Out of the 5 games they have played, they have won 4 of the matches successfully and have only have to draw in one game without recording any lost games so far. I was a bit scared for them knowing how strong their opponent was, Inter. If they had lost this match, they would have automatically dropped to second place in the table which they don’t want now. Another comeback for Inter, this time against Roma, and this was definitely not a match they could afford to lose, because it was a game between two Serie A leaders. Inter are still conceding too many goals, and every time they have to come from behind, so Chivu should pay attention to this issue.

Normally fixtures after international break like this usually use to be difficult to predict right. Roma is currently seating at the top of the Seria A league table, even after playing  a 2-2 draw at home to inter Milan during the weekend. They have won 4/5 matches from the league this seasons. while Como on the other hand have also not started bad this season, they only had their first unexpected loss this season to frosinone this weekend which made them to be just 3 point away from Roma that are on top of the table.

So I also think the match will be interesting and exciting to watch because I believe both side will come out and play football. But going by form the favorite should win the game but sometimes injuries from the international breaks affect teams performance.

The Como - Roma match really catches my eye, it’s a tricky one because Como is playing at home meaning they’ll have strong fan support, but Roma seems to be in better form, making the contest appear more evenly matched. Actually I mentioned that AC Milan have already managed to pick up their third win of the 2026/27 season and they managed to draw against Lazio and Juventus. But the most surprising thing is that they are still unbeaten in the Italian league however they lost 2-0 to the Portuguese club Benfica in the first match of the UEFA Europa League.

Still it seems that the situation of this team in the Italian league is not bad in fact it will be difficult for them to compete against last season's champion Inter Milan but AC Milan defeated Inter Milan in a Serie A league match last season and the team managed to draw against Inter in a club friendly at the start of the new season, so it is conceivable that this team will have more confidence to face Inter this season.

I am happy to see such performance from Roma, atleast the Serie A will be more competitive this season compared to last season. Last season was so boring that Inter secured the title with 11 points, I think this season would be different.

I have the belief that Juve will use their match against Cagliari to bounce back because of their defensive collapse that resulted to 3-2 loss against Sassuolo. The 2 weeks International break is a blessing in disguise for them to sit down and have the suad drilled to avoid all those sloppy mistakes in the backline. An away match is never that easy but their reputation as one of the giants in the league depends on winning tht match and a win will give them an opportunity to make a statemnet that proves their critics wrong.

With the kind of play I have seen the big teams in the league displayed  this season so far, I’m only convinced with Roma and Inter Milan. the league title it will be a two horse race between Roma and Inter Milan. AC Milan are not are convincing me with their performance this season so far. At present if AC Milan meet either of Roma or Inter they will lose. Roma is the team I would love to win the league this season.

The problem is odds seems still putting Intermilan as heavy favorite to win the league. I can understand it because they're former of a winner last season, and they are not showing a decline in their performance.
However, Roma is obviously getting underpriced here consider they're almost as good as Intermilan, but getting priced with 6.50. I think the gap is too big between both of clubs.

Roma's performance against Inter Milan was not very satisfying after leading by two goals to nothing in the first half. Yes I wasn't surprised because Inter Milan was not ready to drop points too. Such performance made me see this Como - Roma game after the break as another possible draw game just as we saw against Fenerbahce last time. A draw against Inter Milan will give Como the courage to get a point in the match is not all the points. I was thinking Roma will perform better from the way they started but we have seen how they struggle against every big team recently managing to beat Atalanta by a goal margin.

Como will prepare well and will go all in for the point(s). Again, I don't think that their draw against Inter Milan will give them any confidence because they had the opportunity to win the game after leading by two goals before Inter Milan hit back. The season just began for them and Como could be their first loss.

Of course it definitely affects the team. Usually, during the international break, players called up to the national team often experience fatigue, and some even face the risk of injury.
