Oh God, i don't think so, after the previous disastrous coach Amorim brought Manchester United back to the Champions League, i wouldn't really speak of a failure, rather of a miracle in reviving the Red Devils team.

I'm not so sure about that. The Spanish league is always kept in very high consideration for a simply reason: Real Madrid and Barcelona play there. And of course those two teams are bigger than any Italian team. But is that enough to make the whole league better? I don't know. Maybe. In any case the difference is minimal in my opinion.

I believe that, in terms of history and importance, we have more major teams in Italy than in the Spanish league, such as Milan, Juventus and Inter.

Ruben Amorim already want players like Luka Modric, Christian Pulisic, and Chukwueze to stay ahead of the new season. With that, I don't see five loses.
Well, you could still be correct because football is packed with too many surprises.  Juventus are currently after Dibu Martinez from Aston Villa. He could swing that way after the FIFA world cup competition.

And their most important signing having done his medical at a World Cup while actively playing games for Portugal. Pulisic broke his leg and cannot even train with the team until late August. If the team gives him the right players to work with him he can make a difference in the team. Mind you he can't do it without the help of quality players if they do not sign good players for him then they should not expect a miracle because a that has lost so much form will need so much support from the management and that comes from the number of new players they would sign to strengthen the current squad they have in the team. If AC Milan sign good players Amorim will win his first 3 games depending on the team they will be meeting in those 3 matches.

I think if Milan are expected to achieve great things, they need to be prepared to spend a lot of money on transfers. Yes, Serie A isn’t as competitive as the EPL, and that helps Amorim perform better with Milan. I believe his tactics will work well at Milan, especially since the Italian style of soccer isn’t much different from Portuguese soccer. So yes, Amorim does need to prove that he’s the right coach for Milan, though his performance can be judged based on his first 10 matches. In essence, Milan recruiting Amorim is a good idea even a good one in Serie A. If AC Milan had hired a coach like Conte or a coach who had previously worked at Milan it wouldn't have been good, because then there wouldn't have been any change at all.

Speaking of Ruben Amorim, I still consider him a good coach but unfortunately, his ideas didn't fit at Manchester United. It all depends on AC Milan's management to encourage and support Amorim in building the team by bringing in quality players. If that's done, I'm quite confident Amorim will be successful with AC Milan. However, it's important to remember that Amorim needs time to develop, as developing a football team doesn't happen instantly.

And I don't think Amorim's failure with Manchester United can be used as a benchmark. That's unfair, given his previous success with Sporting, so that should also be taken into consideration when looking at Amorim's career as a whole.

Every coach needs support to make their team perform optimally. If Amorim isn't given support, it will clearly be difficult for him to improve Milan performance.
Indeed, Milan hasn't been very aggressive in this transfer window, only 2 that I know and one of them is a surprising transfer they just signed Goncalo Ramos from PSG, which I think is quite expensive. I don't know if I should say that the Financial Fair Play is bad but it limits a promising club like Como that have achieved what no pundit thought was possible last season. As they will be playing in the champions league, they will need a lot of new faces to the club because the job now is beyond their Italian Seria A and the players will be too stretched. Amorim was able to do quite well at Sporting. And that is why Manchester united management became  interested in Amorim. But despite  getting enough opportunities and time, he could not succeed in the premier league. This is a complete failure of amorim.

Serie A and premier league are different. We do not know whether amorim will succeed in serie A. But Milan's squad is not very  strong either. So I doubt how Amorim  will succeed with such a squad. Amorim has a problem , he does not see his own faults. He blames  the players or the management. If he does  not do this, he will be able to do better in the future if he  criticizes himself and tries to correct his mistakes.

It wasn't Ruben Amorim that brought Manchester United back to the Champions League; it was Michael Carrick that helped the red devils secured a Champions League ticket. I wouldn't say Ruben Amorim was a failure at Manchester United even as he couldn't improve their performance because the players he signed was what helped Michael Carrick to perform well, so he indirectly have a hand in what Manchester United is enjoying now.

Como has never played in such a busy schedule in  the past. So there is no doubt that the tendency of players to  get injured will also increase. Fabregas  will have to be more aware of these issues. He will have to keep  talented players in the  starting XI as well as on the  bench. If there is no worthy  replacement, it will not be easy for Como to perform well consistently. That’s true, he proved it back when he was managing Sporting CP. IMO, his failure at Manchester United was simply because he wasn't yet ready to manage a club of that magnitude.

If he were given full authority to select players during the transfer window, I think it is entirely possible that he would elevate the quality of AC Milan back to the level we once knew.
