I didn't expect a match like this either, Fiorentina are going through a bad period and in this very match they gave Inter a hard time, even scoring the consolation goal, reminding us that Inter still have a more compact team and a significant squad of players.
They took the victory home, they left me with several doubts, should this be the candidate to win the Championship? I can understand that some games are not good, but I understand it when you play with teams of the same caliber.

But the only way to reach Inzaghi, which would only arrive next year, is to keep Spalletti until the end of the season. If Juventus fire Spalletti then the only available choice is Conte, but he wouldn't sign for a few months of course. Unless they try with Pioli (hopefully they won't).

You should not stress yourself too much, just turn off the TV and focus on your work. That's better instead of muting the TV while the match plays, you are wasting electricity.



To burst your bubble, the Juventus you thought would disappoint is doing well against Lecce as at the time I took the screenshot. They are full of disappointment, but we should sometimes give them the benefit of the doubt. Go, go, Juventus, a third goal is still possible.

This has been an incredible week for Inter and Lazio as both won 2-1 today, and they still lead the Serie A standings with the same 22 points. Interestingly, Inter made a dramatic comeback against Fiorentina and who would have thought that Gattuso, who coaches Lazio is also still unbeaten this season in Serie A. 

Moreover, it can be said that so far in Serie A, Inter is the team with a knack for comebacks. So far, Inter has made 5 comebacks against Napoli, Udinese, Roma, Bologna, and now Fiorentina. Four of these comebacks ended in wins and one comeback salvaged a point against Roma. Five comebacks in 8 matches definitely show that Inter has an amazing mentality they keep fighting until the final whistle.

Inter Milan were under a lot of pressure against Fiorentina yesterday and I think this match was a magical performance from this team towards the end. Indeed after watching the first half the reigning Italian league champions were not guaranteed to get full points against the Fiorentina side as we know, after Jimenez scored a goal in the 65th minute for the visiting team, it looked like they would win the match.

However the hosts Inter Milan played with their strong morale and were fortunate to win this match, as in my opinion they scored two goals after 90 minutes and turned the game around in a sensational fashion in the second half which saw the team grab a dramatic 2-1 home win against Fiorentina.

Juventus have that UEFA Financial Fair Play penalty bullshit to worry about, so they are not in a very favorable position. Conte is available and I believe he would be interested. He already revived Juventus once before after two consecutive seasons that they finished 7th. Under his guidance, they won 3 titles and two cup competitions in three years. Then he left because the management didn't give him what they promised him. That's Conte. He can be successful, and the team would find their identity again but he takes no shit from anyone. I just know he would kick these primadonnas and crybabies of players in the ass.

But look in the Champions League I could even understand it, in the league given that Inter are the favourites and in theory should dominate without so many problems, seeing them "suffer" against a clearly weaker team (based on the matches that Fiorentina played we cannot say that they stood out in performances) makes me think a lot.
That she's the favorite only on paper? Because honestly I don't see it performing as well as last season, in the end it's true that the result counts (it took the victory home) but it wasn't an easy match as thought.

Inter has had so many comebacks this season that it’s unlikely this one will be remembered. Just as a reminder: against Udinese, Roma, and Napoli, Inter was trailing by two goals - yet they managed to win two of those matches and secured a draw against Roma. Honestly, I don’t yet know whether this is a sign of strength or of a weakness that will eventually manifest itself - it’s impossible to keep getting out of unpleasant situations unscathed. In yesterday's match, Inter Milan suffered a lot because of Lautaro Martínez's absence, because they had a lot of attacks, but they didn't have a good finish. Those odds for Lazio seem fair enough. Over the past few seasons, Lazio have been known as a team that struggles to maintain consistency. This isn't the first time they've started a season like this only to lose their form later on. So it's understandable that Lazio have such high odds, as their chances of winning the title are almost impossible.
