AC Milan fired many important people. Here is a list of those who were fired because the team failed to qualify for the Champions League, according to what I could read:

It seems that the Milan management continues to fail to see that the problem lies in the squad, which is very weak, and that they should be making good signings. Instead, they have made mistakes in recruitment. The coaches are good, but with this weak squad, not even the best coach would succeed. I highly doubt that Guardiola, whom I consider a great coach, would have succeeded at Milan with this current weak squad.

Milan really shouldn’t rush to fire the coach they’ve brought in. They should have considered the depth of their squad from the start, which, to be honest, isn’t very good. This team does need more high-quality players. And if the issue is money, then the team should look for alternatives by scouting promising young players who haven’t yet been noticed by big clubs, rather than focusing on star players who will undoubtedly be very expensive, unless the club’s financial situation is strong enough. But I feel this team is capable of buying better players. And they shouldn’t focus on high prices. Instead, they should focus more on finding talented young prospects. Because the club has already invested significantly in bringing in players, but the results aren’t yet visible. So the problem might lie in the effectiveness of player recruitment during the transfer window.

I am impressed by the way Como has performed this season even though at a point they wanted to disappoint me with their inconsistency but I also understand they are not really such a strong hold to the point they can avoid the inconsistent path they toured with some of the strong team but all those things do not really matter now rather what matters most is them being able to beat the likes of Juventus and AC Millan in the table standing and secure a place in the champions league.

I wasn’t even expecting any offset in the Italian Serie A and that’s why my focus was on the Premier League, but this morning, I just see that Como qualified to the Champions after defeating Cremonese in their last Serie A game, and as AC Milan lost to Cagliari, Como had the opportunity to qualify to the Champions League. I am happy for them because Fabrigas did really well, and I will want the management to keep their players intact and maybe sign more because I know that big teams will come first the players.

Finishing fourth best team in a league like this that has a lot of quality teams and with teams that has more squad dept than them is one thing that calls for joy and celebrations. And now they will be playing in the biggest club football competition in Europe talking about the champions League. I'm happy that Como made it to the Champions League next season because their performance has been pretty good this season and this is a good improvement for them. I didn't expect Milan to fall out from top four spot on the table because they were still on third position before the last match. They caused it for themselves because both Juventus and Milan have adopted a new pattern to become weak close to the end of the season.

I am pretty sure that we are going to see Milan and Juventus do very well in Europa league next season at least they have that going for them. They are automatically teams that would be favourites to win it, not that they have to, of course they may lose too but at least both of them are top teams there and that would be good for them, winning does give a team a good momentum allows them to have higher morale when all is going well.

Como on the other hand achieved something insane, they managed to finish fourth place which was something nobody expected them to do, this is a huge deal and I think it should be nothing too short of a big deal. I think that is very important and for that reason that is a very good situation to be in at the moment.

Fabregas has done incredibly well with his low budget team in two years, last season they finished tenth and this season they finally made it to the champions league spot while top teams like Milan and Juventus couldn't make it to the champions league. I watched the team play few times and I'm sure they can pull up surprises in the champions league. Como, on the other hand, had an incredible season and, with their latest league victory, leapfrogged both Juventus and Milan to qualify for the Champions League alongside Inter, Napoli and Roma.

To make it worst, they even needed just a point to get champions league football but they failed and they lost at how to Cagliari.

Another team that disappointed a lot of people this season is juventus, imagine finishing 6th, this is also a team that was in a title challenge this season.

Incredible season from Como, they really deserve it, they have put in so much work this season, I really can’t wait how they will do in the champions league next season.

All they needed was a single point and they would have achieved their minimum target for the season. Allegri got everything wrong this year, and amongst other things, Milan didn’t feature in any European competitions and could very well have won the Scudetto without so much of a struggle.

One thing Como has to be careful about is the fact that they are going to reach a point where it is not going to be easy for them to get wins out of this case. Think about it, Como being fourth means that all of their players are worth more now and Fabregas will be wanted by many big clubs as well.

This is why I think this summer will be very tough for them, everyone will want their players, and Fabregas will be getting offers from everywhere. So staying good for next season will be a difficult task for them, because they may lose them all and in that case they would have to rebuild which will not be easy at all. I get that it may not be that bad neither but it will not be that easy neither. We should be expecting them to not really look that great at the moment.

I can't put my confidence on Milan and Juventus to win Europa league next season because they can still decline in performance towards the end of the season which means that if it plays out like that, they will get their ass kicked out either in the quart finals or semifinals.

I'm reading that AC Milan's manager, Max Allegri just got sacked today.
The owners must've have been very disappointed with the results, as they didn't stop at sacking Allegri and decided more heads should roll. They also fired director Igli Tare, CEO Giorgio Furlani and chief scout Geoffrey Moncada.

The result that I did not expect happened in the Milan match where they had to accept defeat from a team that was in a position quite far from them which made them fail to compete in the UCL next season making the players and all elements of the AC Milan team as if they did not expect the result they achieved in the last match of this season which made them lose hope of competing in the UCL next season because their goal was clear that they wanted to compete in the UCL next season but with this result they had to compete in the Europa League meaning one less achievement that they experienced this season because their target was right but with the defeat in the match at home which was unexpected with the result gave an opportunity to the Como team which before the match was still below them namely in 5th position but that's football anything can happen on the field.

Como has been quite Impressive this season, with both Players and Coaches working hard, helping them qualify for the champions league. In matchday 38, a surprising turnaround occurred, with Juventus and ac milan being eliminated by Roma and como, respectively.

Fans were quite happy with como qualification for next Season champions league, as this was their first time Playing in the prestigious competition. Cesc fabregas certainly played a significant role in como resurgence this season. They performed Impressively, And no one expected them to qualify for the champions league, But they ultimately did.

The team's productivity on the pitch, their in-game reactions, and especially their lack of planning in big matches clearly demonstrate this. It hasn't been a good season for Milan. Milan and Juventus are two strong teams but they could not hold their position in the last match of their season. Of course it was a bad match for both teams as a result they lost and failed to qualify for the Champions League. Como team though was behind they attacked with their strength and won and collected their full points and took over the position of Juventus and Milan team which gave them the ticket for the Champions League next season. This is undoubtedly the happiest for Como team they were able to win the last match of the season and they will play the Champions League for their next season.

Juventus just got 1 point against torino FC and now they will play Europa league next season . Vlahovic scored the brace for Juventus in the 24 and 54th minute. And at that time Juventus was leading 2-0. Torino came back and Casadei scored in the 60th minute and Adam equilized in the 84th minute game ended on 2-2 both sides getting a point. Juventus slightly dominated the Torino by 57% ball possession,  5 big chances created , 1.92xG and 17 shots.Dusan Vlahovic is named as player of the match for Juventus for his brace. And even if Juventus had won that still they're not going to play in CL because of Como win over Cremonese .

Allegri is sacked but Spalletti isn't after these results. I see no problem in this though. I don't find Allegri as a good manager for today's Serie A. His system is really old and doesn't work consistently.

But I don't think the same for Spalletti. He only needs a better squad in his hands at Juventus. Then I believe in him to show us some really solid fight for the title. Just like he did at Napoli earlier...

Juventus still hasn't overcome its striker problem. They're struggling to score goals. They need to pay a very high price to bring in a good striker this year. Otherwise, they will continue to be a team that can't score goals in Italy. They can't get enough efficiency from their wing players. They need a good striker. Especially towards the end of the season, they need to be in better shape, but for the last two years they've been performing poorly at the end of the league. This year Milan showed a similar thing, losing at home in the last week and therefore dropping in the Champions League standings. Como, on the other hand, achieved the difficult task and will be in the Champions League next year.

It's easy to say that Juventus need a good striker, but where are all these good strikers right now? You're right. Good strikers and gradually fading out and no good replacement is forthcoming. Again, talking about good strikers for Juventus is also going to be kinda difficult since they won't be playing the champions League football next season. With Milan and Juventus failing to qualify for the next Champions League, Serie A has suffered a significant blow.
We must now hope that Como and Roma perform well in the Champions League, or we risk seeing our number of Champions League places reduced in future seasons.
That said, I’m not suggesting that Como and Roma didn’t deserve to qualify for the Champions League, but that the problem may still persist.

This season was, let’s say, very strange. When clubs like Milan and Juventus fail to qualify for the Champions League, it becomes clear that they need major changes. On the other hand, seeing Inter, Napoli, and Roma qualify for the Champions League makes perfect sense, but Como surprised a lot of people. I already saw the news that Allegri was dismissed from Milan, and what about Spalletti? I think that if Juventus also failed to qualify for the Champions League, then that should also be considered a reason for dismissal.

As for AC Milan, it's hard to even find the right words to describe what happened yesterday. I think for a club of that size, missing out on the Champions League on the final matchday is a catastrophe.

Fabregas did very well to stay in a team where his impact was decisive in making a team so strong, arriving so high in the Serie A table is always an exceptional thing, i don't understand how there is someone who says that this team cannot compete in the Champions League
