Real Madrid used to farm top talent from all over the world for record prices and create a superstar team. How was that fair? it isnt, but its just how businesses are run. Man City did that to the premier league and now are a top contender and champion after being a mid table team for a very long time. Football in the end, is just business. Smaller teams need money to sustain and improve facilities which the bigger clubs provide in exchange for talent. The issue with German and the French league is that there isnt enough competition at the top. I'd still say the German league is much much better in terms of competition, compared to the French which has basically been PSG dominating at the top for a while.

Overall what you say is true and I agree, this is what is called a cycle in the world of football. small clubs need big clubs and vice versa so this axis will go on and on. As for the differences in the French and German leagues, I have to agree the German league is better in terms of competition.

There is a good point in what you said. Smaller teams don't compete harder against the biggest teams in this league for example. Even Dortmund are considered to be one of these biggest teams but they also don't aim to win the league title at the end of the day. In a league like this, it is like there is no way for seeing a different champion than Bayern Munich. This just lowers the quality of a league imo and makes it quite boring. I don't think that this will change in the future easily for leagues like this one.

Well , like someone said in this thread. With so many important players leaving Bundesliga and with so little transfers being made by "mid-tier" teams , how will Bundesliga increase it's internal performance ? We all know that this is the main problem with Bundesliga right now : The competition is tight just in front when every year only 2 teams are fighting for the trophy and the rest of them are simply playing into their league. Well , it seems this year won't be different than the previous ones.

We can not say for sure if there will be just two teams to compete for the trophy, likely I can sense 4 teams right now in the Bundesliga that may Compete for the championship, likely Main players on certain teams was now out of the Bundesliga while Bayern Munich right now is still filing up their team with a new member I think there isn't enough time to adjust and get used to the new system of football for their new players, while Dortmund is having a problem with 1 of their new member but likely the competition in the Bundesliga will likely not rotate on just 2 teams but for me, I got a feeling that it will be 4 teams now, or so,

I think you need to look back at the journey of the Bundesliga so far, because in the last 10 seasons Muchen has mastered the trophy and there is not even a team that really gives a strong resistance to Munich in winning the title, apart from Munich, there are indeed several strong teams in the Bundesliga but So far, no one is as strong as Bayern Munich, so in the end other teams will only fight for tickets to penetrate the Champions League and European League.

@Slow Death while I agree with all you said I feel that times are changing, because Dortmund made sure that Bayern didn’t get Halland and on top of that they have lost Lewandowski too. Lastly if Dortmund or other teams do not take advantage of Lewandowski absence then this league will become extremely boring, hence I’m hoping that a new team will win the title by the time this season ends.

It will have an ending. Nothing can last forever. The transfer of Lewandowski to Barcelona can be one of reasons to end this domination. In Ligue 1, years ago, Lyon had many titles in many years but it stopped and they have never managed to come back to win a new title in Ligue 1.

In Bundesliga, the title winning streak of Bayern can be broken but they will come back to win another title just after one or two seasons. They will not have long crisis like Lyon. It's Bayern as a forever King of Bundesliga.

Yes, the rivalry here is not big in the fight for the champion, but comparing the Bundesliga with Ligue 1 is simply not right, these championships are very different. There is no doubt this league is already boring, and we have nothing special in coming season as well if Bayern Munich is already lost Robert Lewandowski which is good for few lower rank clubs but with the help of their financial system they are still strong enough for win the title again because they already have few quality players in their squad many were feeling in this we are going to have tough competition, but sadly Borussia Dortmund lost their new signing with it's going to take long time which is surely going to hurt their preparation for next season challenge and no other team is having sources for challenging them.

Here sports authorities need to do some better marketing for investors because this is an only way for having better competition in this league otherwise it's going to lose their charm more like French League which is already on decline with just one team show.

It's a bit more than I imagined because I initially thought for Bayern it would be even lower but it looks like the bookmakers have made a good bet there.
One of the reasons maybe Lewa isn't there, but if we look at it actually Bayern are fine with that too.
