That was going to be some record held by Ten Hang as a football manager. Now, I wonder who they will appoint as coach now that Ten Hang has been sacked. I think this is the news many are waiting for a long time. Because since the day Eric ten hag was hired by Bayern Leverkusen is a question for all that why the management decided to select a person with almost damaged reputation due to his poor performance. I personally think it was the last chance for him to prove himself as the best coach but he really failed to do so. I think he can't do justice to his profession. At least he needs to do the best for more than himself and his future more than the team. This is the very bold authentic and strong decision of the team because still it's not too late to change the wrong decision. Because it will happen after destroying the team so it's better that it happened early. And this great move will really help the team to resume their performance at their best.

Furthermore, even if the management and the fans out there are expecting everything to be the way they want it, I think a new manager really needs at least a complete season before we can say he tried or not and then think of firing him, but just 2 months – I feel like even if they are expecting a good result in a short period of time, 2 months is still too small.

Some coaches do reach an agreement with the club such that if they do not win a certain number of matches they will be sacked so we do not know if ETH and Bayern Leverkusen reached that kind of agreement if not it is really humiliating to sack a coach after just 2 games in-charge. What was Ten Hag even thinking for signing a contract with a club that has no structure again after most of the players that won the Bundesliga with them have left the team to other clubs, leaving behind players without experiences are all. Just take a look at last game between Bayern Leverkusen and Werder Bremen, a match they should have won with ease after getting a score of 3:1 and Werder Bremen was just 10 men as a result of a red card. I was thinking maybe they thought it was the right move for them to bring in Ten Hag, just the way Bayern Munich did for Kompany when he had a bad season at Betis and they signed him to manage their squad. And this is like the most shocking news everyone saw because they did not expect them just to sack ten Hag just because they feel he's not competent in his work, but I feel they should have given him more time, but we don't even know the kind of agreement they went in together because its just to sudden for all these things to be happening now and the best is for them to bring someone new, j just that if they are bringinning anyone as the coach the new coach have to also know the conditions behind accepting the job and what fears me the most is that people dont know the kind of pressure that coaches go through, and it is not actually easy because the kind of job they do people think is an easy job.

He's right. Leverkusen's management sold its good players. The squad wasn't the same when Erik ten Hag arrived, so he started signing new players. It takes time for new players to get used to the team. But the management forgot about that and fired Erik ten Hag after just a few league games. It makes no sense, considering Erik ten Hag isn't to blame.

I think Ten Hag can only operate in Netherlands so far or maybe a Saudi team will risk it and hire him because I don't see any european team actually having faith in him and trust him to make a project work and bring trophies for that certain team.
