Oh God, i don't think so, after the previous disastrous coach Amorim brought Manchester United back to the Champions League, i wouldn't really speak of a failure, rather of a miracle in reviving the Red Devils team.
So i think he did a pretty decent job.

This is true that the era of Rubin Amorim in the Manchester United was the worst era ever because his presence in the team makes team even in more worst situation. He was totally failed to bring out the talent of the players and to place team in a good position. And no doubt this is the huge failure of the manager because this thing is proven later when with the same players in the team the new coach Micheal Carrick make the team position stable and better this simply means that the previous coach's policy was not working to get the best results. But i think the mistake will be no longer a mistake if someone learn from his mistakes and now Amorim should try to be the best coach in his new team and avoid such things which are responsible for his bad work and not make him able to do his duties perfectly

It all depends on AC Milan's management to encourage and support Amorim in building the team by bringing in quality players. If that's done, I'm quite confident Amorim will be successful with AC Milan. However, it's important to remember that Amorim needs time to develop, as developing a football team doesn't happen instantly.

On the other hand, can Amorim guarantee the best results for Milan after being given the encouragement and support to acquire quality players?

Milan certainly won't be so quick to give their trust to a new coach, and they will certainly need at least one season's worth of evidence before Amorim is given the freedom to bring in high quality players.

And I don't think Amorim's failure with Manchester United can be used as a benchmark. That's unfair, given his previous success with Sporting, so that should also be taken into consideration when looking at Amorim's career as a whole.

That's certainly unfair. But we also have to consider whether he's with a club from an easier league or a club in a more competitive league. IMO, Sporting is in an easier league than the EPL and serie A.

I don't know if I should say that the Financial Fair Play is bad but it limits a promising club like Como that have achieved what no pundit thought was possible last season. As they will be playing in the champions league, they will need a lot of new faces to the club because the job now is beyond their Italian Seria A and the players will be too stretched. In addition, they also need some champions league experienced players to join the team for better outing.

I wouldn't recommend you to say such thing man. If it weren't for FFP limitations I can't imagine how much more the gap between top teams and others would be.

Even now that gap is huge of course. But then there wouldn't be any good player left in the market to be signed by non-rich teams. 

Some teams are overlooked about FFP though. Like Manchester City dealing with so-called breaches but getting zero punishment.

I think if Milan are expected to achieve great things, they need to be prepared to spend a lot of money on transfers. And if, as discussed above, Amorin is trying to keep Modric on the team, then I think that's a good thing, because Modric is still trying to stay in good shape, but he's too old to play on equal terms with the younger players. So, either Amorin will receive funding and strengthen the team with new players, or nothing significant will change for Milan.

This morning, I came across a rumor that Milan had prepared a 250 million euro budget to pamper Amorim in the transfer window, I don't know if it's true or not, but if it is, I'd welcome it because that's what they need to make a big change.

Amorim must have seen Modric perform at the World Cup, so he asking to keep him. I think, given Modric quality, using him for another year is the right choice. But of course, another player of equal quality is needed as a backup for Modric.

Well, you could still be correct because football is packed with too many surprises.  Juventus are currently after Dibu Martinez from Aston Villa. He could swing that way after the FIFA world cup competition.

Modric is too old, you can't rely on his grandparents, even though he's good and has a good character.

I did some research now and was surprised that Amorim backs a possible contract extension with Modric. It is a risk he is taking because if AC Milan doesn't do well this upcoming season, one of the attacks against Amorim will be that he didn't build a new squad.

It really hurts seeing great Juventus like this, they used to set a good standard and now fans are just hoping for signs of progress. The badge deserve much more than what's been happening lately but a club like Juventus should never stay down for long.
 If the management gets things right and backs the club  properly, they can rebuild and become stronger again.

All of your words make sense, but Juventus lost its first place as the Serie A club. Inter Milan is absolutely competitive, some other Italian clubs are as strong. It is hard to believe because the history is so long, but all of these Seria A teams had the potential to grow. Juventus is not the place anymore that great players want to go to.

Amroim will definitely be in trouble, there is no doubt about that. Because he did terrible with United, and even worse situation, after he left, the team started to win and finished third place, did so well after him which made Amorim look even worse.

So right now, Milan has to do very well, and I mean really good, or he is going to eb considered a terrible coach and will have a bad future if he fails here and gets sacked here too. That is why he has to do very well on the long run at Milan.

Juventus is already over even before the season is starting. Expecting them to do a proper sign that cost them less money is impossible these days because how fast the player price inflated. Apart from that their scouting is also terrible. The proof is that how they're signing Sorloth.
Sorloth is no different than Vlahovic. So they basically try to replace bad striker with another bad striker. This proves how they're not even serious. So your expectation is too big.

It always clear if the fault is from the coach or players, it will be very clear to the public that will make the president of the club to know the decision to take towards the coach or players. There are some club that are about to change their coach, because they notice that nothing wrong with their players and if anything is wrong with their players their coach will raise his voice for the president to know what to do, because he is after the progress of the club.

We saw what Inter Milan did last season to lifted the Italian league trophy, and their coach is not worry of signing new players, because he saw what they displayed to maintain first position till the end of the tournament, which is the wish of many clubs next season.

Juventus no longer has the possibility to invest as it once did, this is a very structured decision within juventus which i think they arrived at after they invested many millions in the wrong way, really wrong, they took a lot of waste who turned out to be useless players.

But even the most recent signings haven’t exactly been spot on!
In fact, I’d say that 90 per cent of the latest signings have been incredible flops. Yet they were passed off as the best players around.
For example, Vlahovic was massively overrated! A truly terrible signing, and one that’s now a millstone around the club’s finances.

Despite that, Milan still decided to trust him with the head coach position, that means they clearly see some value in him and believe he can bring something to the team. However if Milan keeps dropping points through a series of draws, it will be very difficult for them to compete with Inter for the Serie A title.

He's in position number 6 and there are no other recent coaches on that list besides him. And in this other article, Amorim appears as the second worst Manchester coach of all time. Regarding the numbers you wanted to know, there are 47 games, 15 wins, 13 draws, and 19 losses. You can see the numbers for many managers who have managed Manchester United in this article. You'll see how each one fared and you'll understand why Amorim is considered the worst of all time.

I just hope that at the end, the value they see in him actually comes to light as an AC Milan manager. The Portuguese manager at Sporting showed signs of a young manager who's got so much in tank, that was what actually attracted Manchester United to sign him as Erik ten Hag's permanent replacement but unfortunately he couldn't live up to expectations.
Now at AC Milan, he has the opportunity of proving who the real problem was between him and Manchester United as a club. If he does well, he'll exonerate himself and if he underperforms, many of us will conclude that his success at Sporting was all about luck and not real quality
