Schalke performance was very amazing last season. They finished the season with 70 points at the top of the table, with 10 points above the other teams in the standings. They really deserved to be back in the Bundesliga after waiting for a long time. The last two seasons was very difficult for them, ended up 14th in the table. Last season, I believe they realized that it was the right time to play as a team and return back to the first Bundesliga.

However, that is the same question I want to ask, it is not about coming back to the first Bundesliga. Does this team really have the quality players to maintain their position in the Bundesliga next season? Im not familiar with their style of play, and the challenges they will face in the first Bundesliga will be different from the second Bundesliga.

Schalke is a team that historically plays in the Bundesliga and i am confident that they will go there to stay. Apart from the classic 3/4 high-ranking teams, Schalke has the chance to compete with every team in the league. If they play their cards well they will at least be able to stay in the Bundesliga.

I dont know why some people blame Kompany , i mean yes he lose but is part of the game someone has to lose and they lose against the actual champion and the team which ended up being the champion again in UCL (PSG), and we have to remember in this high level the diference or what makes a diference is quite small. In 2010s, Schalke were a really amazing team in the Bundesliga. Their record was even a 2nd finish in the league with Tedesco those times. They won Bundesliga titles in their history as well but the last time was in '50s.

But since the time they relegated to the 2nd Bundesliga they haven't been able to recover well.    Maybe now they are back in the Bundesliga but their squad is in horrible shape. Do they have the money to make it stronger and hold onto the league this season?

Personally i believe that Schalke is a good team with a good history, returning to the Bundesliga will bring back into vogue one of the most well-known and discussed derbies in the Bundesliga, the one between Borussia Dortmund and Schalke 04, which is deeply felt among the various fans, i hope they can go back to playing for the title and showing good football like in the past.

This is my stand too. The current Bayern Munich squad is not bad and can face PSG or any team come next season. The semi final game between PSG and Bayern Munich was a good game, two out field teams both hungry to score more goals. There's higher chances of Bayern Munich beating PSG next season if they meet again. But then, I just hope that this rumour about Michael Olise doesn't get more serious. Real Madrid is a very strategic team that gets whatever they want from anywhere. I remember how they negotiated with Mbappe and got him on a free transfer. If they price Olise a very serious personal money, he may start considering leaving the team.

There has not been much announcements about reinforcements from the both sides. Every other assumptions would be best done when the transfer window closes.

I believe that Bayern have a dominant game regardless of their rivals, they are able to beat any team in terms of ball possession, they remain very open having a super offensive game but the quality and speed of Bayern's ball movement is unique, also for this reason Paris Saint-Germain was at great risk of going out of the cup.

I am not familiar with this club at all, but general research tells us about their historical achievements. So far, their achievements are German champions 7 times, German Cup 5 times, Europa League 1 time and the biggest achievement is the semi-final of the Champions League in the 2010-11 season. In that semi-final, they lost to Manchester United by a huge margin of 6-1 goals over two legs.

Although they have not had many major achievements, they were once the strongest club in German football. But due to their recent poor performance, they are now struggling to get a chance in the Bundesliga. I don't think there is anything Kompany did wrong, and I feel like anyone come out and crticize Kompany even after doing this great is doing it out of hatred. We should not forget that he was close close to the final stage of the competition in the champions league, you can see that he peeforming very great and will continue doing that. 

So by next season we should be expecting something big from Kompany, because he is beginning to be a threat to the top club who we all think are the toughest club in the competition.

Vincent Kompany might have failed to beat Paris Saint Germaine in the semi final of last season's UEFA Champions League, but we can't take away the fact that his Bayern Munich side were one of the best teams in the competition.

One thing in football is you have to win till the end for your efforts to actually count, that's why I understand why many are demanding better from the Belgian manager.

I believe he has all it takes to go all the way and win the competition next season and if for any reason they fail to win it, Bayern Munich will have an impressive campaign next season.

After series of examination on how features are established in football it make me think some features comes on favour while others just to eliminate them which was what happened to bayern Munich in last year's champions league. In terms of consistency last season, they appear one of the most consistent team after the first stage of the tournament when they lost to arsenal,  Immediately after then they where given some of the strongest teams in the champions them but they managed to make it to the semi finals after winning Real Madrid which was one of the toughest team in last season's champions league.
If not for those difficult encounters they would have made it to the finals and would have become the European champions last season.
