Inter just did what was expected from them and beat Parma nicely with a decent game... Congratulations to all Inter fans for their championship!  

This season was just too easy for Inter. That's an obvious truth. There wasn't a real title contender except them. Napoli and Milan both dropped from the race early.

How about next season? If other top teams don't make significant changes in their squads, Inter can continue winning the league.

I knew that Inter Milan will not lose any game till they will lift this trophy, because Napoli and AC Milan that would have come close to drag the trophy started losing their games recently. Parma people thought they will share point with Inter Milan or beat Inter Milan at home but they were shocked what Inter Milan did to Parma 2:0 without allowed them to secure a single goal from Inter Milan home.

The reason why the season was very easy for Inter Milan is because they really focused on some important trophy, which is what brought them to this first position they started toping till this time. Inter Milan coach deserve big award from their management, because Inter Milan coach has brought development to Inter Milan and they will surely going to add more potential players next season.

I’m speculating that after locking the Serie A title, Inter will likely rotate their squad in the league match, using second line players to rest their main starters. The goal is pretty clear, keep the key players fresh so they can perform at their best and beat Lazio in the Coppa Italia clash.

On the other hand, Inter will be playing away, and Lazio should be more motivated since they are still chasing a top 6 position.

After defeating Parma in the last match, Inter Milan has been confirmed as the 2025/2026 Schudetto champion.
Their current total points are 82, far surpassing their other rivals.
They are still 12 points behind Napoli, the runner-up.

What can I say other than congratulations to inter Milan for winning yet again, their 21st Scudetto. I felt the competition, the ups and downs-- it wasn't as easy as Bayern's. This is just prove that a slow, but continuous achievements can pile up to a big one, so we mustn't look down on the consistency. Thuram, Barrela, Esposito and Lautaro Martínez all stood on business to make sure a goal was scored, not minding who scored it.

Yes, as far as I remember Inter were already favourites from the beginning. Although Napoli were the last champions...

The reason is simple. The big gap in player quality! Inter could have won the title last season too. They missed it by only 1 point despite scoring just like this.

I also favour Inter for making a double with Coppa Italia trophy. On the other hand this is the only chance for Lazio to qualify for a UEFA tournament. Besides the match is at Stadio Olimpico which is home for Lazio!

Congratulations to Inter, they performed well in the league this season and claimed their rewards as well. You are right for saying that they had no real contender for the title, I could even predict the winners at the middle of the season and my prediction was right. I  just hope that this will not be the same outcome as next season, because if it does, the Serie A will just be like the Bundesliga. We will be forced to watch the premier league and Laliga only. We should not also be overwhelmed by their performance in the league, I think question should be asked about their champions league performance this season. By this time last season, they were into the finals. What really changed, Inter on just need to sit up for next season champions league.

Lazio is ten points behind AS Roma that is seating in the sixth position, and four points behind Atalanta that sits in the seventh position, I think the chase for the Europa League spot for them will be hard because it is ten points and Atalanta will also not let go if they have the opportunity to close the gap; therefore, I think they will prioritize the Cup more than the league.

No matter how Inter Milan will rest their key players, I will not expect Lazio to also set up with their best squad because he that is down fears no fall; they will also wait for the Cup to try their luck as well because even if they win against Inter Milan in the league game and still lose to them in the cup, it is of no use to them, they will rather take the cup serious and forfeit the league title and then try again next season since they are not going to be relegated and they might play in the conference league next season.

AS Roma match against Fiorentina is currently going on, and they are in the second half of the match. Roma is leading with three goals, and all these three goals were scored in the first half. I don’t know what kind of form Roma has picked tonight, because it has been a long time since I saw Roma able to score three goals in the first half of a match. I don’t even know if they have scored three in the first half this season it is really crazy.It is very possible that Roma could still add more goals in the second half with this kind of first-half performance. Roma is on a 3-0 lead and all the three goals were scored in the first half. The game is currently in the second half, Fiorentina is still playing like shit giving Roma all the opportunity to be in full charge of the game.

Even ignoring the fact that Roma is trashing Fiorentina, as this was discussed was before the match, Lazio had 10 points to cover in ..3 games!
There is no way for them to achieve anything in Serie A, their only chance is at the Coppa win!
Neither team is interested in the Serie A game on the 9th, there is nothing to gain, well, apart from maybe being an opponent key player with a fault!

There are just a couple of games in which both teams have something to fight for Juventus - Lecce and Cremonese - Como, for the rest, it's a one-sided battle!

Inter secured this season well although the start of the season they really did not deserve to be called a big club because of their performance but when their focus returned and Chivu managed to make Inter's rhythm return in the end the Scudetto was secured this season.
Inter's focus seems to be the key this season because when they are in several focuses because of participating in several different competitions it makes them lose momentum but now even though their performance cannot be said to be perfect even in terms of their scheme they have many gaps but when their focus is only in one competition it makes them a little more able to take the flow and take advantage of the situation.

What is interesting is that now the back to back curse is happening again and this is the umpteenth season where a club cannot back to back to get the scudetto.

Tonight we witnessed Fiorentina’s defeat; conceding four goals like that is truly demoralising. Once again, they have shown themselves to be a lacklustre side with no fighting spirit, and even De Gea has now given up, given that the season has gone down the drain. Roma have capitalised on this and picked up points in the race for the fourth Champions League spot next season, a realistic target that could help keep Gasperini at the club.

They have already failed in the Champions League, while Inter has won in Serie A. So, their main focus is getting to the Copa Italia championship to win the double.

On the other hand, Lazio's performance this season remains similar to last season, somewhat dipping. Their consistency isn't as good as before. However, in crucial matches, Lazio sometimes surprises their opponents. Therefore, Inter must be more vigilant with their opponents in the final.

With 3 matches for each club, AC Milan truly have risk of losing a position in very last matches of season while in theory, Napoli can be out of top four too if they lose 2 matches in last three matches. Como has biggest disadvantage in this race but they can try and aim at a fourth position currently holds by Juventus. AS Roma with a big win against Fiorentina actually lights up their hope in this race and their chance opens more with a defeat of AC Milan. As from now, Roma can get in top four by taking over a position of either Juventus or AC Milan.

Napoli are safe in top four if they don't have very terrible results in last three matches while AC Milan, Juventus, AS Roma and Como are all in a very tough competition for last 2 positions in top four.

It’s true, Inter currently have the strongest squad, but Napoli, Juventus and Milan have spent at least five or six times as much as Inter in recent years – and yet they’re unable to compete with them? So, technically speaking, Inter would have had rivals, but they haven’t been able to keep up.
