Tonight in Serie A there was a cracking match between Torino and Monza.
Torino were the clear favourites, but the odds on them winning were a respectable 2.10, whilst a Monza win was priced at 3.75.
Not bad when odds like these are on offer, it always makes you want to put a few dollars on. And if Gustavo varela keeps going at this rate, it’s worth putting a few dollars on him becoming Serie A top goalscorer too.

I haven't really been following the league schedule over the past few days, so I assumed the matches hadn't started yet. As it turned out, the match had already taken place & ended with Torino 3 - 2 Monza. As is typically the case, the favored team almost always emerges as the winner of the match. BTW, the match should have ended with Torino 3 - 1 Monza, but a mistake by a Torino player in the final minutes added to Monza's score.

Of a truth all are disappointed in Napoli's performance at the early stage but I will say there performance against Bodo glimt is a perfect sign they are working on their deficiency to gain the consistency level all expected from them and am sure very soon they will do better.

That’s all about football is full of surprises a team that person doesn’t expect to do well in the league will be the one to bring out a positive result is in football that is happen. Looking at the Napoli performances this season it prove that they really serious to be one of the greatest clubs that will achieve their goals this season, but this lack of consistency is the main issues and that is the problem that most clubs that will see are doing well right from the early stages end up in performing abnormalities.

Two back to back wins for Torino but that's not going to make me believe that they have picked up form cause they're still going to be the same average club struggling to ensure they remain in the Serie A. Monza tried their best to even the scoreline but I guess the defense of Torino weren't looking to relent.
 Torino are the example of survival and Monza who were in the Serie A about two or three seasons back have come back to see if they could get better but this loss shows us one thing; in football, no matter how poor or weak you are, there's still a club you're stronger than and that's what Torino displayed to Monza.

Como has extended their lead against Sausolo to 2 goals so early into the second half. I expected a win in this game and they are winning it already. There's still time in the game to extend their lead further, if they don't lose focus as the game goes on.

Both teams are trying their possible best to win the game but no one wants to be left behind.

I didn't see those first two goals scored by Napoli, but I was so fortunate to behold the equalizer for AS Roma.  One could literally see the joy in the eyes of the former Atalanta manager as they put two goals to see the game level. I honestly thought this game was gonna end that way but it didn't, lol. I never expected more two goals to be put at the back of the net. For a side who has been one of the best defensive side in Italian Seria A, if anyone had told me As Roma would concede that number of goals, I'll be dragging and arguing. Glad they was still able to share points with Napoli. I honestly think Allegri might be sacked again in the long run, he is not just that guy atm.

The second half of the Napoli and Roma match was really great, the first half ended 1-0, Napoli scored another goal at the beginning of the second half to make the score 2-0, but Roma decided to make a strong comeback, in the 69th and 74th minutes Roma scored 2 goals in a row, and brought the score to equal, but Napoli did not stop, they scored another goal in the 83rd minute but Roma did not want to lose the match in any way, in the 89th minute Roma scored another goal to make the score 3-3.
Basically, everyone thought that Napoli could easily be defeated by Roma, they were all proven wrong now, because Napoli performed very strongly, and drawing the match with a score like 3-3 is very great for Napoli. Because everyone thought that Roma would win this match, but Napoli was trying to win the match and they played with equal strength with Roma. This score is good enough for Napoli, because Roma was currently in very good form, but Napoli really did great against them.

So why are they so far behind in the European competition? Italian clubs do not perform well in the Champions League, and teams are also seen losing badly in the Europa League. The Napoli vs Roma match was certainly great and exciting, but this match does not prove the quality of Italian clubs to improve. Every season, the Italian league has a great competition and the point table remains stable. But their failure in the European competition shows the quality of the league to decline. Italian clubs are playing very badly this season as well.

Roma started this season well, but their problem is that they cannot finish the match with a win against the big teams. They have no defeats this season, but have 3 draws. If they could finish with a win against teams like Inter Milan, Como and Napoli, then it was almost certain that they would be the favorites to win the Scudetto. But for now, we consider them only as competitors for Inter Milan.

Although it is going to be very difficult for them to win the league tittle because of the way they are dropping points by playing draw, i did not expect Roma to come back into the match and end it draw because Napoli look better in the match, the only reason why some Serie A teams can not win the League is inconsistency in their performance, Napoli and Roma should be compete for the league title but they are not doing well to compete.

Roma was determined to avoid a defeat that is why they equalize each time that Napoli goes ahead of them. Roma needs to work on their defense because it's becoming porous as they have been conceding many goals lately unlike when they were conceding just few goals when the season started. Napoli also tried because they almost got demoralised towards the ending minutes after they were reduced to just 10 men due to a red card.

Como continues their amazing run after thrashing Manchester United 4:1 in the champions league, this team is here to stay.. they’re no longer one season wonder. The team is ready to compete for the title as well, I just hope they get one silverware this time.

When Cesc Fabregas said that he regretted telling his team to calm down when they were beating Manchester United in the Champions League i knew he did that so that his boys will reserve some strength to face Sassuolo and of course they won by 2:0. I don't know the kind of strength that these Como players possess but I don't want them to lose their strength anytime soon, we want to see more wonderful performance from the Fabregas led team.

What an intense match between Napoli and AS Roma, AS Roma actually try to go toes to toes with Napoli in today's game, like the game was one heck of a game, and truth be told I don't really see this people as a threat to Inter Milan and probably Lazio, if not the fact that Lazio is not giving them the space needed, I'd conclude this season is for Inter Milan with no doubt, but since Lazio is of the same track with them, I will still have to hold my peace and watch how the season goes for the both teams, while the rest will fight to remain in the top four.
