With the signing of De Ligt and even though Bayern Munich lost Lewandowski. It feels like they are a stronger team now than they were 2 months ago. They needed better defensive players and they've now got De Ligt with a 5 year contract. In terms of attack, they've got Mane to run down the wings and create more chances.

I also think Bayern will have a good season, even without Lewandowski... They have a great team, so they will survive the loss of a top player... I think it will be something like Real Madrid losing Ronaldo, not Barcelona losing Messi... The team is doing well with the coaching staff and the team is doing well too...

Matthijs de Ligt is surely a good player and should Bayern Munich be able to get his signature from the Old Ladies, it would be a good boost to them although, I don't think he could match R. Lewandowski's qualities, no, not at all. Undoubtedly, Bayern wpuld still have a good season, with S. Mane now on the team and they've still got a very good team which would be even better still with the signing of Matthijs de Ligt.
But, I won't bet my money on this team for the trophy in the forth coming UCL. They don't seem tough enough compared to the likes of PSG, Manchester, Liverpool and Real Madrid.

That's certainly true... I don't see Bayern as a favourite for the Champions League either, because there are plenty of other teams that can win... But for the Bundesliga I think they are better than Borussia Dortmund and other clubs... Somehow I have no doubt they will win the new season!

They offered 40 million Euros to an 88-born player like Lewandowski. No team should buy a player of this age, even if they are performing very well. Bayern is the greedy side here, Lewa has said many times that he wants to go. It was good to get the guy for free from Dortmund. Barca is said to have increased its bid to 50 million, I hope this is not true. Lewa is unlikely to stay at Bayern this season, they will definitely sell a player who wants to go so badly. I have started thinking about the probability of Harry Kane to sign for Bayern Munich in this summer. Honestly I don't think that Harry Kane has any problem with Tottenham at the moment. He had big problems last summer and until Conte came to the team. But there is none now. If they didn't qualify for the Champions League maybe then he would still think of leaving the team to join a bigger one. Now it is up to Tottenham to decide whether to sell him. They just need an irrevocable offer from Bayern Munich to think about it seriously.

I agree with this Bayern Munich and Lewandowski may just be like Real Madrid lossing Ronaldo, currently Bayern Munich's defense is getting stronger with the presence of Matthijs De Light. But losing Lewandowski who often make a lot of goals for the Club I don't think it's good, even though Mane is there but Bayern Munich should be able to bring in other players again thirst for goals.

You shouldn't take friendlies too seriously. Of course, the score is important, but it should not be forgotten that there are matches to try whether the team is ready or not. So even though they lost 3-1 to Valencia, it's too early to say it's over for Borussia. Bayern Munich will most likely be champions as always, but Dortmund will do their best.

Burusia Dortmund requires reinforcement because they lack world-class players capable of competing against Bayern and other Bundesliga clubs. The management must sign more players and find a suitable replacement for Halland and other world-class players.

Losing Lewandowski is indeed a big burden for Nagelsmann for next season. because so far Bayern Munich has relied on the services of Lewandowski in the attack line and he has really done his job well. Sadio Mane will have a big burden next season because indirectly Sadio Mane is a player who will replace the position left by Lewandowski. Can Sadio Mane be aggressive in front of the opponent's goal? I think he should be able to prove it.

Actually it would still be ideal if indeed Lewandowski's position was given to him but I still quite doubt if Kane will move now. Even if we look from the start, especially the previous few seasons, City have been willing to pay Kane a fantastic price to bring Kane but it was rejected by Spurs.
Now are they really going to bid another crazy price to bring Kane from Tottenham?

His presence would be great but of course in this case Bayern know what to do and when they don't need Ronaldo then there will be no deal there.

Bayern have lost Lewandowski who is an important player up front, but it doesn't look like they are in too much of a hurry to sign another striker because now Bayern Munich have Sadio Mane, indeed Ronaldo future at Manchester is currently unclear but it looks Bayern Munich is not have a desire to sign ronaldo as a replacement for lewandowski, even if later bayern munchen want to find another striker I think they will look for a young striker who has potential and can be a back up for Sadio Mane.

Now, rather than Ronaldo they would rather open up options for Kane in the quest to replace Lewa in attack.
I saw some statements from Oliver kahn who said that Kane was the ideal person there and I also thought the same thing because at this time even though Kane's performance this season has decreased a little but he still deserves it.

Same remark, friendlies in general are used to test the players, how ready they are, testing some tactics, positions for the players, substitutes...etc
Even players won't give 100% of their efforts there, otherwise ManU for example wouldn't score 4 goals vs Liverpool!
Bayern will experience a change with their new attack line so a drop will be expected especially in the first weeks. It is an opportunity for Dortmund and the others to challenge them for the first place!

seriously, does anyone in this thread believe that Dortmund have any chance of being champions? would anyone bet on it? looking at Dortmund it's clear they are weaker than last season so don't expect them to have any chance of being champions, the bundesliga already has champions in advance and we all know that, the only thing we need to see is how other teams are doing if you go out and we place bets on the games

It's a shame we can't see Haller's performance in this friendly match because he's sick and can't play

clearly seen in the match statistics, that the attacks carried out by the Dortmund attackers were still unsatisfactory, there are only 6 'shots on goal'

To win the UCL in the next season is quite impossible for Bayern, many giant clubs from other leagues have more potential, especially Real Madrid and City. So at least they can defend their Bundesliga title.

Oliver Kahn made it very clear that the Harry Kane transfer is a 'dream of the future' for Bayern Munich.
It is possible that when Lewandowski announced that he did not want to play for Bayern Munich, there were some talks with Kane's managers, but I'm sure Bayern will not buy any more attackers after signing contract with Mane.
If Harry Kane will ever plays for Bayern Munich it will be not this season, but next season at the earliest.

I am one of those people who doubt that Dortmund can win the Bundesliga trophy, especially now that Dortmund is no longer reinforced by Haaland.
I doubted that Dortmund could do better, because the previous season Haaland was injured and couldn't play, Dortmund's performance looks down.
Although Dortmund have signed Sebastien Haller as a replacement for Haaland, I doubt Haller can help Dortmund win trophies. Haller was very good
when he played for Ajax, but I think Haller has quality far below Haaland. So I don't bet Dortmund will win the Bundesliga trophy, but if it's only in
the top 4, I'm sure Dortmund can still do it.

Dortmund always become one of the closest competitive rival in the league.

And each passing season they are building a new team with a rising star in the making to get transfered the next season ... so yeah dortmund will never become a champion unless if they are played it consistently and beat bayern in the 2 meets of the seaon which it's super tough!
