that lack rest and very painful damage to the ankle that took away his speed.
Though he keeps working very hard, and helps his team by pulling defenders out, he may mostly look tired by extra defensive efforts and is easily upset by goal misses.

One of Milan problems here is their poor execution of their chances. Imagine 18 chances, but none of them were converted into goals. Udinese were more effective, so what we saw with the final score is normal.
