I just wanted to point out a bit that Serie A is starting to fall behind La Liga. It seems like economic conditions make it hard for clubs to bring in big-name star players who can draw in fans. Although Inter and Atalanta are still competitive in Europe, and Juventus, AC Milan, Napoli, and Roma still make Serie A attractive right now. Italy failing to qualify for the World Cup consecutively is also a bad sign of how the country is falling behind in football if FIGC doesn't improve quickly. What do you think abaout that?

It's really surprising and a little disappointing that Italy isn't in the World Cup. I would have loved to see them play more. However, I think the quality of Serie A is still quite good. Okay, the best teams in the world aren't here right now, but I think we're watching one of the biggest battles here.

The teams are close in strength and there's a really fierce competition. Last season we couldn't predict who would win the championship until the last week, and this year wasn't bad either. La Liga is a more predictable league, so I still think Italy is more enjoyable

Como looks easily for spending much money get new players, after permanent Nico Paz contract by spending almost 60 million euro and Como release almost reach new agreement with Davinson Sancez from Galatasaray with fees transfer up to 25 million euro. Como looks serious because next season will participants at Champion League for the first time and they won't get eliminate early by recruiting top player.

So far only Como have spent out much money for signing new players behind have AC Milan already announce new recruitment, the top teams such as Inter Milan, Roma and Napoli still quite silent for transfer activities behind the pre season match will begin in few weeks later. Inter Milan already leave by the goal keeper Yann Sommer his contract expiry and not extend.

They've promoted themselves to a point where spending is very necessary, if you're playing in major competition you must spend to increase the depth and be very prepared so as not to fall back to midtable, I believe Como would like to maintain top 4 which is why they're spending to get the required players to make it possible.

 I felt they'll lose Nico Paz to Real Madrid after his wonderful experience with them last season but I'm happy they’ve managed to keep him, he's very important and would still help them this coming season. If the funds is available they should make sure they get all their target of 80% atleast cause this season would be tougher.

It did eat a chunk of their budget to keep him, but they did a good job and I think it was clear that they did as well as hoped for. Is there a chance they could win the league on the first year they are on the UCL as well?

I do not think so, I have guesses that they will have their first ever bad season, be out of top 24 at UCL and be out of top 4 at Serie A at the same time, and that will eb very bad for them emotionally. But they should feel ok because the yare still improving.

We all undoubtedly remember Juventus as a highly successful team, but their successes have mostly been confined to Italy.
If we consider that their last Champions League victory was more than 30 years ago, it is clear that their international successes are a distant memory.

Juventus had some very good years in Europe too considering they were relegated in 2006, they got promoted in 2007, and in 2015 were playing a Champions League final. And then another one in 2017. So in 8 years they went from Serie B to the Champions League final, it's quite an achievement if you ask me. Unfortunately on the other side they faced one of the best Barcelona and Real Madrid in history. Those two teams were pretty much perfection.

Juventus is a chaotic club in Serie A. They have too many on- and off-the-field issues, which always keep them in the media. Match-fixing and book issues are also done. This makes this great club a shame in soccer history.

In the last few years, they have been consistently falling down; this is now a big problem. Despite having a few good players, results are not coming because mostly players are not good for this club and having good results, but their situation is also not good, which helps them for having good players. Now, how this could be going to set is a big question because funds are essential for having success. For the coming season, a few clubs are already preparing and bringing good players, but this is not happening for all; a few are just watching.

The corruption scandal that damaged the image of Serie A and added to the failure of the Italian national team in the World Cup is getting worse, not only AC Milan but Juventus also really bankrolled their squad for next season, hoping that next season the Italian clubs can compete in the Champions League because the teams from Serie A were very bad last season.

I heard the news that Paulo Dybala will return to Juventus, although it is still a rumor, this has become a hot topic in several news outlets in Italy. I really hope that happens and Juventus really brings in top players.

You're right, mate. There are no truly competitive leagues in Europe other than PL & Serie A. Bayern Munich has turned Bundesliga into a farmer league for them, just as Paris Saint-Germain has turned Ligue 1 into their own farmer league. Quality is tested in continental level competitions like UCL, we can't deny that Paris Saint-Germain is a strong team not only in its domestic league, having won the UCL twice in a row.

the problem from Serie A is the oldskool style rules from the league board management. player eligible rules, sponsorship and most important is stadium. just a few club in Serie A that have their own stadium. mostly the stadium is rent from local govern. just look the different from PL teams. almost all PL teams own and manage their own stadium.

By now by now even the FIFA will be thinking of how to manipulate things to favor Argentina, FIFA have been pushing Argentina from the beginning through all countries that does not have mouth to defend themselves, because even though they do there will no listen to what they are saying and that is why they enjoyed their moment moving freely. Let's see how they will survive tonight and even though they do it will not be the same way from the beginning.

England is also a strong team that will not be easy for Argentina despite the assistant of FIFA, in a match like this, if the FIFA interfere it going to be out clear because England have a very strong squad and it will be very difficult to manipulate things against them.

I confirm as someone who follows, Como has a lot of money. The Hartono brothers, now only one, have delegated this sort of deal to Suarto, who has managed it masterfully.
I honestly don't understand where the money will come from, given that I'm currently at a huge loss.
But they spent money saying they were going to achieve a goal, and they actually succeeded.

If PSG managed to win the Champions League twice in a row, despite the fact that, as you said, there's almost no competition in Ligue 1, then that doesn't stop a good team from growing, developing, and winning. It might even be the opposite: when a team doesn't feel the pressure of the domestic league, it can focus more on the Champions League. And by the way, PSG did have some pressure from Lens this season, although it's hard to call it competition. Arsenal, on the other hand, had to work much harder because they were pursued by City almost until the last matchday, and I think that's why it was harder for them to play in the Champions League.

Hmmm... Starting?  Serie A is long behind La Liga, and there's nothing to discuss. There's been nothing to compare it to for the last 20 years. Even if Mourinho came and made Inter the Champions League champions (that was 15 years ago, by the way, haha), even then La Liga had the biggest stars (Ronaldo, Spain's greatest generation) and the biggest banners: Real Madrid vs. Barcelona and Ronaldo vs. Messi.
Serie A has been gradually losing its glory since the 1990s. And it seems this process is irreversible - I remember last season (that excruciating football, a ton of goalless draws) and I don't know who wants to watch it.

You cannot be too sure already,  football does not work that way, there are teams you can be too sure of and they will eventually end up loosing or a draw, England is very good with a good squad no doubts,  but Argentina is not a weak side either,  they too are very determined,  although they do not have a really solid tactics but they have that unwavering believe and strength that has helped them the longest in this competition,  so I am looking forward to anything that happens.
