Don't know what's wrong with this Bayern Munich team, the team's mentality is very low. Hertha BSC VS Werder Bremen GOAL 2 - 4 - WIN

Marvin Ducksch is firing with those goals 3 goals for this game for him, Werder Bremen has gotten this good but as of now Ducksch has gotten 8 goals so far, pretty much he gotten lucky with the positioning, but yeah he was really firing up like what Lewandowski and Haaland did back then,

TSG 1899 Hoffenheim VS 1. FC Koln GOAL 1 - 3 - LOST

I definitely agree, that the decision to sack Julian Nagelsmann came completely unexpected and at a moment that was definitely very uncommon and also dangerous. Now in hindsight it was definitely the wrong moment to sack Nagelsmann because Bayern is now out of the DFB Cup and of the Champions League too and with the loss today against Mainz they are also behind Dortmund in the Bundesliga again, if Dortmund is able to win their match against Frankfurt.
That being said, i still think that Tuchel is a better coach than Nagelsmann, but he needs time to teach his system and style to the team. So we will not see the impact of Tuchel until the beginning of next season.

I think that now it will be difficult to explain such a rapid dismissal of Nagelsmann to Bayern's management.
