Not only Roma Como also has the opportunity to overtake if Milan lose against Genoa. I don't think Genoa are in a favorable position going into this match because they've been inconsistent and haven't won in their previous three matches, so Milan are much favored to win this match. Milan must perform optimally in this match because even though they have a chance of qualifying for the Champions League, they must ensure a win against Genoa.

Roma has a much tougher game because they'll be facing Lazio, so the chance of a draw is much greater, or they could even suffer a defeat. Lazio is also ambitious to win this match to finish in a higher position at the end of the season, so Roma must be quite cautious in this match.

Yes, Roma’s opponent in this round will not be an easy one, but a Lazio win probably won’t change their position that much. At best, they could overtake Bologna if Bologna lose their match. But for Roma, a victory would be a chance to move up into the Champions League zone, so I think Roma will be more motivated to win. Although, on the other hand, it’s a derby, and you should never expect an easy game there. Como will most likely beat Parma at home as well, and Napoli should beat Pisa, but the odds there are very low.

Roma stand a very high chance in maintaining that position because they are opponent are so weak which I believe they cannot do anything to stop Roma. Hellas Verona will you be playing their last match against Roma which I believe they cannot defend themselves because they have played almost eight consecutive matches now and no victory is secured, I don't have confidence for them despite there will be hosting Roma.

Roma had beaten Hellas Verona in their last two matches and right now they are not in a better position to even challenge Roma, because currently they are even in relegation zone and I don't see anything that you help them now. Roma are currently inform and they will not like to lose this chances because they have como behind, who are also fighting for that position.

Roma-Lazio match is going as I expected. It's the 77th minute and Roma are 2-0 up. Both teams are down to 10 men. If Roma win, they'll gain a huge advantage in their bid for Champions League qualification. Lazio's slump continues. They've shown no presence in either the Inter matches or this one.

It was a good performance from Roma, I expected Roma to beat Lazio in this game and I’m more interested in Roma qualifying for the Champions League and with the way Roma is playing they’re going to win eventually qualify for Champions League.

Gasperini is a good manager who have been managing Atalanta for past some years and his ability to liberate Atalanta and make them a main stay in the Champions League until he left the position shows that Gasperini is a very good manager.

However it’s been a very long time since I saw AS Roma in the Champions League and I would really like to watch them in the Champions League again, I believe they’re going to qualify for the Champions League.

The only time I bet Juventus to win they go and lose when they definitely needed the win, sure the referee was extremely cruel to void 2 Juventus goals yet Fiorentina was a killing machine when it came to counter attacks. It is one of those classic cases where the odd like 1.32 that Juventus had was a deceiving one from the bookies, sure the logic was correct and Fiorentina was not playing for anything but guess what they got and won the game in Juventus home which was absolutely not expected. I am not sad anyway as I didn't bet much money as always when all games of a league are playing in a same day at same time surprises will definitely happen, also I have lost with 1.04 odd in Basketball so I want again to point out referee as I have said many times but in here it was a prime example of making the favorite team not win anything.

If you guys aware how all of teams placed at 2th - 6th are gonna have easy fixtures to come. So i think they're all gonna win it, and retain the current table. So Juve is not gonna get good income from playing in UCL next season.

Juventus had only one assignment to win at home and boost their chance of qualifying for the champions league and they messed it up. Florentine proved too stubborn for them to breakdown. Now they have lost and their chance of qualifying for the champions league has really diminish. Juventus were too sluggish, there was no intensity from them, their play was too cold, and they were playing like people that weren't hungry for the win. They will regret their performance today.

That serves them right. Let them go play in  Europa League because that's where they belong. How will they lose their last opportunity of qualifying to the Champions League in their own home. That shows that they're not fit to be in the Champions League next season. Only Juventus lost their game.

Even before the match started, I was afraid to bet on Juventus, and I was surprised that the odds were set so low because even though Fiorentina have been playing poorly, they have always been a difficult opponent for Juventus. Today I decided to bet on Milan and Napoli. Napoli won their match comfortably, while Milan made me a bit nervous. I’m also happy that Roma managed to beat Lazio, and they played well today too. As a result, Roma move up into the Champions League zone, and I think Roma deserve a place there more than Juventus do at the moment.

I just felt pity for juventus, juventus happens to be one of the team I like so much in Seria A, so when I see them performing doing badly I feel for them. I remember back then when juventus were dominating the Seria A, who is Fiorentina to stand in-between juventus and champions league. But to be honest juventus didn't play anything today, it was a really disappointing performance they put on today.

My prediction was right on target.

After a few bad performances and failing to get full points, Milan finally managed to secure 3 points today, although they made the fans nervous for a bit. I was honestly doubtful at first because Genoa looked more aggressive in the second half. But luckily, Milan held their ground until the final whistle and kept the lead.


Inter Milan vs Verona Prediction

The first half ended in a draw, and it looks like Verona are just parking the bus to avoid conceding too many goals. On top of that, both teams already produced 7 total corners. Most likely Inter will play more aggressively in the second half, so the total corners could go over 12.5. Another decent betting option is total cards over 1.5.

Hoping that the 2 teams above them fail to earn 3 points in the last match, I think, is impossible. 
And it seems we can already be certain that Juventus has failed to secure a ticket to play in the Champions League next season. 

Actually, Juventus' defeat is not that surprising to me because Fiorentina is also a team with great ambition to earn 3 points so that they can move away from the relegation zone, and they managed to do so despite it being difficult, while Juventus seems to need a major overhaul next season.

Juventus 2-0 loss to Fiorentina has drawn them backward in the race for the top four finish in the Serie A this season. They still have hope to finish in the top four and qualify for next season Champions League but that hope is slim, they need to win their last match of the season against Torino and hope for either AS Roma or AC Milan to lose to their opponents before they could get back to the top four and qualify for the Champions League .

I do not see Como reaching UCL again this season. They were fourth for a short period but they ended up losing it, and I think it's clear that we are not going to see the same thing again, we should realize that it is not going to work that well.

We need to realize that it is going to be something that would be a bit different on the long run and we can't really see this as something that could be all that easy or complicated for any of us. We should realize that we need to consider how this could be very different.

Como still has a chance to secure a Champions League ticket if they win against Cremonese in their final match, but that chance depends on the results of Roma and Milan. If either team fails to win their final match, Como will secure a UCL ticket next season. Currently, Coma has at least secured sixth place, which is the final cut-off for the Europa League, this success has changed the history of the club that was previously unnoticed to become a representative team of Serie A on the European stage.

Two years ago, Como managed to get promoted to Serie A, now they have managed to qualify for European competition, such rapid development makes them a team to be reckoned with. I think, if Fabregas stays for the next few seasons, maybe they will be contenders in the Scudetto race.

This year can be said to be one of the interesting years for competition in Serie A. Only 2 matches left and there are still many teams competing for a place to the UCL, even Napoli who are currently in second place, cannot be declared safe, because there are Roma who are close to them.

Juventus and Milan are closer to Napoli in the 2rd place on the table than Roma, and Roma needs more efforts than the two before it can meet up with Napoli's point, though all the three clubs are so close to each other. Specifically, Roma, meeting up with Napoli's point doesn't mean they will automatically stay atop of the club, as many conditions will be weighed, which I know that Napoli will still score higher than Roma, let alone displace it. Since all has 36 matches already played, I don't think Napoli is so threatened as such. Napoli is left with Udinese and Pisa, which I believe they should beat or draw.

Now there are two clubs eligible for UEFA Champions League, Inter Milan and Napoli while both AC Milan and AS Roma with same 70 points have good advantage before the last season match day. Behind them, Como and Juventus have same 68 points but they will very likely have to play in Europa League next season because in the last match, AC Milan and Roma will play against two opponents that don't have any target and motivation. Likely both Milan and Roma will have three points for securing their third and fourth positions, then go to Champions League 2026 - 2027 season.

It's very big shock as Fiorentina is not too strong in this season and they already safe from relegation zone while Juventus with many reasons to win the match at their home stadium, surprisingly lost it 0 - 2 to the guest team. Before this match, Juventus had advantage for top four race with other clubs but now they fell to the last position even behind Como, and they have biggest disadvantage in this race.

The point difference between ranks 3-6 is small, there is a possibility that COMO or even Juventus could replace Milan or Roma for next season's UCL. Their difference is only two points, and if Milan or Roma lose, they will fail to qualify for next season's UCL. There is only one match left, and this will be decisive. These four teams will play against lower-ranked teams in the last week. So I think everyone could get 3 points. From the relegation zone, it seems Cremonese still has to work hard. Cremonese is in 18th place, in the relegation zone. But they still have 2 matches, so the opportunity to survive in Serie A for Cremonese is still open.

I think the current look of top 4 won't change after final week results of the season as well. Milan should easily be beating Cagliari at San Siro.

Roma should be able to do the same to Verona who have already relegated from the Serie A! Of course Napoli should also be able to win against Udinese in Naples.

But I must say I'm very disappointed with Juventus' failure in this critical time...    Fiorentina were already secured from relegation.
