I can't agree with you. If milan's target is to win the title, they need to build a stronger squad. They need to prepare  a big fund to buy  players. It is not possible to dominate serie A with this squad and win the title. If Milan management is not interested in strengthening the squad , how will they win the cup? They are not interested in  spending a large amount of money. That is probably why milan management will be happy if they can stay  in the top 4 of the table. If they  are interested in  competing for the title, then they will definitely have  to spend money, there is no  room for stinginess.

This season is going to be a tough season that will make people to believe that some clubs have prepare well to challenge Inter Milan and other clubs in the Italian league tournament, because what Inter Milan have done last season and this season show tthat some clubs president will not take such losses from their coach next season. Change coach is not the wish of the club president but watching the direction the club is going to it can make the club president to change his mind to sack the coach to bring in new coach that will add value to the club like what people are experiencing from Como that is spreading these days.

I know that Inter Milan will still going to try their best next season but it will be hard for them to lift this Italian league trophy, because this two club Roma and AC Milan will surprise people next season, because they are going to display what will make people to predict for the two club to lift the trophy.

He could have done better during his time with Milan. But that's as far as it goes, and he won't be at Milan next year. I don't know if any Italian team will sign him. While he's in Italy and has settled in, I think he could transfer to another Italian team. Of course, there are other teams interested in him, and it will be a tough battle for him in this transfer window.

Expectations weren't "high" for Amorim at United, just not be 15th is good enough expectation. That dude finished 15th last year, and Carrick finished third this year. Amorim was losing to fourth division teams at FA cup, but Carrick was beating Arsenal and City back to back.

In my opinion, I think Amorim is proven based on his antecedents at Sporting Lisbon but one thing we fail to understand is that when it comes to coaching you can't compare a coach's performance in two different clubs because the challenges may differ from each other pending on the strength of the club and the intensity of the league in question, however, there are chances that coach Reuben Amorim might get it right this time around with Milan because the Serie A isn't as tedious as the premiership in terms of competition.

This is fact well stated, Milan is actually not in the kind of state Manchester United was when Amorim joined and so is the league, the level of competition in both leagues are very different and so it will not be the same result he had gotten form the previous that will be seen in the now. he may not be a really god coach as some may want to say but then he has a record at a time that showed he has got something to offer so, he should be given the chance maybe.

It all depends on the results Amorim delivers by the end of the season. The reality is that Milan need a good season right away. And if Milan's plan is to bring in a coach without expecting instant success, then shouldn't they have just kept Allegri? After all, he's one of the most experienced managers in serie A. So if Amorim fails to get Milan a good finish next season, at least by securing a top 4 spot, I don't think the club will give him another chance.

Como had a nice season indeed this year but I doubt also they could maintain the same performance in the next season unless they make successful and costly recruitment.
Over the years, all these kinds of teams and in different leagues, just pop-up for a season or two then disappear and even risk relegation.
It is undeniable that money has its contribution here, especially with the increase number of games to be played one season in several competitions, and the need to rotate players so they can rest and have options in case of injuries. If Como doesn't fulfil that, then they will not be able to succeed in maintaining their position.

Since they kept their squad and coach, it's not impossible that they could finish in one of the top 4 positions again. Of course, they'll need to work even harder if Milan or Juventus really get stronger.

We can not dent the fat that he is talented but we need more than that. Talent is indeed not enough and he has to be discipline and the same time consistent.
He has decided to leave the club AC Milan though and he will be waiting for a bid from European clubs or a possible move to the Saudis. I do not think Ruben Amorim would want to see him stay despite being Portuguese as himself.

Serie A have four slot team qualifying to UEFA Champion League and I think not difficult challenge for Milan securing top fourth standings next season and participants back at Champion League, currently two season in a row Milan failed playing in Champion League and crucial for this season have consistent performance by leading top standing several week but finish outside the top fourth place.

In my opinion, if a coach fails at Manchester United, I don't consider them talentless. Most coaches have had successful careers before taking over at Manchester United, but almost all of them failed at Manchester United. Coaching Manchester United, a major Premier League team with a large fan base, and any manager actions are scrutinized by everyone, is certainly not easy. I mean coaching Manchester United under immense pressure isn't easy. Even Mourinho and Van Gaal failed, despite being successful coaches.

So, I'm confident Amorim can unleash his coaching abilities at Milan and succeed, just as he did at Sporting Lisbon. I'm confident Amorim has a coaching philosophy, which is also evident at Manchester United. However, he faces a lot of pressure and lacks the freedom to implement strategies as he wishes, as he's constantly criticized. For example, his implementation of a three man defense strategy was immediately criticized by many. I agree with you: how could this Milan fight for the Serie A title? Inter have a way better team than them, Napoli too. Just because their name is Milan it doesn't mean they can be a title contender. Same goes with my team, Juventus: the goal is to qualify for the Champions League, that's it. No one is expecting the team to win the title.
